Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

Earthquake, there have been slight earthquakes for two consecutive days. The clerk told us not to panic. This phenomenon occurs every week. Breakfast is simple, bread and milk are still available. The two barbecue shops downstairs are delicious, the one at the beginning of T. It’s better. Now that these two families have eaten outside, let’s find other food, because I think there must be no good things next to the hotel. The rooms were very good as a location but noise was a disaster. I took a shower with broken hands holding the douche headset without a personal space. We added a gate missing. We stayed for our cat but we regretted. We couldn't sleep with the voice of the person in the next room we thought we were drunk last night, but we could only swallow the voice by calling the reception around 1 p.m. We didn't warn anyone. I don't recommend it. My wife was very nervous. We would call the police if it went on a little more.

I was at the hotel for a week. I wasn’t a fan and remain unhappy with the hotel and its staff. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept the room nice. The reception staff were grumpy and unwilling to help when things went wrong during my stay. I would never recommend this hotel and would suggest you avoid it completely. The area of izmir is also very strange, as I’ve been to Istanbul, marmaris and Antalya where people are friendlier and services are better! So the hotel: * windows open from bottom to top, very dangerous and can easily fall out and die! * cockroach in bathroom, they changed my room once but I found more and started going to the toilet downstairs! * hotel only gives 1 small 500ml bottle of water for free each day, so you have to go buy your own water locally! I’ve been to a lot of countries where they give you free complimentary water with a larger limit or at times no limit to how much water you want, so this shocked me at the hotel! * tv did not work and the staff were not willing to help when I called downstairs. * lift is tiny and only for 2 people at a time so expect to wait a while to go upstairs to your room! * breakfast is very basic, tasteless, bland and I was unwell/vomited once! Anyway, that’s my review, and I’ve been as honest as I can. I won’t be returning to the hotel or to izmir, there are scammers everywhere and the taxi drivers are rude and aggressive! I managed to see some sights locally but nothing to sing and dance about.

We have been trying different hotels for a week to stay to keep a house and last night we had a large quad room to stay in this hotel but the bathroom was very bad and the old bathroom wasn't cleaned a lot of leaks. We're not tired of the nighttime fee for breakfast, but it's not a little ice. But it's a very failure to have breakfast... we're in shocks for cubic orange water and tea... we're not tired of fresh... we're not tired of it... we're gone through it... I think the tea is a bag of the bag... but I think it's the most... From bad brand. So this is not worth the fee. Do not prefer any breakfast if you want a good breakfast

The hotel location is good. Staff is really helpful. They got car parking facility though you need to hand over the car on the main road. Rooms are very clean, and the washroom has all amenities. Breakfast options are quote less, and the egg station is paid, which was a bit weird. Rest I will stay overall it was a very good experience to stay here.

I would like to share with you my bad experience, please choose according to hotel rating. I was fooled by a few good reviews and booked a place to stay in this hotel with my wife. How wrong we were, you will be right when you read it. Although they advertise themselves as a Business hotel, it has nothing to do with it. It is a hotel that is completely far from institutionalism, managed with the logic of a hotel between the streets. As soon as we checked in to the hotel, we went to the place where we made a reservation for dinner with my wife, without using the room. An undesirable event occurred at our side table due to the alcohol in the place. We quickly left there for security purposes and returned to the hotel. In the moment of panic, I dropped a very expensive diamond bracelet on the road and I reproached my wife why we didn't go back and look for my lost bracelet. There was a small argument between us while we were in the taxi. When we arrived in front of the hotel, the night receptionist lady said she couldn't let us into the hotel because she saw us arguing with my wife. He did not let us into the hotel because of an incident that took place on the opposite street outside the hotel and that did not concern him in any way. There is no inconvenience to the hotel customers, no insults, no swearing, no events taking place inside the hotel.... Subject: The receptionist lady did not want to let us into the hotel at that moment. They stated that they were from Diyarbakır and threatened them. They didn't let us into the hotel because of an event that wasn't within the hotel's borders. We couldn't even find a contact person to call our rights, I went to the reception and said that I wanted to talk to someone in charge. Even he was told ”You can't stay here, wait outside the hotel door, don't step into the hotel”. We found the solution by having to go to the police. The receptionist made false statements to the female police officers that did not reflect the truth. Since you are complaining about us, I said, write a complaint about us and give the camera recordings to the police officer. He couldn't because he made a false statement. They collapsed on the 2 nights hotel money we paid and they didn't give it. We can't get our money from the agency because they didn't give the agency a confirmation about the refund via e-mail. We could not even get our belongings from the room, they were put in front of the door in a very ugly way. We will report them to all relevant authorities. This includes Türsab. We will seek our rights through legal means. If we are not right, you will appreciate that we do not try so hard. My wife and I work as Senior Executives in world-renowned companies. Only I myself have visited dozens of countries, I have stayed in hotels thousands of times. But neither in Turkey nor anywhere else in the world have I seen such disgrace. We will seek our right to the end. Note: The hotel is definitely not a business and decent hotel, as they wrote in the comments, do not be fooled by its centrality. If anyone has a mind, he clearly understood the quality of the hotel and its approach to the customer from these experiences.

