The breakfast place is also large. (compared to other Toyoko INN.) ”Bad point” There is no particular point. ”Funny point” There is no particular point. ”Others” It is close to the station of Saitama high speed railway, but transfer is necessary for Urawa station. (It is convenient because it is convenient because it can be reached without transfer if it is a bus.) Thank you for using it. In order to see the AFC Champions close to the stadium, but not very easy to find. After a few phone calls, the hotel specially sent people to pick up. Breakfast is generally not large. The room is large but a bit like a hostel. The service is good and the overall is still in line with the requirements.

It was really the lowest and worst hotel with staff, manager. I went to the front desk to ask for a suitcase delivery. When I asked to cover the suitcase, I didn't know the price. So I handed over a lot of money and asked the delivery company via the front desk. Go out and return to the hotel and check the result. I forgot to send it with a cover. When I corrected it, I didn't listen to the request. Because it is caused by the change of the front desk, when I tell the person who asked the previous request immediately, I call with a sloppy attitude. I finally noticed a mistake. Still, there is no apology, and it ends in an unfair and rotten attitude. The response of Nishimura and Naritsuka is the lowest and worst. The next day, it is the same as talking to the manager. If the top is not good, all of them are rotten hotels. I will never stay again and describe this very unpleasant fact. This hotel is the worst and worst.

Decent hotel for travelling back to Tokyo. No hotel parking. The parking lot next door was full so we parked one block south of the hotel without problem. The hotel room light has a remote control which can change color temperature. We didn't have time for onsen. room very basic.
