Elle a été très serviable, malgré une erreur d'attribution de chambre (une chambre double m'avait été donnée alors que ma réservation était pour une chambre twin). Petit bémol: il manquait à disposition des chargeurs de portable à emprunter à la réception, vu que j'avais eu un souci durant la journée avec mon portable.... Ceci dit, un bel emplacement et une décoration agréable. Au plaisir PS: court séjour le temps d'un festival au Palais Neptune

I met in Toulon and stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The hotel here can't compare with the domestic standard, the price is 800, in fact, it is the level of the domestic old express hotel. If you lived in the North Fourth Ring of Beijing North Fourth Ring Road, it is basically a level. However, the health situation may be better. But hotels in France do not have disposable toiletries, and there are no slippers (this is a pit). The mine water only gives one bottle a day. If you only drink for half a day, you may not give it to you the next day. However, I live alone, very simple, no requirements, only need to clean them 3 times in 6 days, overall okay. Toulon is just like this. Carrefour is 500 meters away, there are several churches next to it, and shopping and bars are also convenient. But the streets here are very narrow, the houses are old, small and old. You imagined the towns and villages of the central province of China. that's it

ive seen many reviews of this hotel some good and bad ,but i will be open and honest we where treated with most respect by all staff,even the cleaners who where excelant in there job. this hotel is part of a shopping complex,and people will say o no not for me,but i will tell all the ladies it,s a shopping dream while the men are watching the french naval boats in the harbhour.but next to hotel is the old town of toulon with 86 fountains dotted around,a street market and more shops,and bakeries with the fresh food at very reasoble prices.the town is safe morning and night .go to tourist ofice and they charge 10 euros for 10 travels,this ticket takes you on buses and boats yes boats a secret to be told go to marina and next town hall is the blue boats these will take to the most fantastic beachs across the harbhour number 8,18 and 24 . for peaple who like a cuppa pack a kettle and teabags and the supermarket is in the shoping centre and mc dondalds only 600 metres away. if you want peace and quite and isolation it might not be your choice,but for many it will tick all the box,s .there is laundrette in town and train and bus station not too for,you can go to marrselie or nice about a hour.

I stayed one night on a quick business trip to Toulon. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. However, the hotel is centrally located and convenient for me to attend my meetings on foot after arrival. Parking in the railway car park is a little complicated (though I had stayed in the hotel previously) and the process for booking in advance, which has changed in January 2023, was not explained in the welcome email I was sent (just a QR code attachment). Otherwise the hotel is perfect for a quick business trip to Toulon. I will use again.

My wife and myself have just stayed at this hotel. The room was adequate, clean and smart, and had air conditioning. The air conditioning wasn't working correctly at first but after a quick visit by front desk staff who reset it it worked well - lucky as it was during a heatwave and the windows don't open at this hotel. There is limited parking immediately outside the hotel entrance or you can use the underground hotel car park accessed by the ramp right beside the main entrance. Breakfast was perhaps a little underwhelming compared to other Holiday Inn's as the selection was limited but the quality of what was there was good. This is a city centre hotel so ideal for business people or if you want to explore the city centre, otherwise I would look elsewhere for a room. All the staff were great that we met, professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

This is by by far one of the worst customer services hotel experiences I've had, we arrived at 11 pm and it was only at midnight when they were able to deliver us a room. The room was undone, the toilet wasn't clean, no batteries on the TV's remote, and nothing to clean the dishes with (they are supposed to provide this, since we were renting a studio). Since it was so late and many people was waiting for their room keys still after checkin-in over one hour, we decided to stay there on this ”undone-unclean” bedroom. They provided us with sheets that night and the next day and even the day after I requested multiple times to get the kitchen cleaning kit (we were staying at a studio) and they would only mimic that they would bring it during the day and nothing ever happened. We never got toilet paper either, they were able to provide the batteries but their TV doesn't connect to their wifi, so it's like not having one. Needless to say that there was never any room service, they never came to clean, and the people who will come after our stay will eat on dishes that were cleaned with water only - I am sure that nobody from their staff will come take care of it. They require a 150 EUR guarantee fee in case of damages, including if we leave the dishes dirty ... so you can understand my frustration. I am still shocked of the poor quality of services, their staff is full of excuses but not of solutions, which I can only imagine comes from poor management. This hotel was oversold and you could see that it was also understaffed. Unfortunately we booked for 3 nights, and I can say that nothing was done to create a better experience or provide the If I can provide any advice is RUN AWAY, there are many hotels with similar services on that same area, and it is not worth the bad experience.

Hotel very well located in Toulon, near the station and the zenith, the staff at the reception is very sympathetic, the corridors are spacious, the room is very well-organised (a lot of takes, The packaging is very good, the TV is large and well placed, the sound insonorization is perfect and especially it feels clean, it's really an important point. We had an unplanned 4 night stay at the hotel following a break in to our camper van (which was parked by the naval barracks in central Toulon). All of our personal belongings were stolen, including our passports; all we had with us was our little dog, his food and feeding bowls and the clothes we were wearing. We arrived very late in the evening to the hotel (without a reservation) and still in complete shock. We were able to securely park our damaged van in the underground car park and made our way to reception. There, we were met by Kevin, who was brilliant and very understanding - he made sure we had everything we needed before we went to bed that night. The next morning, we had a huge amount of admin and logistics to navigate, as our original plan was to travel onwards to Mallorca, and this is when we met Samuel. There were countless times that myself and partner asked Samuel for his help and advice with trying to print documents and assist with communicating on our behalf. Our French isn’t very good and the team’s English is excellent! He went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem despite him and the team being very busy. We met Bernard a few days into our stay and he also demonstrated the same will to help, cheerfulness and professionalism. He was able to find a good vet for us close to the hotel who was able to help with paperwork and worming treatment for our dog so we could return together back to the U.K. We are extremely grateful to Kevin, Samuel and Bernard for their fantastic service and help. It made a huge difference to us following a very stressful experience. Although most of our interactions were with the guys, we could see that the entire team work really well together and are very organised. There is a good rapport between them all. Thank you to everyone. We are so grateful. It’s the best hospitality and kindness we’ve experienced for a long time. Keep being brilliant!

Hotel staff are all professionals. Lobby and breakfast area are sublime. Truly pleasant. Nothing feels ”worn out”. Room size, sheets, towels, mattress, pillows, beds, furniture all excellent. WiFi strong and functional. Price is good value. Location is nice. Parking available by hotel, but you need to ask in advance. No ”restaurant”, but breakfast served, and nice ”crudite platter” of cheese/meats available. Sound insulation good. A/C not strong, but functioning. In general, very happy with the stay. Many rooms have view of marina, but must be requested.
