First, the design and construction is quaint to say the least. The owners managed to build a lot of rooms on their hillside lot, and their decorating is creative and fun. Our room was clean, comfortable and everything worked properly. Parking at the hotel was very limited, so we had to park in a dirt lot across the street. Not my first choice; however, we had no problems - our vehicle was safe. Next, to fair we stayed for 3 days at New Year 2020. But while the staff were very friendly and willing to help, they seemed overwhelmed in some service areas. Breakfast was not adequate from out viewpoint, and they had run out of water before we went to eat! They didn't clean our room and when we asked why not, they said that we had to ask if we wanted it cleaned - but nobody told us that. Finally, we should add that this is not recommended for elderly or handicapped people because of the requirement to climb up and down stairways, some without handrails. But, overall our stay was OK and we felt welcome and secure.

Came here with family who booked for us. Lovely new rooms with superb views and lovely air conditioning which was quiet and cold. Looked like we where the first to visit this room as it was so clean and new. Shower was lovely and hot and food in the restaurant was vet good and breakfast was a good standard. Don’t expect a full English breakfast but the you won’t get that anywhere to be honest. Location was great and only five minutes from the bridges with ample car park. Would defiantly recommend and come here again. Would also recommend doing the boat trip from the bridge especially at day break with the sun rising it was awesome.

Love Bridge House Resort is in a great location only 500 meter or so from Mon Bridge with great views of the lake. But you can not see the bridge itself. My room was on the smaller side in size very nicely decorated with comfortable bed, fridge, TV, and free wifi of ok speed. The bathroom was ok. The surprise to me was how small the windows are when the room has great views. The free breakfast was good with 3 choices of breakfast types. The service was good, and the staff was friendly. They have a free parking lot that can accommodate roughly 5 cars or so.

We stayed in the bangalows, they are spacious and have a view of part of the lake but not all of them have this view. The staff was attentive and the breakfas was included with a Mon type breakfast. We dined at the hotel and the Thai dishes were really delicious, the fries were wonderful. The Wi-Fi was good. The best way from Kanchanaburi to Sangkla Buri is by van, it take 2 hours and 30 min. and cost 175 bath one way. To move between places in Sangkla Buri use a moto taxi, it cost 20 bath per person.

Worst experience We arrived at 4pm at the hotel and it was very crowded at the check in lobby, each queue takes longer than 15minutes and at least 4 families in each line. So we decided to go out for dinner and came back to check in later. When we were back at 8pm, no queue left Still it took 20 minutes to check the reservation before telling us that the sea view plus room we booked wasnt available! They offered a ‘complimentary’ upgrade to garden view room with balcony (and we didnt have any other choice). Even worser, they told us that the room wasnt ready yet because the maid hadnt finished cleaning!! That time we realized why the lobby was so crowded with angry exhausted guests!! They tried to offer us to go to dinner (which we already had) and wait, couldnt even tell us when will the room be available. We waited a full hour, at the hot lobby without AC. Without any more offer or proper waiting area. Got the room at almost 10pm. And the only offer they gave is late checkout (which we couldnt stay that long) worst experience ever

Suitable for family vacations, only sea view rooms can experience the best location and the features of the best view hotel. There are few types of breakfast, and the room can be renovated. It is recommended to remove the carpet. The height of the bed will be more comfortable. The TV is too small and there are no Japanese and Chinese channels for TV programs. If there is a Sky bar, it will be even more attractive!

First of all, the hotel facilities are very old, so don’t stay if you mind. Second, the service at the front desk was unsatisfactory. At that time, we ordered a two-bedroom suite. When we checked in, the waiter said that we had upgraded to a sea view room, but they were different. It's two, why? The price of our suite is a bit more expensive than the price of two sea-view rooms. I don’t know what they think, so we just said how we decided and what room we live in. The waiter took us to the two-bedroom suite. We said that there is another room type that children like very much. We wanted to take the two children with us, and then went to see it. The result was that there is another two-bedroom, which is a bit cheaper than a two-bedroom suite. We set a two-bedroom with living room. The waiter showed us the two bedrooms without a living room. Our price should be a bit more expensive. We said we still live in the room we booked. We thought we would go directly to the two bedrooms with living room we went to. As a result, , The waiter actually took us to the front desk to get the room card. When we went to see the room, the waiter clearly took the room card in his hand. I don’t know why we have to go to the front desk. Hey, it’s been a lot of tossing back and forth. hour. Again, there was a problem with the hot and cold water in the room, so we didn't take a good bath that night, and called the waiter to fix it in the middle of the night, and the water was small and pitiful. This is completely our real experience. Of course, the location of this hotel is very good, close to the beach, very convenient to the beach, and very close to the Sanctuary of Truth.

