Overall review is 5+. A home away from home experience. The meals were of generous portions, of very high quality and variety of local and exotic dishes. The ambience is great. Location is secured, quiet and accessible to the shoping area. Staff are very welcoming, courteous, polite, helpful and very accommodating. I had a very restful stay as the bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked very well, the generator kicked-in immediately that was a power outage, not to mention the shower with very hot water and great pressure to relax a tired body. I would surely recommend the hotel and stay there again without a doubt!!!! I look forward to seeing Adis Hotels expand to other states especially Lagos!!!!

Spent a night here last week. I had heard a lot and thus had high expectations, especially considering the above average prices they were charging. While the Hotel has very good facilities (lifts, rooms, bathrooms, restaurant) it was let down by average levels of service. Very average! First, coming down from the car there was no one to carry my luggage. Big fail! The staff were okay but dressed shabbily (hey first impressions count!) Secondly, the TV set was waaaaay below budget, and half the channels were not working (come on!! This is so simple!) Most annoying, the internet DID NOT WORK (HELLOOOOOOO! In 2019?!?!?!?). Free complimentary breakfast was only slightly better. Only thing I enjoyed? The bathroom was quite good. Hot water, nice and clean. But that was it. Verdict?! If you need to stay somewhere on the Ife/Ilorin axis in Ibadan, then this is okay. Otherwise, I think you're better served spending your money elsewhere.

Here, you get good 3.5 - 4 star quality accommodation. You will feel safe and comfortable here. The hotel is modern and clean (i.e. clean sheets and towels which can be a problem in hotels in-country). Food pretty good. Location depends on where you are going to in Ibadan as traffic is quite bad in and around the center. Strange to only get one bath towel. Bathrooms a bit "yucky" and rather outdated with many old and poorly installed fixtures. Staff is nice. If you are a Best Western premium (Diamond Select or other) don't expect any recognition or the normal benefits. It is not recognized.

I sure I found a place I can call paradise in Ibadan. The environment is calm nd cool, The staff are of the best Africa culture. The food is almost free viz quality versus price. Security is good both day especially at night. Electricity is well taken care of. I will not advise you increase your price. Believe me there is nothing to add.

I used to stay twice at Sheraton Abuja together with my colleagues and wanted to stay a third time on 18th of February 2020. During the first stay my colleagues and I stayed in the “club lounge” at the breakfast. After signing/ recognising the bills I wanted to take 3 pens as souvenir. One female employee run after me and stopped me from exiting the club lounge. She rudely pulled the three pens out of my hand and said, that those pens are theirs. Those were the plastic pens used for the guests in the hotel. I reported this to the guest relation manager, because I wanted to fix the issues internally. At the second stay my colleague complained about a terrible smell out of the bathroom and leaking water in the room. Again, I reported it and wanted to fix it internally still. At the third visit (18.02.2020) I checked the booking in advance and found out, that it was not possible to book rooms with points. So we flew to Abuja, stopped in front of the hotel and my colleague asked at the front desk, if there are 4 rooms available. The answer was “yes”. So I tried to do the online reservations by redeeming points and found out, that there were no rooms available for redemption. I wanted to speak with the reservation officer (Mr. Celestine) and asked him to solve the issue as we were waiting and hoping to get our rooms. He offered me to pay cash for as long as there are no rooms available for redemption. That was absolutely unacceptable to me and my colleagues and I asked him for a redemption solution, which he was unable or unwilling to do. There are rooms available at 8.30 p.m. , but nobody wanted to solve the issue. I checked after midnight, and there were rooms available for redemption. I felt very disappointed and embarrassed in front of my colleagues. Some hotel staff is either uneducated or completely ignorant to the guests. Additionally there are renovation works going on, hence it’s very noisy. The price is gross and almost an insult to the guest for this kind of service. My ambassador status just expired and I have to say, that the treatment and handling towards me was appalling. On a different note. Of course, that doesn’t reflect all staff at Sheraton Abuja. We had some very good experience i.e. at the Papillon restaurant. After addressing all those issues to the hotel staff directly they were not even close to fix them.

