But most of the room is without window, the soundproof is really bad, reading lights beside the bed always spoiled. It is good if the room provide bath-mat and room slippers. Most of the room I've stayed before have strong cigarettes smell although I already requested non-smoking rooms/floors.

|4.19km from city centerWe chose this hotel so that we will be able to leave our stuff in the hotel and also go back for shower rather than using the shared facilities at the theme park. Spacious room and clean. However, the service of the hotel feels like a budget hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. The staff had took my details earlier and when I went to the front desk to collect my room key, the other staff took a long time to locate my booking. They also had many empty rooms available but they seem to be more happy turning customers away at the doorstep rather than having satisfied customers walking out of their hotel. We arrived there earlier and requested for early check in, they asked for RM 291 for early check in as a half day rate which was daylight robbery! Unbelievable!

What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .

However, there was a coffee (or tea?) leftover in a plastic takeaway in the room when I checked in, which could be left by previous travellers? or hotel staff? and the carpet flooring is kinda dusty, it kept me sneezing, and there was no slippers provided. I hope the hotel management would consider to change to carpet flooring to tiles and improve on their hygiene. overall this hotel is a budget hotel, can't expect too much from budget price. otherwise, hotel staff was polite and helpful.

|2.06km from city centerThis inn was quite viral on tiktok due to the jacuzzi within one of the rooms. So I decided to give this place a try. Upon checking in, one problem I first noticed was that they required a rm100 deposit which could only be paid by cash and not credit card. After being told that there was a bank at the other end of the shoplots, I had to walk all the way there to withdraw the rm100 as I did not have enough with me at the time. After settling the deposit and receiving the room card key, I was finally able to enter the room. Well the room was not the cleanest as I found a cockroach in the bathroom and not to mention alot of dirt, flower petals and debris gushing out from the jacuzzi when i turned on the water. Quite disappointing as I had hoped for it to be at least decent.

For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area.

|2.19km from city centerI am looking for a place with bathtub..i wanted to relax..i have no issue on water and rooms..its fine by me..the only issue i have is parking..i parked at red color pillar which supposedly close to the lift to the hotel..but there’s another lift at the red pillar but its not going straight to the hotel lobby..it gets me to the shopping mall..so i had to walk to go to the lobby..maybe its not that far but the exit door at the shopping mall connected to the hotel was close..i had to make one big turn to go to the lobby..i guess they should put more signage for the guests to park near the lift to the lobby..otherwise..we’ll get lost

The bathroom is clean too but advice using own shower products as the provided shower products is usable but not recommended. The breakfast provided is limited in choice but delicious nonetheless. Location is very accessible to nearby shops. For car parking spots, need to depend on luck as there is a lot of people in nearby area.

Ew. I don't think they ever clean the blanket after each guests. Really bad smell on blankets. There were hair on bed and pillows. Also, there are torn parts on blankets and sheets. At around 8am the receptionist is playing a very loud hindi song. Oh, and both of the receptionist aren't friendly at all (no eye contacts no smile)

Bad - But your 5 last digit booking number was not the trip booking number, need to call them and get, or else cannot check in and nobody here to assist. So if the person at whatsapp or calling cannot get. Then you may need to wait and wait and wait. Luckily the pickup was at the second call.
Bad - Only 1 card given. Room for 2 person. So means the room card is slot in to the power supply and second person cannot go out. Because you will have no card to come in. And your roommate need to fetch you from ground floor. At least provide extra cars for the convenience of guest.
Bad - Toilet-bowl need deep cleaning. Can see the dirt around.
Bad - Pool table out of order not repaired. PlayStation machine there but no control to use or play.

Really enjoyed our stay. My son even enjoyed playing with with ‘pop pop’ outside the condo as well. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free as well. Definitely repeating again.