On the edge of the harbor, it is very comfortable to lie in the room and see the sea. It is1.2 kilometers away from the Bell Tower Square. The staff helps with luggage and parking. The service is very good. The breakfast is rich. I will choose this one next time I come to Izmir.

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Pros: Location of the hotel is perfect! Right next to Pasaport Pier for the ferry, short walk to Konak in one direction and Alsancak in the other. Waterfront property but entrance is on main street behind. Closest metro stop is Çankaya very easy to find hotel from there. Rooms super clean and spacious and comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful and kind. Have good advice on where to eat. I recommend Topçu just across the road! Due to ongoing building work and as they were full, they offered us a free late check out on our last day as we had a late flight. Would come back again next time I am in Izmir for sure!!! Cons: Not much I can say that I didn't like. Many channels on TV but none in English. Plug in the Jacuzzi didn't fit properly so had to keep foot on it to stop water draining. *only relevant if you are staying here very soon from now (end of sept to start of Oct) not sure how long it will last but there is renovations going on on 7th floor it's been completely ripped out. Lots of noise with drilling and hammering etc. We spoke to reception staff who got the workers to not start until after 10am.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out all staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, even if in some spots the carpet could use some replacement. It was always quiet for a good rest and sleep during day and night. We have also been to the rooftop bar, which is a little expensive but has a nice view. The gym room is actually quite well equiped, also with a good view, as it is on the top floor as well. The location of the hotel is nice, you can explore the nearby city center by foot and reach most of the city easily by public transportation including ferries. If you get a good price here, the hotel is definitely recommendable.

Hackan hotel is a very lovely hotel to stay if you want to be near the ADB airport (approximately 25TL from/to the airport via taxi). The hotel staffs are lovely and helpful. When I and my friend first got to the hotel I had a problem with my sim card and they were kind enough to contact the call center for us. On the second time we stayed there (2 nights after checking out), they changed the room for us as we mistakenly booked a double bed and they knew we wanted it to be like the first time in which we booked 2 single beds. The room is nice and clean, so as breakfast. The hotel is also close to supermarket, restaurants, and cafes, very convenient for both business and leisure.

The location is not bad, but it is not the absolute center. It is more than 2 kilometers away from the seaside and several scenic spots. It costs about 20 lire. It is surrounded by alleys. There is a parking lot next to it. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. complete. The hotel is small and exquisite. There is a comfortable terrace on the fifth floor. The cascading houses on the opposite side of the mountain are especially beautiful at night. We booked on the internet with my wife. We went to the hotel. The staff at the reception didn't show any gulery, but also asked for a lot of charge. However, we waited for the room we went out to the room was beyond shame. So someone left and closed the door. The cleaners entered the room and was cleaned. There were plates with food boxes in the box. The bed boxes were covered with a stick. The room smelled from dust and was bad. The bathroom was wet towels with empty champagne boxes with hair cords. They said there were no other double rooms so we waited for it to be cleaned. The street was very terrific. We entered the room at 6 p.m. and we never went out again. There was no breakfast. The food on the buffet was reduced, but some of the food was not added. There was a hair cord inside the egg bread. There is no household or normal bread. When it was 13.00, they started to screw our door when you're going out. I'll never stay in such a place again. The street is full of Syrians. Not at all safe.

It was nice that it was a 20 minute walk to the Aegean sea and the smyrna basilika, which was really cool. It was also a 20 minute drive to the bus terminal and the airport. The room was really neat and clean. There were a lot of cool amenities that not a lot of hotels have. However, the shower head was broken. Since we were just staying for one night, we told the staff the next morning, and they said that they would check. Hopefully, they did.

