The worst hotel experience in Spain, the front desk was no one at 2 pm, but it was not stated on Ctrip. We arrived at night and could not find this hotel. In a narrow alley, navigate The address can only be directed to his main street, and he inquired about several locals before he found it. The door of the hotel was blocked by the local residents' car, thinking that the wrong place was found, the door was closed, and I thought I found the haunted house. The most boring is that the entrance to the main street in the area where the hotel is located is blocked by the locals with mobile isolation piers. If the car cannot enter, you must pull down one of the sticks before you can drive in. In the description of the hotel, we didn't write any details. We were around for more than an hour and didn't drive into the main street next to the hotel. It was windy and rainy at night, and I couldn't go back to the same intersection with the navigation. Finally, Ctrip customer service was coordinated at 10 o'clock in the evening. They found the hotel and waited for nearly 40 minutes before they came to open the door. There were no prompt calls and text on the door of the hotel, it was too pit. It took more than two hours before and after entering the hotel. The room was very tidal, dripping down, the basics of sleep did not sleep well, said that there is a parking lot, ask them customer service, tell me that the city is very small, parking spaces are few, not good stop. The only advantage is that it is three hundred meters away from the ferry terminal. If you go to the ship to Tangier, Morocco, it is more convenient. Ctrip's service is still very good, help me contact the hotel to open the door for me. But I really don't recommend this hotel. I don't write any details. How do foreigners find them? We stayed at The Riad for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is small, but perfectly formed and in a great central location of the old town in a quiet street a few minutes walk from St Matthews Church. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A sumptuous breakfast is included with a wide selection of items and the best tortilla I have ever tasted. Our room was spacious with dual aspect windows overlooking the internal courtyard and the street. There is good outside space on the roof terrace with views over the town. We would highly recommend this hotel and would return should we revisit Tarifa.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot. There is a public paid parking lot. The room we live in should not be able to add extra beds. The hotel business is particularly good. The flight on the day we left was relatively late. We originally planned to discuss whether we can return later. La Residencia was the only hotel we reserved on our tour of Spain - we booked AirBnB's for the rest of our destinations. Well I have to say it was the best stay of our entire trip by far. We booked the terrace room with the soaking tub, and sadly we were not able to use it as it was unusually windy during our stay, with weather authorities posting an advisory for the first day. Tarifa is a windy place and the wind was strong! but we were comfortable enough inside, made even more so by taking advantage of the thermal circuit at the hotel Spa. We enjoyed this luxurious experience both days of our stay, and loved it so much we dreamed of finding something even close to the same back at home! Our meals in the dining room, for breakfast and dinner, were spectacular - including the fresh catch, which is baked in salt and then filleted at your table. The service there and at the front desk was exquisite. I booked this hotel seeing it was the top hotel in Tarifa and my expectations were not only met, they were far exceeded. We came to Tarifa for a day-tour to Tangier. This hotel is right across from the port to catch the ferry so easily. A highlight of our trip! Thanks so much!

The room was clean and functional which was exactly what I needed. It is pet friendly as well. I really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. The gardens where absolutely beautiful. The nicest gardens of any hotel I have been in and I have travelled in numerous countries.