Every time I travel to Thailand, I try to write a review. Why? Because I hope more Chinese people will travel to Thailand and travel on their own, Thailand can give you a lot, delicious sea, and even a short but deep-seated love encounter. This hotel is conveniently located next to the beach. You can get a bus from Bangkok for 60 Baht (Motor in Thailand can take a small suitcase, not a girl with a giant suitcase). The overhead light taxi costs 300 Baht. The bus No way. The front desk is enthusiastic in Chinese. The room is similar to domestic four-stars. The advantages are very new hardware. Unfortunately, the pool has a sea view. The slippers must be taken to the front desk. The cleaning is very serious every day. The guest is not low. There is no loud aunt group. The beach is out. Men go to the large bath area, half-hour walk from the black bone chicken bar area, the agogo area is a bit far away, it takes 50 minutes to walk or 20 baht for a quarter of an hour for caravans, girls are convenient for shopping, N large shopping malls can be reached on foot, and the environment is noisy. Quiet, there are no things that children should not watch around, suitable for families. The plug of the hotel is universal, no converter is needed, the air conditioning angle is not blowing against the bed is the highlight. The only inconvenience for the hotel is that for men, it is too far away from agogo. The heroine and you come back for 200 baht taxi money, which is extremely inconvenient. The overall cost is a little expensive. It is recommended to stay as a single man. If you bring a daughter-in-law, it is recommended to spend more money. Living in Siam is more face-saving.

Let me say the good things first, it is impressive overall including security, clean environment, short range within beach, central mall, street foods, night life! I like most is infinity rooftop swimming pool, but a high building near condo is blocking the sea view in one corner 😢 (it is not responsible for condo as it is other’s right) Apart from this, you can enjoy the sea and city view from the pool side. The bad thing is that receptionists don’t care you even if you are standing in front of the counter (They are eating and speaking) So finally I searched the key my self from mail box (as first we don’t know where are the mail boxes)!! 😅😅😅

The first floor of the hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21, the largest shopping mall in Pattaya. It is only a few minutes walk from Chinatown, the beach and the show. The location is better than that of Hilton. The key point is that there is a large water park and children’s club, which is very suitable for parent-child , Dad and baby, mom can go directly to the mall to buy and buy. The night view of the 32-story sky bar is awesome, with a panoramic view of Pattaya, and the sea breeze is particularly pleasant. Very enjoyable travel experience. Because of a friend's recommendation, we booked a two nights garden view room. The hotel helped us upgrade the family twin room on the day because we did n’t have a double bed room, but when we learned that we did n’t need a double bed, the hotel helped us change to a double bed ocean view room the next day. We feel that the hotel cares about the guest experience. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. There are many swimming pools, which are suitable for family travel, especially suitable for couples or family. Breakfast is also very good, although not many varieties, but good quality. The hotel location should be considered the most convenient for traveling. The downstairs of the hotel is the linked mall. There is a wide range of children's supplies for eating and drinking. The breakfast is very good and the sea view is unbeatable. There is a line by the seaside, hop-on hop-off, the beach is not a private beach, and the road is very close. The only drawback is that when I go, it just happens to be Chinese New Year. In the past few days, I just happened to have serious pneumonia in China. I do n’t know when I can go back. The hotel is booked every day, but one day the hotel could n’t find my order. I rebooked the room at a high price and replaced it with an invincible ocean view room. It is recommended that the hotel should strengthen the checking of the information. It also understands that Ctrip's workload during this period was too large to be investigated. After the difference, the original room was returned, this one still has to like it! In addition, there are many Chinese people in the hotel. Even if you are abroad, bring a good mask. There is no ventilation in the elevator. There are many children and families. Work together during pneumonia! Motherland refueling

Breakfast is ok, suitable for bringing children, the room is old. There was a problem with the design of the bed. I hit the seam in the middle of the front and back three times. Family members also have collisions. The swimming pool is ok, suitable for children of different ages. The hotel is relatively large and there are not enough guide maps, so I took a lot of wrong roads on the first day. It's too big, so tired lying on the stone ladder. There is no bathtub in the room. The bathroom has no door, just pull a cloth. If the family is unfamiliar, it will be even more insecure. The Japanese restaurant on the first floor is expensive and unpalatable. It is highly not recommended. The decorations of the room know what brain damage was designed, and I made a bunch of vine structures. As a result, it was too difficult to take care of for a long time, hiding the dirt, and I inadvertently looked at a lot of Spider-Man and dirty things inside, and almost vomited. The refrigerator is empty, and it doesn't look like a five-star. Critical refrigeration is still very poor. The view is ok. Should never come again

