It a good value or money to stay with your family for one night near Napoli airport. But be aware that taxi from/to airport costs 35-40 euros each way because this is a trip outside Napoli boundaries so double tariff applied. So ignore taxi and book a transfer between the airport and the hotel in advance by calling hotel reception. It would cost 20-25 euros each way. Hotel personal is friendly. Day receptionist spoke English OK, but might receptionist a little.

Excellent stay here. Very close to airport. The staff organised a transfer to the port on arrival in Italy and to the airport on our departure from Naples. Rooms are spacious. Found a lovely restaurant near by.

I booked this based on a google search of airport hotels. This appeared the nicest and a fair price. On getting to the airport the info desk said it was at the other side of the airport and we would need to go there by taxi. We did this, very short journey but were charged €30 for it because apparently we crossed the county bounds. The following day the taxi to the port charged us €100 for the same reason! The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very limited however. Do not book this hotel based on it being an airport hotel. And if you do stay here do not travel by taxi!

My first time traveling ouside the U.S., I was a senior lady alone, and my flight was delayed. I was stranded in Naples with nowhere to go and a phone that was "waiting to activate" and of no use unless I was somewhere I could connect to Wifi. I landed in Naples close to 10:30 in the evening, and my son-in-law told me to go to the Luxor. I found a taxi, got to the hotel, and found to my horror my son-in-law had not checked reservations, and the hotel was full. Ready to cry, feeling frustrated, and nervous, I had decided to return to the airport and start all over. Enter the night manager. First, he escorted me to their dining area and invited me to sit on one of their beautiful white couches. He made and brought me the best cup of cappucino I have ever had in my life complete with swirls of cream without my asking. This gentleman then assured me he would help. He offered to call hotels in the area to find me a room to no avail. He then worked some magic to give me a room to spend the night. The room was extraordinarily clean, an extra woolen blanket was offered, and he gave me extra soap and shampoo for a long hot shower. He even offered to order in pizza for me to eat. And I slept peacefully. The next morning the same manager was there to greet me. He again made me a cup of cappucino and escorted me to a table where he brought me juice and pastries. He called me a taxi. He spent some extra time making sure I was all right. I will forever be grateful for his willingness to help me, to show me kindness, to care about their "Lost American Lady." I would highly recommend the Luxor. The place was beautiful, clean, and the staff exremely helpful and kind.

Delayed for 27 hours at Naples airport 21/9/18 flight to Glasgow. A coach load of us were taken to this so called hotel for overnight stay which some of us refused to stay in due to the unacceptable, disgusting bedroom and bathroom. Appaulled and discgusted that TUI would take their clients to this dump!

Before you read my comment you need to understand that I have stayed in many hotels all over the world from very luxury to very poor ones. The hotel culture in Italy isn't good in my point of view. Usually you get less for you money. I can not say that our stay was unpleasant as we stayed for 5 days. The hotel has the basics, is clean, the personal are friendly, but sometimes stubborn, the breakfast is good especially for a folk that does not have breakfast at all in their culture, but it's every day the same so not variation in the breakfast. The rooms are small, we booked superior room with kingsize bed. Well believe me the room wasn't "superior" and the bed wasn't kingsize at all. You will read that many people, including myself, are negative about the neighborhoud. This is true, you need to realize that you are staying in a poor part of Napoli and a lot of immigrantes are hanging all day long in front of the hotel, smoking weed. As long as you stay on the main streets till the Centrale Station nothing will happen. At least nothing did happen to us. But yes the street view is not qualitative. The immigrants didn't spoke to us, didn't intimidate us, unlike in Paris were it can get ugly...
