|9.63km from city centerSaw a lot of not-so-good reviews in 2018, yet we still decided to give it a try. On arrival, check in process was smooth and easy, the lady was very helpful. The beach and pool view from our room was breathtaking. Love the idea of being able to lie on the soft comfy bed to enjoy the scenic view and the sunrise. The room was big, the bed and pillows were soft, clean and comfortable. The air-con was cold and the water heater was warm. There was a one-door fridge to store the drinks we bought. The bathroom was big, with a shower, a bathtub that was facing the beach. We stayed for 2 nights. 1st breakfast was ala carte and we both ordered American Breakfast, we enjoyed it and especially love the pineapple jam. 2nd day breakfast was buffet style, other than the American breakfast, they also serve salad, chicken porridge, soup and fried rice. Nothing special but all taste good and you would want to take again and again. Having said so, there are things to improve. There were two flies and some black ants in our room that welcome us. Those flies were quite disturbing. The beach was not clean with trash and the sand was mixed with lots of broken shells making the the stroll on the beach a little unpleasant. The swimming pool was cleaned in the morning but towards afternoon it became dirty again even though there was a filter to clean from time to time. In conclusion, this was a very pleasant stay for us and I am looking forward to visit again. Staying here was a real and great experience to relax and rejuvenate.

Amenities and home appliances are high end with superb quality better than 5 stars property. Services from our villa butler was great even the hotel run by the local owner. Only negative comment was the beachfront villa not privacy, you have to exchanges it with the view which just only few steps to the beach. Our group also had dinner on the beach but taste just only so so.

|10.11km from city centerI stayed here for 1 night 11th March 2023 and it was great. Found it on Facebook and messaged to get prices and was replied to straight away easy to pay for. Easy to find and close to the pier, the hotel it’s self if small but in a good way around 10/12 rooms with a beautiful swimming pool but you are right on the beach. The owner Marco is amazing as well. The rooms have a bed to does for and a rain shower which I loved. I would 100% recommend this hotel to people going to kanom for a weekend or a stop on the way. |11.44km from city centerWe spent two wonderful weeks at this peaceful and luxurious resort. The whole resort appears new, including the bungalows, and everything is clean and nice. There is a nice pool area directly overlooking the beach. Wonderful staff that were very attentive to all our needs. Excellent breakfast made to order. The hotel restaurant must be one of the better restaurants in Khanom and deserves more guests. Normally we would have taken both lunch and dinner at one of the cheaper options along the beach, but we actually ended up having lunch in the hotel restaurant for the duration of our stay due to the tasty and high quality Thai dishes (we did not try any of the “Western” food on the menu) served here. We would love to come back to Wis Beach!

The swimming pool looks over the sea, and there are beds with beds, they have no wheels and are heavy to move, and the first day there were not many guests, and that made an unpleasant impression on the large terrace and the dining room. You can choose from Thai food and a European breakfast, fruit, tea or coffee. On the 2nd day there was a running buffet as breakfast, even with fries. It was much more pressing in the hotel and it was visible at breakfast. The room was spacious and especially in the bathroom you need to work. A lot of calc and a form of concrete rough. The vitrage also missed a few wheels and was not clean. The hotel is remote so you can't walk even comfortable to a village.

We had a casual conversation with the owner Daniel, and the next thing we knew, he had reached out to a friend who could run the tour for us! It was such a surprise 🥹 the hotel itself is directly accessible to the beach with benches and seats available to sit and relax at night. Music playlist was also great and chill. Staff were sweethearts. The entire experience was great! 11/10 would visit again!

The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient, there are almost no restaurants around, and the convenience store also needs a five-kilometer road. You can ask the hotel to call a car or rent a motorcycle to go there.
The hotel itself has a private beach and restaurants, which are all good. The only thing is that the room is a bit poor, dirty and full of insects. You have to keep the curtains closed all day during the day, otherwise you can see the inside from the outside, and the privacy is poor. Only four bottles of water are provided every day, and there is a charge for more. The spa is also average and the price/performance ratio is not high.
Generally speaking, the price is acceptable, but I hope it can be cleaner.

