TIP: To get to the hotel, - if you are coming from Midosuji line, take exit 4 or 5 - if you are coming from Nankai Namba station, take the North Exit - Regardless if you exit from exit 4 or 5 or Nankai line North Exit, as soon as you are out, face to your right where you will see 'Starbucks' and La Poppo Farm Cafe. The road to Hotel Alps is the road between Starbucks and La Poppo Farm Cafe. It is 5 to 7 minute walk from the any of the exits I mentioned. I agree with all the good reviews about this hotel in TripAdvisor. - the room is quite spacious - Jacuzzi in the bathroom - plenty of toilet amenities - plenty of restaurants around the area - walking distance to Dotonburi Breakfast was good. On arrival, I was given a ticket for complimentary welcome drinks at their cafe but it can only be used between 11:00am and 10:00pm. However, the cafe is only open for breakfast until 10:00am so the ticket for welcome drink is useless. The hotel should stop giving out the useless ticket. Also, you need to leave the access card at reception everytime you go out and ask for it back when you come back. This could be a security issue because anyone can ask for your key without them verifying the identity of the person. Once, I asked for the wrong room number by mistake and was given the access card for the wrong room. I then asked for my correct room number.

Very happy to recommend this mid-priced hotel. Helpful staff and the room was small but clean with some thoughtful additions (not enough room for a clothes rack but lots of hooks to hang things from). Location was great and dinner in the restaurant downstairs was the highlight. The rooftop area would be a lovely spot during the warmer months.

Good walk from Namba station, directly opposite Kuromon market. There was an issue with our booking upon check in but instead of helping us with it, the receptionist said to cancel and make a new booking - which makes zero sense to me at all. Receptionists can’t speak a lick of English and will converse with you back and forth through Google translate, so be prepared for a lot miscommunication. Room was alright, nothing great or amazing. It’s a thing in Japan to have such tiny rooms so we didn’t expect much. Basic amenities given, and if you need extra things like combs or shavers you can get them at the lobby. They said there was free coffee and donuts there 24/7 but every time we came down there was never any donuts lol. Receptionist also helped us to book a luggage delivery 👍🏼

Japanese accommodation is as narrow as Korea everywhere as usual I'm not used to Koreans called love hotels in Japan. It's just a hotel with a little room Room service, breakfast service, check-in before check-in, check-in before going to the airport But I'm frustrated by not speaking English.

Impressive hotel. There are many small thoughts that you can feel the hotel go beyond and above to take care of the guest. Ladies are given 5 amenties per night upon check in covering skin care, hair care, mask. There is free flow welcome drinks including hot and cold beverages and wine from 2pm to 8pm...and they welcome you to bring food to the area to eat so you can pratically pack in dinner. The wine is kept at 8pm but apparently the drink machine still operate after 8pm...you can get a cup of hot tea at night. There are bath salt provided 1 per guest, if you wish to use the bath tub. Usb port are now common in new hotels, but this super hotel came with multiple cables as well. Free umbrella at level 2 for rental during raining days. Free breakfast came with salad, 3 types of freshly bake bread, 4 hot dish, rice, curry, miso soup, yogurt and milk. Truely amazing hotel.

Thanks to this trip, I had a good time The room condition was good and the blanket was good There was a saying that it was narrow, but when I went there, I saw that it was 2 adults, 1 middle school student, and 1 elementary school student. It was okay to stay like this And since it's in the center, I've been really comfortable If I go to Osaka on my next trip, I will stay here. Great value for money!! It is recommended unless it is a hotel stay. And since 2 queen beds were attached, was it okay for 4 people to sleep?

Prime location. Located at Namba Station (Exit B21) with 2 way escalator. Came in from Kyoto and it was definitely easy to move the luggage on the escalators compared to carrying up the stairs. Nankai Railway also within a 6mins walk, also allow easy access to reach airport from hotel. Room is large for Japan's expectation. My family were quite shocked with the spacious room as our previous trips to Japan booked at the similar pricing only allow a portion of the room size. Breakfast is decent but 5 nights in, we got sick of the options. Only changes made to the mains (pasta/noodle). Others like takoyaki, is a staple since its japan. Hotel can get pretty crowded, so breakfast can queue up long line. Front desk is hard to communicate with, as per mentioned. I booked 4 rooms under my name for my group of 11 pax. In the noon when we reached from kyoto, the front desk lady (who speaks english) told us the bookings are confirmed but the rooms are not ready so we left our luggages with the hotel. We returned at night to 2 japanese guy whom speaks no english. When we tried to help after waiting for close to 15minutes, we were shush because they got confused of my booking (1 quad, 1 triple, 1 double, 1 twin room) Select Rooms

I made a reservation to see the cherry blossoms in Nishinomaru, Osaka Jo castle, but I gave up cherry blossoms because I was ill. At least, I took a walk in Dotonbori in the evening, visited Hozenji Temple, and prayed for healing. The hotel is close to Nihonbashi Station and has a downtown area representing Osaka around. It is a reasonable hotel with a free light breakfast (roll bread, bread, boiled *, juice, coffee, tea, etc.), and I think it is well worth using for some people. The foreigner who checked in at the same time stayed for 7 consecutive nights. The facilities seem to be quite aging, and the vintage washlet made by Matsushita Electric Co., Ltd., which has no heater, is still active. I was really surprised at the breaking of the comforter. ★ Rolled bread orange juice boiled * Waiting for enough check out

Environment: There are mixed dormitories and independent dormitories for girls, as well as triple rooms. I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

Stayed in Osaka for 2 nights and it was more expensive than the previous one, probably because of Saturday. I'm not familiar with the software, so I didn't change it to two people. I went and added 250, but it was worse than the first one. The space was small and the sheets were a little damp. The overall feeling was average, but the location was very convenient. It cost 200 to go downstairs. Rice is Kuromon Market

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

The next day, I went to Kaiyukan and moved to Shin-Osaka, so it was only a one-day stay, but I used it for a family trip to Universal Studios Japan. Straight line distance is near, and it is immediate when we use high speed by taxi. Self check-in, the room is clean, and you can stay calmly. However, if it was for the purpose of USJ, I thought it might be better to stay at a nearby hotel (because it is lined up in the luggage storage of USJ...). I think that's the strategy.

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.