We (4 people) had booked this hotel for three days. We said in person that we want to stay in the hotel for 1 more night (5 days later). We haggled with the reception for the price and agreed on the price. He wrote our name and the total price on the sheet and when we wanted to pay on the spot, they didn't let us and just repeated that's it! But when we came back, the receptionist asked for a much higher amount and returned our deposit and said you can go wherever you want! And he said, I am the boss and my words are important! And we had to pay the amount he asked for. This was rude because we had already agreed on the price and they cleverly did not allow us to settle the previous nights so that they would force us to pay more when we returned. This bitter memory will never be erased from my mind! Apart from the fact that the hotel is in a very dirty neighborhood and down town. And our second room was on the first floor, the window was broken and could not be closed, and the noise and smell of street cigarettes came into the room. Breakfast was repetitive and very little, and it was not self-service.

It's a very nice and cozy apartment that ensures you everything you need for a really good one-night stay. Everything was well managed and all the staff was ready to help in every one moment. There's a big room and a kitchenette, equipped with all necessary utensils. The beds are big and good for sleep, the bathroom is small but quite comfortable. We felt welcome and were treated like dear friends. The breakfast was the traditional Turkish one that we like: soft bread, butter, olives, boiled egg, tomatoes, cucmbers, cheese, jam, honey, simid /traditional Turkish pretzel/ and turkish tea. For such money (24€ per day) exceeded all expectations! 6 minutes to the airport. Who has the best option for accommodation! Despite the settlement in 13.00, I was allowed to the room in 8.00 morning. And even fed breakfast, because the next day I didn't have time for it, though I was absolutely not obliged to do it! Helped to deal with the delivery of food. And in general excellent guys on the receptacle and a woman in the kitchen! I was pleasantly surprised with mattresses and pillows-very comfortable! Just very! There are TVs, condei in the room. In general, who just stays on the budget and without extracts, you're here! Economize and by taxi (100-150 lire to the airport) and on accommodation, the rest of the hotels started from 50€. In short, everyone is very pleased: I slept, I got the local kitchen from delivery and further on the way. The only NO was noisy, but I had the second floor and windows on the road. But it didn't stop me sleeping like Barsica thanks to the aficene mattress! Children respect! And users definitely recommend! All the world!

Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

This hotel has some positive points. The staff are friendly and very helpful with a lot of support from google-translate. The gym/pool is 5-star That’s about it. The appearance in the public areas and hallways is shabby. There is a tremendous shortage of lightbulbs - darkness rules everywhere, in the public areas, hallways, bedrooms, even in the bathroom. The rooms are large and empty. The bed/mattress is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced - like sleeping on a barely padded wooden box. The a/c offers two options: hot or hotter. And the window opens less than a hands width, so welcome to the sauna (in December!!) Breakfast is ok - below average for Turkey. WiFi is not user-friendly, requiring repeated sign-in and is very slow. The mini-bar fridge is no match for the intensity of the heat in the room - if you leave your bottled water in the fridge all day it comes out slightly cooled. The bathroom facilities and toiletries and accessories and towels are good Location overlooking a metro station - good for convenience, but a little noisy at times, especially considering that closing the window is out of the question. The hotel's rooms were clean, modern with very good facilities on high quality, breakfast was perfect offer not super large in variety but so delicious.. this is definitely not what drove me to make this feedback, what was exceptionally outstanding was the team, I have never seen this class of genuinely welcoming team with natural level of personal attentiveness, started from the receptionist Dedma who checked me in and was so professional, then the concierge tea. Deniz Deperli that made everything possible to ensure on guest's satisfaction and pleasant stay, as well her colleague Gezia that was taking a look around during breakfast with best attitude and smile checking on guests satisfaction. Sorry for lengthening, but there was as well an unforgettable approach by one humble kitchen worker, I requested a grilled Haloumi cheese that she prepared with pleasure, and 2 days later out of all other guests, she recognized me and with me asking, she asked me and said ” sir, maybe you would like some grilled haliumi, not only that but she has the most natural & genuine smile when I said ” yes, thank you ” This is by far my favourite hotel stay experience in life. Well done Marriott Izmir management and congratulations for having such a passionate people in your team.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. We have been trying different hotels for a week to stay to keep a house and last night we had a large quad room to stay in this hotel but the bathroom was very bad and the old bathroom wasn't cleaned a lot of leaks. We're not tired of the nighttime fee for breakfast, but it's not a little ice. But it's a very failure to have breakfast... we're in shocks for cubic orange water and tea... we're not tired of fresh... we're not tired of it... we're gone through it... I think the tea is a bag of the bag... but I think it's the most... From bad brand. So this is not worth the fee. Do not prefer any breakfast if you want a good breakfast