After two hours of sitting on a motorbike in the afternoon heat, wandering into this chic, modern, air-conditioned coffee-lover’s paradise was sheer heaven. This is possibly the only cafe in the area where the owners actually know about coffee (and care about what you think of theirs). The staff are friendly and the WiFi is good. This is a really good spot if you feel like lingering over a coffee (or two). They are open daily from 8am until 11pm.

Great Gym At Golden Beach Hotel in Khanom This excellent gym is hidden away in the Golden Beach Hotel in Khanom. It is perfect if you are on holiday or just travelling through and stop for a few days in Khanom. They have a very reasonable rate of 100 Baht for a casual visit, so there is no excuse to skip your workouts away from home. For a relatively small gym it is exceptionally well equipped with high quality machines and a good selection of free weights, weightlifting racks, barbells of various sizes and a ton of dumbbells. A large mirror and benches makes the gym complete that will allow the amateur just as the pro- weightlifter or bodybuilder to do a full workout. A selection of cardio machines allow you to do a full body workout both suited for the serious endurance athlete and muscle-builder alike. Two air cons and a number of fans ensure you don't get too hot. All in all a real hidden gem. So if you are looking for a hard core gym without the fluff and glitz this is your place. Check it out. Rock up to reception, hand over your 100 baht and lift some weights!

Unfortunately before arrived around 100kms. small rain coming not on time but we are safe. Located not far from the road that we know “The most beautiful road in Thai bay” overall was nice, on that time they renovate front of the resort and some space inside (I think look more beautiful in the future) I got beach front: sea view5 room some green space front of room before sand and sea. The room was old but cleaned some of electronic equipment should be fixed because of safety reason. Restaurant close the sea, taste the food was great especially Thai local food but not many choice if seafood. Staff should more practice about the service but if want to learn about the culture don’t worry about it. Overall was great, big space and good for celebration. One of recommended.

|8.33km from city centerWhat a gem of a place! The owner Pizzy made the experience for us, welcoming us to her place like old friends. The staff were mostly new and didn't speak English, but were so happy to help with a smile and aome google translate.
Foos offerings are sp**** right now but breakfast was good, and they're planning to offer more as business picks up post covid. They were building a new cafe area which looked lovely!
The room we had was a little run down but the view waa incredible and we enjoyed every second we were there. The pool is fantastic to cool off and we enjoyed hanging out there.
The only downside of the location is that you really need your own transport as to walk anywhere is a long way away. But they have room for parking and can also help with bike rental if needed. Just be aware there isn't much nearby, you need to walk about 30 minutes to get to any shops etc.

|9.56km from city centerWhoever seeks rest is right here, at least in the week, there are hardly tourists. At the WE the indigenous people come themselves and it will be full and loud. On 10 km of beach comes in the week 10 tourists :-) The bungalows are spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom is relatively large and the shower is separate. The wide beach is clean only before the hotels. The rest of the beach is made of plastic. Unfortunately, no one feels responsible for it. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant as almost always in Thailand, simply but sufficient and delicious. Also a small pool is directly available on the beach. Several restaurants and bars are accessible walking across the beach.

|11.17km from city centerFirst thing I will say is a very big thank you to the owner Nadine for picking me up from Khanom Golden Beach Hotel and later driving me to Sea Breeze Resort at Naiplao beach. Organising a taxi along this coastline is a hit and miss nightmare. My room was one of four with partial sea view. The CC Beach Resort next door has its carpark and bar/restaurant between Bamboo and the beach. Clean, spacious room showing its age but everything worked fine. Lighting was okay. Power points both sides of the bed. Ceiling fan to supplement the quiet aircon unit. Table and chairs inside and outside. The bathroom was half segregated. Warm water shower with decent water pressure. I had my meals at the CC Beach bar. They have an extensive food and drinks menu. Frankies Cafe is only 30m down the road. They have a range of hot and cold drinks. Bamboo Resort is good value price wise and my experience was enhanced by the owner Nadine's friendliness and generosity.
