At check-in the lady was quite professional and friendly but from there everything just went downhill, the worst part was the food in the restaurant they have a small menu what is understandable if your place is not busy but waiting 1h for the food and when it came out was shocking to see that the pork ribs what my wife ordered it was literally 2 (bones) ribs when we seen from other tables they had a full rack of ribs, and it was unbelievably chewie and full of fat, clearly they had some issues in the kitchen, but shocking how could they serve it like that for 24 euros... when asked they wait if they have 2 different ribs in the menu he said no, and we explained how small it was his answer was he didn't seen it.

Very conveniently located 10plus mins walk from TLS airport. The walk is not a super easy one with a luggage though, so best to locate the hotel shuttle which I understood from the staff is just infront of the airport (keep a lookout!). Comfortable, clean and convenient stay overall if you want to be near the airport, but not such a convenient location to capitole. Hotel shuttle to airport runs every 20 mins starting from 7am.

True to its brand with spacious, clean and functional rooms. Smart and contemporary lobby and bar areas. We took the uninspiring 20 minute walk from the airport and were disappointed to find the shuttle bus operates only limited hours and would not be available for our return journey at 5 in the morning. We were up before breakfast was served but staff kindly packed a small takeaway breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds provided a comfortable night of sleep and the hotel and surrounding area were thankfully quiet. All in all, a good standard of hotel but be careful if you’re reliant on their limited shuttle bus. Other hotels would be less of a walk.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

Positive aspects: - very short drive from TLS airport - free parking - good breakfast - very friendly staff Negative aspects: - dated rooms, old bed, torn wallpaper, cheap furniture - overpriced - front desk staff wear face masks below their chin While the location is certainly convenient, the hotel is very dated and in urgent need of a major renovation. We figured next time we'd invest an extra 40-50 EUR and stay at a nicer place around TLS airport.

We had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. We arrived in good time on a weekday afternoon and after my eyes had adjusted to gloom espied a receptionist hiding behind her screen. Zero welcome. Went through the usual yes, we have a reservation, name and covid check. Went to the room and fair play they are OK and clean. Decided to have a drink around 6:30 but the bar was closed - service from 8 - 12 apparently. Wandered across to the restaurant which was shut as was the 'pool bar' This place has the air of an out of season amusement park which was overdue and make over. The restaurant had very little to offer a vegetarian and was heavily loaded with duck in every conceivable form. Reminiscent of the two Ronnies Rook Restaurant sketch. If it wasn't duck then it was available with foie gras sauce........ We went out for dinner, since there was no outside seating area for a drink, no staff to serve one and the bar was closed. On our return around 9, the lights over the bar were on, but none in the actual room and no customers, yet there quite a few cars in the car park. I've watched too many episodes of Ozark; was this a money laundering operation for the mob.........?

Went to watch the rugby, basic but clean and plenty of kitchen facilities Twenty minutes from the tram, a ticket is 1.70 (make sure you validate) we got a 3 Day Ticket for €13 which gave access to bus, tram and underground. We got a tram to Arenes then changed to the underground, if you get lucky with the trams it's 20 minutes. The public transport system is brilliant so don't be scared of booking a bit out the centre. Nice bakery down the road, if you head two stops towards the airport there's plenty of amenities available. If possible ask for a hippodrome facing room. Pool was nicely kept, never more than an handful of people in there. The reception is only 8am - 9pm so make sure you make arrangements out of them times.
