The landlord is super nice! It’s just that the English is not good.

The garden on the first floor is great, and I took the children to have a supper in the garden~
On the first floor, there is a laundry room and a kitchen for the landlord’s own use. You can use it by saying hello to the landlord in advance. There is a seaside plank road within a walking distance of 5-10, and the scenery is excellent!
Overall, everything is very, very good.
I also booked a room here for the parent of one of the students, and the parent was also very satisfied!

Great room, good price! Spacious room with kitchenette and comfortable mattress, amenities provided in all room, functional spaces with living area and kitchen zone. We stay in T-suite room and pool suite. T suite room is the suite room in loft style with outdoor terrace that has a big bath tub and sofa to pamper yourself for a relaxing getaway together with kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Pool suite is the room with the pool in your place! The water in the pool a bit cold but able to heat up and prepare it as warm pool with extra charges and advance acknowledgement required. Such a good choice for fun with friends and family, surely comes together with small kitchen and dining area. Parking available on site but limited, restaurants and front also limited hours. Open air rooftop and living space to chill out throughout the hotel. Lovely and cosy boutique hotel in Jeju that worth a stay at least once. Impressed! Convenient stores and cafe are in walking distance.

I have to bring a laptop, so I must have a space for the laptop. I just started parking, so I need a large parking space. I am looking for a budget accommodation with a double bed or a large bed.

When I went to the site, I was surprised to find that it was much better than I expected.
It works very well, there is no smell of air conditioning, and no smell of sewage. I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days, and the furniture is well maintained.
We took a shower right away, so the hot water throughout the shower was very good, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was a great location.
The parking space is very spacious and the owner of the information desk is very friendly~

The shower (white holder box-like thing) had black mold underneath it. Sink had yellow stains which means that it is not cleaned as it should be. Plastic from the base of bed frames is peeling off and plastic bits prickle your feet when you put them down from the bed- it is time to get a new bed bases. Apart from cleaning everything is good - lobby is modern, has vending machines to buy necessities, location is good but could be tough for some people to get to it (located at the bottom of a very steep hill). There are various places to eat delicious food (traditional Korean banquette menu, chicken, sashimi etc) within 5 minutes of walking. Free water bottles were provided every day. There is also open rooftop with jacuzzi (entrance is free, jacuzzi needs to be booked and payed in advance). Upon checking in they also ask for deposit (was asked just for a card number).

|41.67km from city centerpretty good location wise, walking distance to the seongsan ilchulbong peak. there is also a big outdoor parking lot next to the hotel. one impt thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in Nov and u have to keep the window open to cool down the room. however, this stay is located above/ right next to a grilled fish shop. so ur room will smell fishy and oily if you open the windows to air it during the restaurant's opening hours. they provide air freshener. also, when they cleaned our room, the cleaner took away all our spare empty plastic bags (that we planned to reuse, just used to store our toiletries and clothes); when we called the receptionist to ask about it- we struggled to converse because they don't understand much english. so rmb to keep ur spare plastic bags tucked in ur luggage beforehand. on the bright side, when we checked out we asked the receptionist for a spare bag of sorts and he was nice and gave us 1 grocery plastic bag (the one u put apples in) that was meant to store his own stuff.

Jeju is a truly beautiful tropical paradise and the GoldOne Hotel a hidden jewel in the south of the island, near to Seogwipo. Highlights included: - the distinctive architecture - this really is a Golden building inside and out which matched our holiday mood; - the peacefulness, with stunning views over the sea to the south of Jeju, including two islands; - the jacuzzi/bath on the balcony of our (spacious and impeccably maintained) room, which enabled us to unwind while enjoying that view; - the breakfast buffet selection, including the croffle maker (which I see another guest has featured!); - the heated swimming pool, which has its benefits even on a summer evening, and would be perfect in the autumn / winter; - my children (15, 13, 10) also loved the games rooms, and the signposted Secret Garden walk, as well as the many recommendations from the reception staff for activities and places to visit in the area. As for negatives - well we had to eventually come back to the UK!

I asked the front desk to help me clean up the room at 5 o'clock the next day. Then I found out that the staff cleaning the room got off work at 4 o'clock, but they still helped me clean up the room. The second car was a healing trip, and I sang hard in the karaoke room right above, and I poured all the stress I had from the company. It was God's Hansu who chose the Memoria Resort as a hostel. My friend and I, who were burning white, came back to the hostel and stretched out completely. The staff are very friendly. It was a really good hostel to come with a friend or lover. I'm going to come to play again in summer or autumn. I want to come to play with my lover, not my friend.

One evening we were invited for a barbeque with the whole family and we had a wonderfull time.