The room was clean and tidy. The balcony and sea views in the room were beautiful and much better than the Hilton next door. Service is welcoming, location is good, and there is no traffic jam around. There is a private beach, suitable for children, can play water and sand. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Terminal21. You can take it immediately whenever you want to take it. You don't need to wait for others. It only takes us two each time. Watching the Tiffany show, you can take the shuttle bus to Terminal21 and walk for one minute. I ordered the Dala Deluxe Room. The bathtub inside is very good, which is very suitable for taking pictures. It is also very healing to look at the scenery outside while taking a bath, and to watch the sunset. Breakfast is good, but not as good as old five-star hotels such as Hilton. The infinity pool of the hotel is great, it is downstairs and outdoor. The weather in Pattaya can swim at any time. This is very good. Unlike some hotel pools, which are upstairs and sometimes very cold, the cost performance is very high. Five-star recommendation.

The room is very spacious, the bed is big, very clean, and the location is super good. When you go downstairs, cross the restaurant and cross the road, it is a corner of Pattaya Beach. From the sofa in the room, you can see the sea and the beach. In addition to the sea, there is also an outdoor balcony. Overlooking half of the night view of Pattaya, the TV has a few Chinese channels, and there is a refrigerator in the room. Apart from mineral water and instant coffee and tea, there are no alternative drinks and no snacks. But there is a small pastry area in the lobby where you can order ice cream or pastry cakes There are two swimming pools. On the 4th floor, one is a children's pool with water slides, and the other is an adult pool, facing the sea. In addition, there is a small children's room where you can play games, painting, building blocks, etc., and you can also take your children to participate in paid parent-child activities to color pottery. There is a 711 convenience store within a 2-minute walk and the Teddy Museum in 3 minutes. Due to the epidemic, there are very few restaurants nearby. Fortunately, the hotel has its own restaurant. The staff is very nicw, check-in and check-out are very fast, deposit 1000 🐷 cash, free luggage storage, many families with children check in, lobby, restaurant, swimming pool, children's room can make new friends at any time. The only shortcoming may be because Thailand is also gradually banning plastics, so there are no bags in the trash cans in the rooms, and no toilets. There are many hotels near this hotel, and the Holiday Inn is also nearby, but the door of AMARI is very atmospheric, the door is the beach, and it ’s also close to terminal 21. Let ’s relax is also there, about 5 to 10 minutes walk. The room should be newly renovated and the facilities are very good. We ordered a two-room suite, a double bed, a large bed, two bathrooms, a 97-square-foot room, and a large balcony. The sea and the scenery are pretty good. Minibar is free except for two bottles of wine. There are also different juice drinks and six bottles of water provided. The room will be replaced with a new one every day, so you don't have to buy it yourself. The hotel service is also very good, because we live in a suite, not far away, Checkin is also going to the suite, one to one, will give you ice towels and cold drinks to rest, you can sit on the sofa, etc. This time it was new pneumonia. At that time, the service staff all wore masks and provided disinfectant liquid in the lobby, so they could use it at any time. Every time I go back out, there will be the high widower cart, you can call the waiter in the lobby to help you call, and then take us there. We are near the swimming pool, so we can walk directly to it. There are slides for children. If you bring children, it should be very suitable, and you can also see the children's club, happy hour 5-7pm, in the pool. Bar, can have one free drink per person, with cocktail and fresh juice. The two nights that day, I just happened to be married to an Indian, so the hotel's lobby / restaurant is also special. The waiters who walked by basically got off the bus, they would all help with their luggage, and they would smile and greet you wherever they went, Good morning / afternoon, very good, next time I have the opportunity to come to Pattaya, I will stay again. real story…… This is the story of a hotel with me. I came to Thailand in March to stay at their hotel. The environment is really great. It is a resort hotel. It is quiet and comfortable. This is the first impression, but there are many good hotels in Pattaya with insufficient environment. To impress me, later I met the hotel marketing manager, which is the beginning of the story ~~ 1. The epidemic is very serious. After knowing my birthday, I still went to a cake shop to order cakes for me, surprise me, and sing a happy birthday song to me, I was moved 😹 2. The hotel was asked by the government to close its business 🈺️, I did n’t care about the price of the hotel instead of arranging me to the chairman ’s private high-end apartment, it ’s the best sea view in Pattaya, but I did n’t charge an extra penny, and I also arranged for cleaning Change 3. Pull a group specifically for me, serve me alone, try my best to meet any needs, send fruits, meals ... Specially translate the menu for me, if there is any problem at home, I will take the initiative to find repairs, maybe I have not Care, but they also worry that it is not convenient for me to use 4. Today, my group asked if I could find someone to eat the bird's nest, and the group immediately responded. The chairman gave me a bird's nest gift, which arrived in less than half an hour. I was really moved. 5. During the epidemic, all employees of the hotel were called on to provide hand masks for the government, a very kind enterprise There are many, many moving places that are not long-winded. I suddenly understand why their hotel can operate for nearly 50 years, and it also made me understand what is the corporate culture spirit leader. I can feel their intentions at any time in their hotel. Let me live in Pattaya so comfortably, I really appreciate 🙏Royal Cliff Beach Hotel🏨, sincerely recommend it to everyone, if you come to Pattaya to play, you must come here and let you live Comfortable, have fun, feel at ease ~~ Don't forget the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Pattaya ...

