Замечательный цивилизованный сетевой отель, в котором все, как надо. Отличный комфортный стильный номер. Вежливый персонал. Красиво украшенное лобби. Стандартный, но вполне достойный выбор блюд и напитков на завтраке. Расположение отеля - отличное! Рядом магазины, площадь, Собор. Мы приехали на выходные в новый город, и я очень довольна выбором отеля.

Stop for a week during the holiday. Overall the holidays in this hotel liked it, but there were some small things that slightly spoiled the impression. Sorrowed the divergence of food prices in the cafe listed on the hotel website with reality (one and a half times!). The room was not the lowest price category, and the cheapest set of gel/champagne/soap (and absolutely one-time slippers - one name). The lack of a carpet or a tray for shoes at the entrance was especially upset. The dirt from the shoes anyway hit the white laminate and was very irritating. The battery adjustment was difficult to handle. The mattress felt springs (and the place of contact of 2 mattresses on the alleged 2-bedroom bed). From the pluses: the room was originally a teapot. Cups and dish were given on request. Cleaned and towels changed daily. About the change of bed once every 3 days were warned at once. The current problems with a failed castle and partially inactive lighting were quickly resolved. The hotel is extremely successfully located, the city center is in a pedestrian accessibility. Food in the cafe is qualitative but quite expensive. It would make something simpler but cheaper and with faster service. The drink/desserts coupons issued partially offset the problem, but for some reason they were given on the basis of one person per day, although we lived in two.

The friendly girls on the respiratory, a friendly guard who was called for us constantly as on the mad criminals. It is impossible to dive in the pool, (the husband dived, as he came with pleasure to relax and rest from the city's vainness), called the guard Evgeny to make a comment. A wild hysterical woman in the SPA got into our package with personal things and started to shudder there, saying that he had the powers to do so (I do not argue, we signed a paper about it. But!!! Then let the storage cameras in the SPA lie under the lock my personal things). In general, a hammer and a permanently screaming woman in the SPA spoils the whole impression of this complex. The pool is small, fire safety in the sauna is not respected - there are no special security on the system. Tea in the restaurant is a laugh. It is better and it is not necessary to organize this tea ceremony with dry cruisans without a finish and a small piece of unclear cake, although it is a cake not even to call - dry and tasteless biscuits. They got a bottle of their alcoholic beverage and poured over the glasses, the waiter came and said that it was necessary to pay the traffic fee - we were not warned in advance and we, joked, refused to do it. And here again Eugene was invited from the security service. We felt like real criminals 🙈😁. The traffic fee was agreed with Yevgeny and the traffic fee was paid in the end. But the sneaky views of the waiters and their discussion was unpleasant! The number was small but clean and comfortable. In the morning they waited again for some trick. But breakfast was pleasantly surprised! There was a good range of dishes, everything is delicious and decent! The offer to the administration - to train adequate communication of all PERSONAL, not only girls on the resepshne and boy from the security service. Tea meals are either improved with a range of dishes (not dry bulk without a toast and an unclear cake), or not to offer at all! This is spoiling the impression of the hotel.

The updated room prices were extremely disappointed. We are permanent guests in this hotel. But the loyalty card does not give substantial privileges. 300 rubles discount for accommodation in the junior room for two - it is a penny (taking into account that dinners and breakfasts are not subject to a loyalty card) As experienced travelers and people who often visit, we want to note that, as a rule, Hotels do not trim and give regular guests a discount and for breakfast and dinner tariffs. The third floor - windows are syphony, in rooms is cold even with heating. The fans are overheated in a minute of work and are off. I also want to note that breakfast and dinner at the hotel have increased significantly and the range and quality of the dishes have deteriorated significantly over the past few years. In addition, I would like to mark the work of the administrators once again. Constant problems with the design of documents. Hotel no longer meets the criterion ”price-quality.” Renovated rooms, that's good. The hotel was second time, after the first time I was impressed and this time decided to stop there. Hotel is unusual interior, design is beautiful for any taste). Everything is clean, cared. Stopped for a few days on New Year holidays in this hotel in January 2020. The hotel is located near the route, in the cottage village. I liked - comfortable beds, pillows, non-smoking rooms. Access to a cafe downstairs. Tea and mini-fridge in the room, TV with a variety of programs. I didn't like - dirty in the hall, on the stairs, it spoils the general impression. In the evening ordered the ovens at the restaurant, prepared 50 minutes! In general the impression is positive.

Since I stayed only for a night, I didn't have time to discover all about the hotel. However, everything that I experienced were good. Reception staff, although not speaking very good english, they were polite and rather helpful. The area of saloon was spacious and the coffee bar excellent, with very tasty and fresh sweets. Rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast, was inside the expected. I was not happily surprised by the choices I had, but it was plenty and good.