Not bad, the hotel security is good, relatively safe, breakfast is rich, lunch and dinner, the restaurant can order, and the taste is also very good. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy water, eat and use, and everything is complete. Toiletries are from L'Occitane. I was a little dissatisfied, because I needed to catch a flight early in the morning on the day of departure, and told the front desk whether breakfast could be packed, and the front desk could reply to the restaurant 1 hour in advance. Who knew to go to the restaurant the next day and was told not to because it was not time yet ... a little helpless. Overall pretty good.

I work in the humanitarian sector and stay here whenever I am in Abuja (at least once per month) and it really is my home away from home. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are well-appointed, and the breakfast is pretty good (both cooked and continental). The poolside area is also a nice place to hang out, with a gym and table tennis table nearby if you fancy a bit of a workout. The hotel also has vehicles and drivers on standby if needed (I use them for airport pick-ups and drop-offs). Aside from the hotel itself, the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, which most certainly contributes to my feeling of being at home. The General Manager (Alain) and Operations Manager (Elie) will do everything within their power to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. I am admittedly a bit of a complainer, but whenever I have raised an issue it has been resolved immediately. They certainly do understand the concept of hospitality. Because of my positive experience here, I have encouraged my fellow humanitarian professionals to also stay here when in Abuja. Many have and now only stay here when in town. All in all, the place is really good value for money and I personally wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

I stayed here after a busy overwhelming experience at Lagos. It was calm. The receptionists were quite professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, loved the hot shower. The room had a good desk with a comfortable chair to work on, the wi-fi was consistent. There is a hotel Panache on the premises. The dinner was tasty and in sizeable portions. The breakfast needs improvement. It lacks variety and took too long to arrive. All in all, I would recommend the suites and I would stay here again.

Overall, an unenjoyable stay, in a place that did not feel clean, with lots of issues, from broken locks to payment problems, and tons of attitude from the front desk staff. The downstairs bar is rather cozy - good place to have a beer, if you don't feel like heading out. The breakfast is absolutely awful - don't bother. Otherwise, Abuja has plenty to offer, and the Chelsea is certainly not one of those things. On the other hand, it's pretty cheap, so with a buyer beware attitude, it could work for some.

Wow, looking at the hotel from outside, I was not expecting what I saw inside. This hotel is stunning, the staff are super pleasant and attentive and the decor is perfect for my taste and style. The meeting room was cooled to perfection to make you forget the scorching heat in Abuja currently, the food in the restaurant was also very good. I will be revisiting the place very soon. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from over-crowded places like Hilton.

From the front desk, restaurant to the room, it's a sorry tale. The internet service is so poor and its restricted to only one person per room. It's an austere hotel. The management should improve on the services that are provided. Poor services all through.

Stayed here for a few nights. The food was soo good. I never expected it to be that good. The portions served were soo big. The menu features a lot of dishes. The rooms were clean and I was attended to anytime I looked for help. Staff was helpful and full of joy. Very reasonable price considering its located in the middle of Abuja. So, I was trilled by the beauty and services of this small hotel in Abuja Nigeria. My office made the bookings on my behalf and the driver said a lot of good things and I wasn't disappointed. Very secured, neat and quiet. From the lobby you'd realize you are home to a well furnished hotel. Saw few rooms before I settled in. Rooms where exquisitely furnished with modern wares. What I enjoyed most was the bathroom and the large screen television with IPTV connectivity. I was able to watch Youtube videos, surf facebook and twitter on my television set. Fantastic experience, I must say. The staff were so amazing and the meals were great. The young man that served at the Rooftop Bar was my favourite. I didn't get to use the gym and the swimming pool, but they were great. I will surely recommend to anyone looking for good and pocket friendly hotel in Abuja Nigeria.
