Had a warm stay at the hotel. The food was great, staff was the most courteous,rooms were neat, the roof top deck had a picturesque view of the mountains. Overall the stay was amazing An improvement could be to use more nature friendly and recyclable materials in rooms like bamboo tooth brushes, glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles etc. The most amazing part of the stay was the restaurants food and breakfast. Keep it up!! Will definitely recommend and visit again

This place is just simply amazing. The hotel is super clean and have amazingly friendly and helpful staffs. ”Kiran” is one of the wonderful staff in cafe plus has been very attentive and caring. The food served are delicious and rich in varieties. Another best tginv here is Falak the rooftop. It has breath taking view. In short, we are super satisfied with all the facilities and services in this hotel. Recommended and will surely be back again here. Keep up the good work Best Western Plus.

Our home stay was almost magical. The quiet serenity of the home next to a hill, and the welcoming staff are soothing. The owners were not present but the staff comprising of three cooks and two other gentlemen made our stay memorable with their warmth and wonderful hospitality. The food is amongst the best I've ever had outside home coming from me who's a foodie who tries out new dishes everywhere. The Himachali thali, khatta meat and fresh trout fish were excellently prepared by chef Sunny. Personally I loved their beverages the most. The hot chocolate prepared by Pritam ji was stellar. Rich and the best I've ever had with good portion size, in comparison to hotel chains. So was the amazing lemon ginger honey tea which has perfect proportions. We had it thrice throughout the stay. Vikas ***** with Barfi the dog engaged my four year old daughter very well and she played with him. He was very helpful and catered to every need of ours. They chatted with us nicely throughout including chef ***nu who's a wonderful singer and we had a lovely time jamming on the rooftop with his guitar. The dining area and cafe on the roof are charming with Himachali decor. Actually the entire house is very beautifully done up with carefully selected Tibetan artefacts and colorful wall art. They have four rooms. They have all the facilities of a standard hotel. We plan to stay there again and hope that the same staff would be present.
