I have stayed here a few times now, the staff are always very helpful, and even managed to get the F1 on for me. Rooms are comfortable and clean, receptionists have good local knowledge for restaurants etc.

Nous sommes de nouveau venus dans cet hôtel pour une nuit avant de nous rendre a l aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Il y a jn peu de tout. La literie est correcte. Nous avons eu une chambre avec la salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre, bon j aime pas vraiment ce concept, à voir pour la prochaine fois. Petit bémol, nous avons été réveillé à ooh30 par le concierge car il avait trouvé une clé de chambre correspondant à la notre, il voulait savoir si c'était bien nous dans la chambre. Bon c'est vraiment pas cool à cette heure là. Je reviendrai car hôtel pratique pour nous, proche du parking.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE FOOLED INTO LETTING THE HOTEL BOOK YOU A TAXI, BUT IF YOU DO MAKE SURE ITS NOT HASSAN’S FRIEND! The hotel is under 3km from Orly airport and only 2.4km from massy where we spent most of our time. On arrival the taxi was 25 Euro from airport to hotel, then we asked reception to call us a taxi to Massy which cost us again 25 euros but with the twist that the starting price was 15 euro as the driver explained we needed to pay for his travel to the hotel. Our friends who live in Paris were very disappointed and said this is not how it works in Paris so booked a uber for 11-euro return. The next day I complained to reception and asked for a taxi to massy again but I wanted the estimate and after what appeared to be trying to find taxi numbers was told 35 euro this time, so we declined as the uber quote was 11-euro. On our final morning we pre-booked an uber at 15-Euro to take us to the airport, but they cancelled the trip with lack of drivers, so we spoke with hotel employee Hassan who had told my wife the previous day he could arrange driver if needed. We asked Hassan to book the driver and after a few minutes of listening to him telling us how good this driver was, how helpful he was, and asking we mention him if we did a review, then some confusion over the collection, we eventually got collected and taken to the airport. Imagine our shock when we arrive and the driver demands 50-Euro for a 15-Euro trip! Well Hassan my review on you is stop using your contacts the rip off the hotel guests, and I hope the hotel take disciplinary action to stop you being further involved in these distasteful tactics. The hotel management [if it exists] should negotiate with a reputable taxi company to avoid this happening to gests in the future. Being a platinum Accor member, I’ve spent many nights in ibis’ hotels, but trust me I will never stay in this hotel again, and would look at other hotel chain options when returning to France. Maybe it’s my own fault for not understanding how basic a style room/hotel is, but neither the less even the basics failed – reception failed - the management failed – the franchise failed. No welcome drink as part of Being a platinum Accor member, 1 bath towel in the room [booked as a couple], no bottle drinking water in the room and none available, no phone to call reception. How does a hotel run out of basics like bottle drinking water? To get a coffee in the evenings you need to go in the breakfast room, operate the coffee machine then pay reception 2-Euro cash, they don’t even make it for you. We attended the hotel for a wedding and asked for the use of an iron, only to find no iron available and reception didn’t know where it was – not forgetting there are 4 floors on the hotel and you would expect they could organise an iron on each floor. Hello, being a regular in hotels throughout France and others, I consider your establishment impeccable! Super, friendliness of the staff, nothing to say, perfect room, excellent breakfast room, aligned presentation, it's varied, really a lot of choice, impeccable cleanliness, only problem, the toilets on the ground floor, therefore at the level of the reception does not close from the inside. A shuttle to Orly airport which is free but only until 10 a.m.! it's surprising when you know that the airport hotel shuttles near this one are completely free all day. I specify that the proposed shuttles are apparently from the hotel itself!. So, maybe that's the reason for paying from 10 a.m.? So I really recommend this establishment, which for me is very good value for money!

We stayed in this hotel for one night as we had an early train to catch from the train station and wanted to be close. In the morning we got an Uber to the station which took only about 8minutes. The room was clean and had all the basic needs. Close by is a burger king which can come in handy late at night or if you are tired and want to grab something quickly.

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour sa proximité de l’aéroport d’Orly. Chambre familiale. A l’arrivée, couette sale( grosses taches jaunes). Nous avons demandé à changer. Ça a été fait rapidement. Le matin, nous sommes partis de l’hôtel vers 3h car nous avions un avion à 6h. La veille, j’ai demandé pour avoir un café et un petit truc à grignoter. Nous avons eu le café mais pour la nourriture rien. Il est quand même facile de proposer madeleine emballées ou morceau de cake( il y a toujours cela dans les buffets à volonté). Nous avons pris notre café à côté des céréales( non proposé à nos enfants). Pour le reste, hôtel calme et bon accueil.

It is a decent hotel located very near the Orly airport. The rooms are extremely small and there is a musty smell in the elevators. But the service is good (esp by French standards for hotels). Buffet breakfast is good with lots of choice (even by Asian hotel standards). Overall a good place to stay if you are looking for a budget hotel in orly

A fuir !!! Je suis tombé malade (bronchite et sinusite) à cause du système de ventilation. Je suis resté trois nuits dans cette hôtel en chambre 19. Le système de ventilation : il n’est pas possible de l’arrêter. Odeur de cigarettes pendant les trois nuits. A l’issue de la première très mauvaise nuit j’avais déjà mal à la tête et à la gorge. L’hôtel doit laisser des clients fumer dans leur chambre (les fenêtres s’ouvrent complètement ce qui ne doit pas déclencher l’alarme incendie). Selon la réception il y a bien une amende pour les fumeurs. Ce qui n’empêche visiblement pas ces derniers de fumer. Il est aussi fort possible que la direction de l’hôtel soit en retard dans le changement et entretien des filtres du système de ventilation. Lors de ma première et deuxième nuit, accueil passable par un monsieur qui ne prend pas en compte les demandes des clients. Ma demande était pourtant simple : ne pas faire ma chambre et ne pas y entrer pendant mon absence. Quand j’ai demandé au monsieur de la réception pourquoi ma demande n’avait pas été respectée, il m’a dit qu’il partait avant que la société de ménage n’arrive. Cette réponse est de mauvaise foi car le lendemain ma chambre n’a pas été faite. Il est donc possible d’être pris en considération, encore faut il se plaindre … Le petit déjeuner. Organisation passable le premier matin et ok les suivants. Le même monsieur de mauvaise foi était en charge du petit déjeuner : Tv éteinte et vaisselle + couverts en plastique. Les deux autres jours, un autre monsieur a assuré un service avec vaisselle en porcelaine, couverts en métal et TV allumée. Si vous souhaitez un sèche cheveux prévoyez de laisser en caution votre pièce d’identité. J’ai refusé de laisser ma pièce d’identité et je n’ai donc pas pu bénéficier de sèche cheveux. Le premier monsieur de mauvaise foi m’a répondu que cet hôtel n’était qu’un hôtel deux étoiles. Éclairage extérieur. Toute la nuit des spots lumineux de forte intensité éclairent le parking. Comme le rideaux de la chambre n’est pas complètement occultant, le niveau de lumière dans la chambre reste important ce qui est très désagréable pour dormir. Literie. Les draps sont trop petits. Dès que vous bougez dans le lit vous entrez en contact avec l’alaise en plastique. Les notes de cet hôtel sont très clairement sur-évaluées. Message pour la direction : même si votre seul intérêt est financier, n’oubliez pas vos clients !
