The rooms were clean and staff cordial. But the climb of 70 stairs to reach the property was very steep. Some basic amenities were missing like there was no slippers (one has to carry them from plains, the exhaust fans in most rooms were not functional (the manager was friendly enough to change room next day, some of the lights were not functional, the spa advertised is not functional. But the food was good. Overall i'll rate the property 3. 5.

Absolutely loved staying at sunrise resort. Warmly greeted by mr. Man-veer ji, who is gem of person. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options on the menu. Special thanks to the chef mr. Diwan singh ji panwar. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and cozy with incredible views of the mountains from all corners. The service and hospitality of the staff was very warm, courteous and helpful. Amazing views from my room balcony made it truly a memorable experience. My stay at sunrise resorts, was truly special because of the beauty, peace and tranquility of this unexplored gem of a place but there’s also lots of activities for the adventure seekers. Well equipped wifi and extremely helpful host mr. Man-veer pan-war ji. Many thanks to the team for looking after us so well. Highly recommended.

The place is okay and would say it’s overrated. The cottages require air conditioning as, around this time of the year, it’s horribly hot during the day time. In the morning there was no hot water. The food was served cold, whether it was breakfast or dinner. The used plates remained in attended and remained outside our cottage through the night which made me very uncomfortable. The toiletries were bare minimum although toilets were neat. Location was average and so far the management is not doing anything to create a beautiful landscape around the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all an average stay and does not commensurate to the money paid.

This is the best view of the Himalayas around Dhanoulti and could not believe we had such an amazing view from our bedroom window!! We did not try any non-vegetarian food, including eggs, as we avoid non-veg during the Savan month, so we can’t comment on the non-veg options or their taste. We stayed in a suite room, which was comfortable but could have been more spacious considering the category. This resort is perfect for anyone wanting to escape the chaos of city life and spend a few days in a tranquil, pollution-free environment. With an AQI consistently below 30, it’s a breath of fresh air—literally! Overall, it’s a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy nature, with just a few areas for improvement. My stay at sunrise resorts, was truly special because of the beauty, peace and tranquility of this unexplored gem of a place but there’s also lots of activities for the adventure seekers.