Pros: Breakfast was good, with prawns and pork ribs, and cakes. Someone said before that there was coconut juice, this time it is not. Disadvantages: 1. The location is remote, it is not convenient to go to eat and watch the show. 2. The hotel is too small to be called a resort, and the design is not good. You can't find a few pictures in a corner without taking a photo. 3. The room decoration is relatively simple. There is no table to store things, which is very inconvenient. The two chairs on the balcony are also the most uncomfortable chairs in my life. 4. Although the hotel has a beach, the beach is ugly and dirty, and you cannot swim or take photos. 5. The contents of the refrigerator are free, but the bottled water tastes salty, and then there are two small bottles of cola and a small plate of fruit, not worth a few bucks. 6. The service is ordinary and I don't think it is different from other hotels. 7. The wifi signal is very poor, sometimes there is no signal, it is too frustrating to disconnect the Internet in the room once every three minutes. 8. The swimming pool is small, shallow and not very beautiful, it is better than nothing. In short, I regret booking this hotel, it is not natural, it is original. My mother asked me where did you find such a broken hotel. This hotel was a big fail for my trip! I didn't know the reviews had childcare before, I really understand this time.

The lobby environment is consistent with the official website picture booked, and the hotel decoration is very atmospheric, which is very suitable for online shooting. It was almost Christmas when I went, and the hotel's Christmas decoration was also very distinctive. The staff at the lobby is very good in service. The kindness and gentleness of the reception is not good enough. The location is far from Pattaya Beach, at least 40 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is Tesco, but it also takes more than ten minutes to walk, and only one or two massage shops are seen near the hotel. One of them has an average environment, and the technicians are young sisters. The technique is not sophisticated enough, and the massage effect is very average.

Naklua
The location of the hotel is relatively remote, almost to the sea, travel can only rely on taxi. It takes about 4 kilometers to walk to Pattaya Street. A taxi is recommended! There are many types of breakfast, but the food is average. The hotel does not seem to have lunch or dinner. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful, all single-family villas are connected to the swimming pool. The disadvantage is that the water in the bathroom of the two rooms I ordered this time is very small, small and pitiful, and the hot water is not very hot, and it is not solved after the hotel is repaired. The room is about 65 square meters, and it seems that no extra bed is allowed! The deposit can only be Thai baht, not credit cards and RMB, which is quite inconvenient!

Pattaya Beach Road
I stayed in this hotel one year ago and felt very convenient, this time I stayed in this hotel again. The hotel is as good as ever, but this time arranged 10 rooms. This room is just above the bar. Every night when the balcony door opens, take a bottle of beer and you can synchronize with the bar on the balcony!

Friendly service, courteous staff and careful attention to the needs of residents. The environment is beautiful, the atmosphere of nature is very heavy, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the beach, the pool is full of sea and sky, the photos are great, and the hotel restaurant has good food. It is recommended not to go out to find restaurants. The food level is far below the hotel too! The hotel will participate in some activities every morning for free. We chose to do yoga, and do yoga in the environment of the sound of waves and birds. Kissing nature, it is wonderful! The furnishings around the hotel are also very thoughtful. I stayed for two nights this time and felt physically and mentally relaxed, but it was not enough. I would stay longer next time!
