I cannot recommend the suites enough for a wedding day. Alison is absolutely amazing she is so friendly and very helpful at all times. whenever I had to email her over a query her response was always fast. The wedding day itself ran perfectly. Everything was perfect from the ceremony, to the photographers choices for photos, Lee the DJ was brilliant. All staff were so helpful. The buffet was so nice. We literally had the best day ever and could not have asked for anything more. Thank you all again Mr and Mrs Long

The room was spacious with good beds. The shower was OK. It was heavily, but we had a good sleep. But breakfast was dramatically WERE! According to you can be up to 10 a.m. but it is not. On 9.45 everything was on: no bread, no eggs, no plates, no cups for coffee, etc. At the request, it was first sought a lot and said that everything was on because it was so busy!! Duh you know how many rooms are booked, that's called planning. The so-called manager did not do anything, only wearing the title. There are no food in the vicinity! Tisse that the other hotels are pieces more expensive but for 110 euros per night you can expect more service than you expect!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, Recieved a good nights sleep, as the hotel was quiet and no external noise. Handy having a selection of shops and restaurants ( McDonald's, Nandos, Q kitchen, Domino's,subway) on your doorstep. Overall great location for our visit.

This hotel needs more staff. Getting served at the bar on both evenings was a challenge, partly because the staff were more interested in talking to each other than to customers but also because there weren’t enough staff behind the bar in the first place. The cleaners need training. The back of the bathroom door, and behind door in our room weren’t as clean as they should be. We sat at a table on the higher level of the restaurant to eat our breakfast and the windowsill was filthy. Spilt drinks, dead flies, dust and very dusty Venetian blinds. Breakfast on Sunday morning was chaotic. There were 6 plates to choose from when we finally got to the front of the queue at the hot breakfast area, but every one of them had bits of food on it, then we found out why the queue was so slow moving. They were constantly running out of food items and some people decided to wait until more of those arrived. When we got there, they had run out of black pudding and eggs, then there were no cups, no pancakes. Having trays would be really useful as you have to make separate trips for various things as you can’t carry more than a plate and a cup at one time. Two ladies were frantically trying to keep up with the demand for food and crockery, and not managing it. This hotel needs more staff. On the bright side, the beds were very clean and very comfy.

I visited the Glebe with 4 friends the room was so clean and the beds were very comfy shower was amazing there is a fridge in the room and fresh towels tea coffee and complimentary shampoo and conditioner etc. such a shame about the area it wasn’t very nice but once the door is shut who cares. Easy access into the city by bus which is just across the rd and cost £2 it’s about a 10 min bus ride. Don’t count on a taxi though as we struggled to get one. Next time I’d probably stay in the city as the taxi situation was a nightmare. But the Glebe was fantastic and I can’t complain about anything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
