Наверное это самый комфортабельный отель из всех в которых я когда-либо останавливался. Забронировал номер по телефону, без каких либо предоплат. Персонал обходительный и внимательный, но в тоже время не навязчивый. С порога отеля уже предлагают помощ в подъёме вещей (сумки). Всё в отеле выглядит дорого, везде чисто. В коридорах куллеры с водой и места для отдыха (кресла, диванчики). В лифтах система безопасности (проезд только по карте гостя отеля). В номере есть все необходимое: мини- бар, холодильник, чайник и чайные принадлежности, вода, полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности включая зубной набор, сейф, утюг с доской для утюга, даже фонарик зачем-то есть (который работает!). Вечером горничная обходит номера и уточняет, не нужно ли что - нибудь пополнить (воду или иные принадлежности). Телевизор с кабельным телевидением (каналов 200 примерно) и уже загруженными медиафайлами (фильмы, сериалы и т.п.) Прошу прощения за такое описание, но у них даже туалетная бумага с пломбой отеля. Шведский стол тоже на высоте. Можно заказать ранний завтрак, который накроют в ресторане или принесут в номер (на фото есть завтрак в номер). На - 1 этаже для гостей отеля бесплатно зона спа (бассейн (не спортивный, а тот в который после бани можно окунуться), сауна и хамам, рядом с которыми лежаки и кресла, а также вода и чайные принадлежности).Также есть солевая комната (там включают какой-то раствор которым в течении получаса сидя в кресле рекомендуется подышать). В спа гостям отеля дают бесплатно полотенце, простынь и новые сланцы. Тамже на - 1 этаже расположен маленький спортзал (примерно 30 кв.м) с беговыми дорожкам (2шт), тренажёрами, штангами, гантелями. В здании отеля (при входе) 2 ресторана (один относится к отелю, второй нет). Отель находится на набережной в центре города. Есть номера с видом на набережную, но они дороже. Я проживал в номере с видом не на набережную (фото прилагаю). Отель классный, в нем все продумано до мелочей. Комфорт в мелочах! Ох, никогда столько не писал про отели!

По работе приехали с коллегой в Кемерово и разместились в отеле Тайм.Мы впервые остановились в не большом отеле. Понравилось все! Начиная с милых девушек -администраторов Ксении и Дарьи, которые были очень внимательными ко всем нашим просьбам и вопроса и заканчивая сотрудниками кухни! Завтраки были очень вкусными и была возможность попробовать предложенную кухню. Всем сотрудникам отеля Тайм огромное СПАСИБО! Обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель и посетим его при удобном случае!

The last time I was at the hotel 4 years ago, I will tell you he hasn't really gotten worse over these years. Good room, all the foam was, coat, slippers, tea table and sugar tea. Breakfast did not take, in Moscow I can't have breakfast so early). Hotel recommends, reception works rather than sleep, shoe cleaning machines on the floor and in the hall, showers in the floor, which is convenient. Enjoyable trimmings - an unusual card with the address of the hotel itself, and a card who took the room. That's how to keep it!

A great hotel compared to other this price segment, new repairs, spacious rooms. Good, responsive staff. However, there is no desktop, no chair, no mini-fridge in the room, which makes staying in the room a little uncomfortable. Otherwise - all super, recommend 🙂

The hotel On Martemyanova is an economical and cozy three-star hotel, which is located a few minutes' drive from two city train stations.The hotel building has convenient access roads, fenced and lighted territory with a large parking, a green park and a playground.13 rooms of the hotel ("Suite", "Junior Suite", "Standard") are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and are located on the second floor of the building.We can also offer Economy rooms for budget accommodation, which are located on the third floor and belong to the dormitory of the aviation training center. We have 12 such numbers. Each of these rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests.24/7 check-in, individual approach to each guest, cleanliness and warm welcome - all these are our main trump cards!We always try to do everything to ensure that any guest becomes our regular and favorite!

Бронировали 2 номера от организации на сутки и через 2 дня еще на сутки (ехали проездом через Кемерово). По дороге туда остановились в гостинице 26.02, все более менее нормально. Съехали 27.02 и буквально на следующий день (28.02) звонят из гостиницы и говорят, что нужно внести предоплату за следующее проживание (бронь на 01.03). Без оплаты не заселят. Еще раз объясню ситуацию: бронировали заранее, оплату не просили (мы бы спокойно оплатили по счету заблаговременно). Когда выезжали из гостиницы 27.02 они тоже не попросили оплатить (что на месте тоже можно было сделать без каких-либо сложностей). Вероятно, кому-то хотели освободить номер или номера. Поскольку в городе были соревнования найти оперативно гостиницу не вышло, не было мест. Пришлось идти у них на поводу и платить за номера авансом. Дальше тоже интересно, счет выставляли часа 2, поскольку мы бюджетная организация и оплатить через банк мгновенно невозможно (а им нужно было именно это, либо на следующий день не поселят), мы стали пытаться платить как частное лицо через сбербанк он-лайн, конечно никаких QR-кодов (счет же выставили), оплата по реквизитам, прописать номер брони и куча других сложностей. Ладно. Дальше интереснее - комиссия. Не знаю, почему. Или другой регион или в чем дело. Кое-как оплатили, они оставили нашу бронь. По приезду в гостиницу селят не в тот номер, который был заказан (не студия, а стандарт), говоря, что у них разные студии есть (в первый раз студия была похожа на студию, к слову). Второй номер вообще искали минут тридцать (повторяю, оплаченная бронь была!!!). Спать в гостинице невозможно было, стены картонные, вероятно. Тут конечно, сказывается полная загрузка (это не их вина), но стены.. Единственный плюс - это ранний завтрак и неплохая еда. Гостиницу мы внесли в ”черный список”, впервые столкнулись с таким отношением и такой организацией процесса проживания.

По работе приехали с коллегой в Кемерово и разместились в отеле Тайм.Мы впервые остановились в не большом отеле. Понравилось все!
