The overall facilities of the hotel are very good, warm and comfortable, breakfast and service are very good, it is a little distance from the airport, if you are closer to where you are going, then you can recommend it.

The price was too expensive at the time of booking. Actually, it can be set at a discount of more than 200 yuan at the counter on the same day. This is not very satisfactory to Ctrip.

I really can’t believe how amazing the service was at this hotel. I never imagined to be treated the way me and my coworkers were absolutely catered to while staying here for 6 months! After meeting the staff it’s almost like while away from home all we were doing is coming to stay with family. I do and always will appreciate the hospitality given while staying with these wonderful people. Always a clean stay and friendly staff, parking was never a problem even though we come with trailers and huge trucks. Breakfast (before COVID) was delicious and after COVID still had snacks and other things to eat. While having dinner at the hotel they would come and hangout with us and talk laugh and cry in some cases. Truly was the best hotel I’d ever stayed in. Gym and pool grilling area with a fire pit was a plus. Please if you’re staying in the area you have got to stay here. Also there is restaurants all around so breakfast lunch and dinner is always available. Quick access to the interstate yet the same amount of convenience is also available to inner town accessibility. 10/10 from Me!

I can't really complain about the room. It was clean, small but just fine for me and my husband to sleep for the night. Upon arrival we walked in the lobby and was talking and I walked up to the desk to find the clerk sound asleep. I made some noise but had to say hello to wake her up. Not good at all!! Anything could have happened while she slept. At 7 a.m. doors down the hall started slamming, one after another. We was still sleeping!! Went on for at least half hour. So don't get a room on 1st floor near the breakfast and where the housekeepers get their stuff. Bed was comfy!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. After being on the road for hours on a long drive, we checked in and walked up to our room with all of our luggage. Opened the door to see a horrible mess. It looked like a hurricane had come through. The bed looked like someone had just slept in it and the bathroom was a mess and the towels looked dirty like they had just been used. We were SCHOCKED. And it was like this during the whole pandemic!! How do you give a guest keys to a room during a pandemic that isn’t clean?? we were going to call the front desk but my girlfriend said we would just leave. So we got all of our stuff and went to the front desk to check out. I told the receptionist what the room looked like and that it was not clean and that we would be going somewhere else. Thankfully, she gave me a refund without me even asking. BUT THEN she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t believe me and that the room was definitely cleaned. Even after I showed her the pictures of the mess!! She had the nerve to tell us that WE were the ones who probably made the mess. Why would I pay $80 to walk into a hotel room and make a mess and then leave?? I was very nice and polite about the whole situation. But this woman was incredibly rude and disrespectful. In her words and especially her tone and attitude. This is a terrible establishment with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Will not be recommending this place to anyone and will never be coming near here again. I don’t know what kind of joy the woman at the front desk gets from being rude and disgustingly disrespectful to people who are being so nice and polite, but I hope she’s happy with herself :/

This is the nastiest place that I have ever stayed at! Doors slam all night long. Staff bangs on the doors late at night for payment errors. The mattresses are like sleeping on the floor and the springs are literally BROKE! The water pressure in the “shower” is more like a drip! The room is plane with white walls and no pictures or decorations of any kind. IF you are in an emergency and “need” a place to sleep for ONE night, you might be ok, just don’t go outside after dark. There are many looters and cigarette smokers that linger around all hours of the day and into the night just outside the entrance doors. There are no cameras outside for security. The only “safety” you may have is if you make it past the second entrance door, on to the ONE slow moving elevator and there are NO cameras on the long halls. This place caters to people that are in need of LONGTERM housing. My overall review is that it is an unsafe dump and to keep going up the highway until you have reached a nicer place. -Mary

