Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eigentlich kein schlechter, nur sind mir im Nachhinein leider ein paar negative Dinge hängen geblieben. Aber zunächst das positive an diesem Hotel. Der Check-In verlief zugig und ohne Probleme. Ich hatte ein sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite erhalten. Der Begrüßungsdrink + Cocktail am Abend waren lecker und auch das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück am morgen war dann auch lecker. Die Lobby/Bar-Bereich hat mir am morgen besser gefallen wie am Abend zuvor. Nun komme ich aber zu den negativen Dingen, welche mir leider aufgefallen und auch hängengeblieben sind. Das Personal am morgen war leider das komplette Gegenteil vom Abend zuvor. Besonders bei einer Mitarbeiterin kam auf ein Guten Morgen meinerseits keine Antwort. Zudem finde ich das Frühstück mit 17€ viel zu teuer. In allen anderen Moxys in Deutschland kostet dies laut der offiziellen Webseite 10€ bzw. 12€ und in einem anderen 15€. Dies kann die schöne Aufmachung vom Buffet sowie der Geschmack auch nicht retten. Zum Glück hatte ich als Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member 10$ Welcome Gift, um den Preis damit noch etwas zu minimieren. Das Design vom Zimmer möchte ich an dieser Stelle neutral behandeln. Mir hat es zwar Gefallen, nur finde ich den Stil, welcher bei Moxy aktuell zum Einsatz kommt, besser und gelungener. Im Raum gibt es weniger Ablagemöglichkeit und das Bad wirkte durch die schwarzen Fliesen sehr dunkel. Abschließend kann ich also festhalten, dass ich hier meinen ersten auch auch leider letzten Aufenthalt hatte.

Location and service very good. The room was also extraordinarily clean!! However, the hotel is ”in the years”, i.e. unmodern, old-fashioned and yesterday. furniture rustic and dark brown. Small shower in which you can hardly turn. Toilet closed. Small room with small mini-TV and rugby picture.

Let's be clear, 3 stars because, for €54 euro, you have to manage your expectations and you can't expect the finest in hotel experiences. So thinking that I only give it 3 is not an endorsement. When I arrived the guy behind the check in desk had his feet on the said desk and was on the phone telling off another guest, telling them ”if you're not here by 21:00 hours you're not getting in, that's the way it is”. After a brief wait, he seemed nice enough. He checked me in (passport not needed 😳). So after parking the car we made our way to our room. Now I wasn't disappointed because again..pay €54 don't expect much but I felt I stepped back in time to the 70's the wallpaper was peeling, the integrated alarm clock bust and wiring hanging loose around the place. If you need a place to sleep for one night and you don't expect much, it will do. If you want multiple nights or are expecting more...pay a little more and find another place.
