I really appreciate Elizabeth and Miguel at the front desk. They were AWESOME! There was a little hiccup at checkin but they were able to clear it up and help us to our room. We really appreciate the kindness, effort and professionalism. Trip.com was also awesome! I called trip.com’s 24/7 service and didn’t expect to get a person but they picked up immediately and called the hotel immediately to clear everything up. It is our first time using trip.com. We will definitely use the service again. We needed a place to stay the night so didn’t spend much time in the room. It is a hotel room with the necessary amenities for a nights stay. That was all we needed. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay but had an issue with parking. I have an accessible plate and parking was 20 feet from the door..and I parked myself. Then got a 30$ a day valet parking bill on my final bill. She. I arrived the valet guy said I wouldn’t be charged…anyway I’m a Hilton honors member and have also let them know I won’t be staying at a Hilton brand any time soon. And I travel every weekend in the winter for sports. Oh well…

Excellent customer service! Check in was super easy and when I asked where the nearest drug store was because I forgot my toothbrush the really nice lady (shame on me for forgetting her name) went to the back and brought me a new toothbrush and toothpaste without me asking for her help. Sometimes the littlest things can make the biggest difference! And the valet fellas were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. I actually ended up staying here because of a bad experience I had at one the convention hotels down the street. I left that hotel and found the Hyatt Regency Orange online and I checked in around 9pm. Boy was that a blessing in disguise! I saved around $500!! And the Hyatt was just as nice as the other hotel if not NICER! Thanks Hyatt!

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting Disneyland. The room was nice and very large with an extremely comfortable bed. Front desk staff were excellent—I had ordered Instacart to arrive before me and when I checked in they pulled it out without my asking. When I had questions they were always available and there were no lines. The housekeeping was disappointing as they did not service my room on one of my two full hotel days, and for me this is a big determinant in enjoying a hotel stay. I had taken a nap midday and they did not return to clean. Most hotels accommodate their cleaning and here they just skipped me. Getting back to a room at midnight to have it still full of wet towels and smelling musty and like stale coffee is not great. The pool area was pleasant but in need a f TLC with large areas of paint and cement damage in the pool and hot tub. I have not seen a pool in use in such disrepair before. Location was good on the #3 grove line of the transit system to Disneyland and a $10 Uber ride away most times. Despite the issues with housekeeping and disrepair of the pool, I would return given pricing, location, comfort of room and quality of front desk service.

For our Disneyland trip we used this hotel. When we arrived everyone was very friendly but was a bit disappointed that my only two options for parking was self parking for $25 and valet for $30 per day. As this was our first time going on a proper vacation. Guess I should have read more carefully because I also thought it said breakfast was included like a continental type but no it just says breakfast available and it can get pricey. The food is good though. This hotel is about 9 min away from the Disneyland parking lot which was great. There are stores and restaurants near by. The view is limited and if wanting to have a Disneyland view this is not the place. We were only able to see the tower and a few lights at night. But over all very comfortable, clean and friendly.

Stayed here for a weekend Disneyland trip. We got a standard King Bedroom suite. The hotel is very nice - beds are soft and rooms are very quiet. There's a 'sturdy' feeling to the floors, too. Water pressure is also very nice (I've stayed at pricey hotels were the shower water pressure is just dribbles of sadness so now I pay extra attention to the water). The hotel itself is RIGHT next to a bus stop that takes you directly to Disneyland so there's no need to uber or lyft. It comes every 15 minutes. A bus day pass is $6 - totally worth it! (PS. The bus app is called **A-Way WeGo**) The hotel serves a standard breakfast every morning and all you need to do is show them your pass or tell the staff your room number. Breakfast consists of the American staples: unlimited bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes/french toast (alternating days for those two), plain bagels, toast, oatmeal, and an omelet station. Very solid food if you're planning on hitting the park right after! I had one issue with the HVAC system in my hotel room. When the heater ran, the vents vibrated and HUMMMED extremely loudly and randomly. I couldn't sleep with the noise and let the front staff know. The manager immediately called the engineer to come into the room and look at the issue who said there was a part in the heater that needed to be completely replaced to get rid of the noise. Their solution was for us to switch rooms but we were already very comfortable in our room aside from the noise, so we chose not to do that. Kudos to the staff for trying to fix the issue immediately! Our room number was 232 BTW. I'd also like to add that the showers all had non-sulfate shampoo and conditioner! HUUUGE plus!!! My next Disneyland trip will definitely be at this hotel no questions asked.

This hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and a Target! The room was spacious, bedding was clean. I noticed the individual sofa was a bit dirty from the arm rest. In the restroom, there was a lot of small human hair. The elevator and hallways of the hotel were very stuffy. The lobby restroom was not clean.

Pros: Quiet and clean hotel. Good location as well. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Cons: Very limited breakfast. Uncomfortable beds - they're not hard enough. Very small refrigerator. No Safe inside our room. Phone is not working. You have to pay almost 35% more if you want to extend your stay. Front Desk Receptionists are not nice except William R.; he's nice and professional. Housekeepers are much better than Front Desk employees. Some of the housekeepers are nice and friendly.

Our hotel stay was smooth from the start. The staff was very helpful and a big thank you to the manager Hassant who went above and beyond to accommodate us on extending our stay here. Maritza Rocks!!! Anthony is Awesome!!! Adell is Cool!!! I needed to have my 3 rooms on the same floor and if possible to have 2 of them connect to each other. I understand how difficult it can be to have connecting rooms so I was hopeful. When I called, Maritza answered the phone and was SUPER friendly and willing to assist. I explained to her that I would be arriving by 2 PM and was hoping for the above as well as at least 1 room to have early check-in. Maritza not only took care of me, she amazed me!! She was able to secure 3 rooms on the same floor all close to each other and 2 of them were also connecting as requested. After that, she informed me that she could have all 3 rooms available for my early arrival as well. When I arrived Maritza was assisting another guest and Anthony checked me in. Anthony was also friendly and fun to engage with while completing the check-in process. Anthony is new to hotels and has been at this one for just about a year. You can really tell that his passion is hospitality. Adell was the 3rd team member that I had the pleasure of meeting while checking in. She has worked at another hotel before but is newer to this location and Sonesta. She too loves hospitality but enjoys wowing the guests after they come back from a long day at Disneyland. Update: my room lock stopped working and I had to call the desk for maintenance. It took 5 minutes and 11 seconds from me hanging up with the desk to maintenance fixing the lock. It took Maintance 2 minutes and 28 seconds to get the call from the desk and to come up to my room. Once he came up and saw what was needed it took him another 1 minute and 27 seconds to go back and retrieve tools and batteries to fix the lock. Once he had his tools He was able to fix the lock in 77 seconds. I am not sure if many will understand how great this is. I realize that responses aren’t typically this fast. However, a shoutout has to be made because they did this all in less than 6 minutes. That’s crazy!!!! Lastly, I have to shout out housekeeping for clean rooms. I always break down the room to inspect for bugs, dirt, or any other unwanted items. Not only were my 3 rooms super clean, they were dust free too! Great job to the Sonesta Anaheim for such a wonderful staff and leadership!!!

I had a question before I checked in, I messaged the hotel in the Hilton honor app. I received a prompt and courteous response from Jenelle. When I checked in the hotel Jenelle was at the front desk and remembered me & my message, she Also went out of her way to accommodate me with my special needs. Shortly after checking in Bevz checks in on me and make sure everything‘s OK. When I left and came back Bevz still remembered what I needed before I did. These two amazing employees are just the type that I would want to be the face of my business. I stay in many hotels and rarely do I see this type of service.

Rooms were very clean. Wide range of channels offered on the cable TV. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Friendly house keeping staff. Water pressure for the shower is a little weak. Might have a required water regulator in it. Fridge and microwave worked great. Beds were comfy.

Wonderful place to relax with your kids. They have so many activities that keep the kids busy even when not in the water park. The stay can be a little pricey but, trip helped make the cost a little lower with only having to pay the added resort fee of 29 a day. We saved about $200 dollars plus by using trip.com for our stay.

The room is clean, the bathroom is large, equipped with a microwave and electric iron, which is good. Unfortunately, there is no electric kettle. The breakfast is great. Although it is an enlarged version of the traditional American breakfast, it is also rich and delicious, and the children like it very much. The service staff are very kind and polite, making you feel comfortable. Will stay at this hotel next time

A first stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was clean, there was minimal amenities, an outside ice dispenser which was free and a beverage vending machine. The lighting in the room was more than adequate. Most importantly it was quiet in spite of the closeness to a freeway entrance and car wash. The staff was efficient and professional. The only negative was that the internet was slow. Also, there was a free microwave in the office as the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator.

I decided to go to Disney. It was nice that it was spacious and had a table. The whole house is old Next time I come with my family I think I'll go somewhere else I liked that the staff were friendly and smiling. The drinks provided in the hotel lobby were also good.
