Everything was fine, but due to violation of the technical regulations for levelling the floor, the bathroom in the room where I was sitting was completely flooded. According to the maid, there is only one such room in the hotel-the problem has not been resolved. Therefore, I sometimes judge the attitude of the hotel management to its guests.

We have known the Azimuth network for a long time. We stop in Voronezh for the first time. It was just a transit stop, one night, by travel to Saratov. What I like this hotel network – with its standardization. It was in one, it was in all. And now specifically about this hotel. Cosy, big hall. On the recession very friendly girls. We arrived after 12 nights, placed, arranged without wire. Location of the hotel – the very center of the city, as I thought. The standard is small but quite comfortable. Central air conditioning system. Combined sleek. Shower cabin is not the most convenient but not embedded cell. On the shelf in the bathroom is a full set of shower facilities. The bed is not the most convenient – More precisely these two beds are compiled together. The mattress is very soft and uncomfortable. Personally I could not rest well after a long road. Also in the room there is a table, a safe, a tiny refrigerator. In the morning we were waiting for a pretty good breakfast, not for the smallest money (600 r per person). But in principle it was delicious, saturated and enough for us on the way to Saratov.

А номер и сервис не соответствует заявленным звездам. Отель расположен неудобно, на узкой улице, подъезд затруднен. Завтрак не соответствует 4-м звездочкам. Мы пришли на завтрак в 8:45, нарезка, салатики и прочее было съедено. Потом, правда, вынесли, но народ уже закончил завтракать. У нас было два номера. Лето, жара. Мы приехали в 22:30. Бутылок с водичкой в номере нет, чайника и чашек нет. Даже за деньги в баре нет минеральной воды! Номпера 317 А и 324 А. Вентиляция в ванной не работает. Духота жуткая. Если открыть окно, то стоит гул от какого-то устройства, хотя окна во двор. На регистрации очередь. Работает один человек. Регистрация заняла минут 20. У отеля есть парковка, При бронировании номеров мы указали, что нам нужна парковка. Когда приехали, парковочных мест нет. Посоветовали искать бесплатное место или поехать на платную парковку. Это нормально? Мы бронировали заранее. Почему мое место отдали кому-то другому, кто приехал раньше , но без бронирования. Мое бронирование должно меня ждать. Одиннадцать часов на платной парковке обошлись нам в 520 рублей.

Сначала подумалось, вот он - идеальный отель! Ну все хорошо - и номера, и качество, прям отлично! И надо же такой дури быть… В номерах установлена общая система кондиционирования, в номере на стенке есть пульт управления, но… Он ничем не управляет. У него лишь функция вкл и выкл. Отрегулировать температуру нельзя - летом она дует только 22,5 градуса, а зимой теплом. Это мне сказал мастер по их обслуживанию в этом отеле, когда я пожаловался, что не работает пульт. А он, оказывается, и не должен! И еще. Передвигаться между этажами можно только на лифте - на лестницах двери открываются лишь в одну сторону, что неудобно. Поэтому только 4.

房間是一套俄羅斯的套房，每一層也就五個左右房間，房間比較小，但是很精緻，比較乾淨。 入住時就會選擇相應早餐，第二天以這些為主，還會有些水果供選擇。 到這裏時間比較晚，出發時間很早，有一頓早餐沒辦法享用。 一樓大堂有三個檯球桌，可以打打檯球，吃飯在負一樓。感覺比較小，但是服務員和前台前台服務都不錯。精緻，又感覺相對溫暖，適合入住。

The case was in early May 2021. The main purpose of the visit was the Kostynka Reserve Museum, and this option went great! We got to it for about 50 minutes, but they were always in joy, The room is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the city from panoramic windows. Beauty, coats, plumbing everything was shining white. The mini-interior in both the room and the restaurant was very delighted: everything is modern and the eyes are delighted. Delicious, inexpensive and saturated breakfasts, despite small portions (at first glance). There is a service with delivery to the room at a symbolic price, which is also pleasant. Everything was in line with expectations! There were 3 nights, they were satisfied) If you are also looking for a accommodation, going to visit Kostynki, do not doubt and book in the Zastat:) Because in the room only one fort, it becomes very dusty. It was always open, so the noise of the road was well heard, but we used to it 1 day later. There is an air conditioner, of course, but leaving it all the time is not an option. So it is better to close tight curtains before sleep and leave the chunk only where the fort, for in the morning the sun will start to smoke and roast. Yes-yes, the rooms come out on the sun side, which is fine and not very at the same time, but a couple of nights tolerable) A little underflowing the shower cabin, but again not critical and correct. Office chair by the table (Finally! Replace the uncomfortable chair...) -It is this room and nearby rooms that have air conditioning problems-regular sounds like knocking on the door (during normal operation, the air conditioner can barely hear the sound, in fact the parking lot is not fenced off-obstacles most of the time All are open and “blocked by cement blocks” from another entrance) are easy to drive between the curb and this block.

My wife and I stay in this hotel every time we return from the Black Sea coast to Moscow. This time it was December, our sixth one-day stay. I just read the reviews and I would like to remind you that it is ”Hilton” (and in the current international tension, I think, and not ”Hilton” already at all; however, I don't know), but still ”small.” What with ”small” is to take? The price (our) of the room was 5.225 rubles or just over fifty-eight unfriendly dollars! I think, such price in this niche of international hotel networks somewhere outside Voronezh with Russia together will still be trying to find. And for such funny money they provide a room with the most comfortable beds (the most important in the hotel), functional, thought-out saloon and decent sound isolation (the latter is rare in our hotels in principle). And the refrigerator was drawn up at our request! And the dinner was liked: a cool wrestler, a delicious hamburger (as well as their branded salad ”Hampton,” pelmen with turkey finish, a pair of beer ”Kurpfalz” at 0.33; two hundred and fifty for everything). Beer, again, went in spirit. Welcome staff, that behind the counter that worked (better, worked - Christina) for dinner. The room was clean but the shower was stuck, the water went slowly. The room was air conditioning, TV, fan. The guests were few, quiet. The administrator works all day. Of the downsides - all rooms with separate beds. It is not always convenient.