On the edge of the harbor, it is very comfortable to lie in the room and see the sea. It is1.2 kilometers away from the Bell Tower Square. The staff helps with luggage and parking. The service is very good. The breakfast is rich. I will choose this one next time I come to Izmir.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzel ve Alsancak -Konak yürüyebileceğiniz bir mesafede 10-15 dk kadar. Otelin bulunduğu sokak her ihtiyacınızı bulabileceğiniz bir yer. Yemek, market, kafe çok güzel bir konuma sahip. Otelin altında otele ait bir pub var ve çok keyifli bir mekan. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor ve her konuda size destek veriyor. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadım -ki bu bölgede bir çok otelde bu büyük sorun. Negatif olarak söyleyebileceğim şeylere gelince; otel eski bir otel. Mobilyalar, banyo, halılar eskimeye bağlı olarak yıpranmış. Kesinlikle pis diyemem ama eski olması sizi rahatsız edebilir. Kahvaltıyı biraz zayıf buldum. Bu 2 negatiflik dışında genel olarak olumlu izlenim bırakan bir konaklamaydı.

Earthquake, there have been slight earthquakes for two consecutive days. The clerk told us not to panic. This phenomenon occurs every week. Breakfast is simple, bread and milk are still available. Our family of five (with three teenage daughters) booked two rooms at the Extenso as a one night stay on arrival from Izmir airport. I made the reservation well in advance (DEC 2018) for October 2019 (half-term break) - it was perfect for us as we were then easily able to catch the train the following morning to Selcuk/Ephesus. Responsive e-mail correspondence. Very good price for a double and triple room (combined total of about £88 at the then exchange rate - about 7.35 TL to the £ - including breakfast). The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean - the hotel itself seems relatively new. The girls' triple room on the top floor was amazing, with a huge, wrap-around balcony. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful - one of the guys at the desk even drove us and our luggage round the corner to the IZBAN/Train station (very close anyway but a nice gesture). Especially liked the extensive breakfast - great selection. The main chef seemed super-proud of what was on offer and spent time helping my wife and daughters make choices regarding some of the unfamiliar food selections. Delicious and typically Turkish. The location is perfect in terms of being a literal, 5 mins walk from the IZBAN stop. You climb up the steps out the station and the Extenso is directly in front (albeit across a main road which needs navigating). This is a business hotel and is geared up for that type of clientele accordingly but this was absolutely not a problem for us. Noise-wise, the hotel is on a busy, main road and I guess it could potentially be a problem for light sleepers (if you prefer to sleep with the window open). However, we were fine. Overall, an excellent value hotel that ticked all the boxes for us - a great first night on our week-long trip in Turkey. Highly recommended.

The hotel is about 18 kilometers away from the airport. The advantage is that it is very close to the subway station. Basmane Station and the railway station are almost the same when you go out. It is more convenient to travel; from the hotel to the clock tower square Konak Meydani Kunak square can be walked, almost For 20-25 minutes, walk to the beach and turn left. It is about 810 meters from Havra Sokak Street and 1.15 kilometers from Ataturk Monument Republic Square; Saat Kulesi Clock Tower is almost the same. The city is also the center of the old city. The surrounding commerce is developed. There are small markets and restaurants for selling things. It is very prosperous. It is not far from museums, seaside pedestrian streets and other places. The hotel is considered to be a downtown area. The facilities are not new, but overall the price/performance ratio is ok, and eating around is also very convenient; the English of the waiters is not so good, the basic communication is OK, but the attitude is not enthusiastic; the breakfast is relatively simple in self-service, sometimes there are grilled vegetables The eggs are the kind that are made. It is no problem to eat saturated nutrition. Every day, seagulls come to walk and find food on the balcony. Some mountain views can be seen from the balcony.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus
