"Severny" hotel is a four-storey building, reconstruction and capital repairs carried out in 2015-2017.The hotel is conveniently located on one of the central streets of the city. Nearby, within five minute walk there are Yarmarka Shopping and Entertainment centre, M-Video, DNS, Magnit, Khozmir, Sportmaster, Eldorado, Pyaterochka hypermarkets, Harats Irish Pub, Fortepiano, Kinza cafes, Partiya billiard club, central city market. Convenient transport scheme will allow to get to any part of the city by few minutes, including the railway station and airport. Major city bus routes have stops near the hotel.The hotel offers its guests 18 comfortable single and double rooms, each of which has its own original design, unique home-like atmosphere. Rooms are located on the second, third and fourth floors.All rooms have telephone, WI-FI, TV, kettle, set of dishes. Each room has a private bathroom. Furniture and bedding conform to the highest international standards of environmental safety and hygiene. Daily room cleaning, change of linen - every 3 days.Access mode excludes the penetration into the premises by unauthorized persons who are not guests of guests. The hotel has its own enclosed paved area of the driveway. CCTV and fire alarm systems provide round the clock security. Guests arriving by cars are provided with guarded parking in the courtyard, warm-houses.Additionally, guest can use the fitness room, sauna, billiard room and conference hall.
