Provides free luggage storage after checkout for the rest of the day in case you have a later journey elsewhere. The standard double room was very spacious, although perhaps could use more lights as it would be a bit dark even with all the lights turned on.
My main complaint would be the location; there is no train/metro station near the hotel and you need to take a local bus to the metro station - the problem is that the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 minutes walk away which adds a lot of time to an already long journey if you wish to go to central Milan (total time with walking is around 50-60 minutes).
Tip: You can take a 3 minute Lime scooter between the hotel and the bus stop, and vice versa, which will save you about 10 minutes walking each time

Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

One is not so easy to find check in location, you can find the entrance door but you don’t know how to get in, it’s better to put more information about it. Secondly, no instruction about oven, coffee machine or washing machine in English. Not so easy to figure out how to use it. Overall it’s a good property for staying.

The room was clean and there was a hot water in the shower. There’s also an electric kettle and teas and coffees, a safety deposit box to keep my valuable things such as my passport and purse. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast enough.

Taxi will certainly be faster. Once an hour to the nearest metro station of the red branch from the hotel there is a free shuttle bus, also you can get there on your own by 35 bus (20-30 minutes) or walk (35-40 minutes). The nearest cafe to the hotel (unless the restaurant in the hotel) is located in Cascina Merlata Park about 17 minutes walk.
We had a room on the 12th floor with views on the industrial zone (I suspect that the species are similar to all rooms). And there is even an element of some fetish, because Milan was a major industrial center before becoming the capital of fashion.
The staff was responsive and went to the meeting on the issue of freezing on the deposit map (Russian bank cards in Europe now in most cases do not work).
The room is generally acceptable except for dirty windows outside. All necessary is: teapot, minibar, safe, spacious closet, fan. Swans are in good condition, towels changed every day. Bed large and comfortable, with two kinds of pillows.

Easy to get to from Malpensa airport as it is only 3 stops from Milan Central Station. Spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable with toiletries and a hairdryer provided but no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms although there is a restaurant/bar on site. There is an all you can eat fixed price Chinese restaurant across the road, a cafe serving great coffee and delicious pastries within 50yds, a great cocktail bar that also serves Chinese bao next to that and various other food outlets within a five minute walk at prices far less than central Milan. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Milan.