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out 4 days later, we had a perfect stay. We were greeted by Alexis T. when we first arrived at 9:00 a.m. and even though our rooms weren't available that early, she provided PERFECT customer service. She offered to hold our luggage for us so we could begin to explore downtown.....she did it with a smile and could not have been more welcoming. She also told us that breakfast was still being served and if we would like to partake to please do so. She set the bar very high and is a perfect "face"for the hotel! Our rooms were very clean at check in but we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned after that. We only asked for clean towels and the housekeeping staff were gracious in giving us the amount we requested. We enjoyed the evening reception (provided 7 nights a week/4:00-7:00 p.m.)held in the lobby one evening. That night they had complimentary chicken wings, chips with artichoke dip and cubed cheese......all hot and very tasty! There was also an acoustic guitar player in the lobby providing very nice music (low volume). The morning breakfast was very well presented as well.....one morning they ran out of bacon - no big deal! This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action on Broadway. Super location! I would 100% stay and recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel while visiting downtown Nashville!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday last week, and Nashville was where she wanted to go (I certainly didn't mind though). We checked in on Wednesday March 4 for three nights. My first thought of the lobby area was it reminded me of the Contemporary Hotel in Disney World minus the monorail running through it. Our early check-in went smoothly as our room was already available, and it was one facing the park, as we requested. Regarding the room itself, it was overall clean and spacious. Next door at Bridgestone Arena, there was a concert the first evening, a hockey game the next evening, and another concert the last evening. We did hear their noise, but glad we didn't also hear all the music from the other side (rooms facing Broadway). Our check-out experience went well too with no discrepancies in our final bill. For breakfasts, we enjoyed the buffet in the lobby. It was nothing spectacular, but still had all the usual breakfast foods. Our only issue came with the coffee shop where on Thursday March 5, it didn't open until after 7am. It was an issue as we are early risers and were specifically told they opened 6am weekdays. Regardless, I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in town.

We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!

The hotel is wonderful and the staff was exceptional. Emily at the lobby bar, Phyllis and Barbara in the cafe to name a few. Faults: no concierge on staff to help Nashville newbies on local dining venues or sights. Front desk staff very kind but called upon to fill this position and not really good at it. Also when checking in the front desk staff were constantly being interrupted to answer the phone which was a bit rude. Last but not least the valet parking situation! We waited almost one hour for our car Sunday morning to be delivered. This can only be attributed to poor planning on the part of management. We were told our car would be available in fifteen minutes so we proceeded down and joined at least another fifty to seventy five families waiting. It had to be known how many would be checking out that morning and should have been planned for. Not Marriott standards.

My husband and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary, and it was definitely memorable! We had to change rooms twice, once because the AC didn't work, and once because the ceiling was leaking. However, the beds were super comfortable, and the atrium, pool, and fitness rooms were great. The restaurant has very good food and great atmosphere. Everyone, especially the lady that worked the front desk in the mornings, was very nice, and we got moved quickly and easily both times. I would recommend staying here to anyone, though it seems the hotel could really use some updating. We would stay here again.

First the good- we loved the location and would stay here again because of that. Plus, We actually liked the minimalist rooms. They felt very clean. We had read reviews so we booked a larger room with windows. Now the not so good- very unhelpful desk staff. We requested housekeeping but it didn't happen. Next, they checked us out a day early. When I stopped to ask about it, I was met with argument and insistence that our reservation ended now. I showed my emailed confirmation and then it was, Oh, Ok, I'll check you back in. Of course, when I got my final receipt, they charged me the now higher price than what I booked in January, for that last night. I emailed (no response) and called but it was again just argument, and my mistake somehow. Finally, the AC quit working that day. We reported it but the whole day passed without anyone taking action. When we checked back in the afternoon. They said, they couldn't work on it because we had our stuff in the room. They had not given us another room or said that was a problem in the morning but now just kept saying , they couldn't fix it because of us. Just to stop that argument I finally said, "OK, what now?" They then offered us another room for our last night. I don't expect any response to any of this. I see their canned response to every negative review. It's just a full disclosure to those choosing. We'd stay here again for the location and we were comfortable until the AC situation. If service and hospitality is important though, stay somewhere else.
