The hotel service is very good, all the staff are very helpful, and you can install the hotel app to communicate directly with other places/book shuttle, etc., which is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are not that great, but they are adequate and the environment is relaxing. The decoration is starting to look dilapidated. The curtains at the entrance to the room are full of dirt. The terrace door cannot be latched properly. Finally, we need to hire staff to help. violent solution The hotel is located close to Cha Am. If you want to go to Hua Hin city by car, it is inconvenient and not far away (it takes about 45 minutes to go to the market village/night market). The hotel provides a paid shuttle, but the frequency is relatively small. It is suitable for those who want to go to the city center. Not highly recommended.

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. We had a super decent stay at the hotel. Thought it will be better to have more restaurants and spa facilities, the food quality was second to none. We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children stayed in this family room with bunk bed for a week. It was our first time to stay at this place. The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

Amazing beachfront hostel located on the top of a 17 floors-building with breathtaking sea view. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and shared bathrooms spacious and hygienic. What makes this property unique is, of course, it's location, which allowed an almost 360° view on the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Another detail that makes this place stand out is the remarkable size of its common space which allowed some privacy even in the hostel common area. Definitely a great place to chill for a few days with the mild sea breeze blowing your hair 24 hours a day. I wish I'd have stayed longer than my just 2 nights stay. Talay is probably the must stay hostel in Cha Am.

Counter service is quite poor, no recommendations for staying at all. Because we reserved a deluxe room We cannot know how many people were staying in the deluxe room zone that day. The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. There is a sand washing point in front of the room (before entering the room). It's easy to find food to eat. There are many shops in front of the accommodation. and near 7-Eleven #But what needs to be improved is The bathroom door has no handle and cannot be closed. Every light switch is the same. There should be a bedside light or a separate switch so that some lights can be turned on or off. It's located in an area mainly for Thai tourists, no foreigner families.There is no public transportation, tuktuks, taxis or anything around. If you want a taxi need to order it. The beach was with high tide during the day because of full moon, so we couldn't bathe. The restaurants around are at least 1 km away or the local option is to go to a thai shop on the beach with alive seafood and they cook it on the spot. Not for our kids. The lady in the reception is Thai, she is nice but no English at all. They cleaned our room the third day. The room was clean and spacious but no windows to open through the night, so we had the AC in high temperature all night. Not what we prefer.

The hotel is a good value for money, perfectly located in a quiet area with easy sea access. The rooms are very basic, no electric kettle or cups and dishes provided, no hair dryer, but a decent TV and air conditioner. They don't change your toiletries if you run out. There's a restaurant on the premises. 2 big pool each having a kiddie section. BUT they don't seem to care about garbage around, on the beach, on the terrace. The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.
