Very close to the sea, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. However, the specific room we were assigned was a bit off to the side, with another building visible. In the evenings, there's singing in the square, which can be a bit noisy. The hotel beds weren't very comfortable; they sagged in the middle.

Conveniently located: A 3-minute walk to Black Pork Street, 5 minutes to Chilseong-ro, and 10 minutes to Dongmun Market. Only 3.2km from the airport, a taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. Plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making dining and entertainment incredibly easy. Ocean View: High-floor rooms directly overlook the azure sea. Open the window and you'll see the lighthouse and breakwater, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Attentive Service: The staff are warm and friendly, happy to help arrange taxis and offer free luggage storage. Their attention to detail is exceptional. The rooms are simple yet modern, with spacious interiors (approx. 26-29㎡), soft bedding, and separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom, all exceptionally clean. There's also a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Location, ocean view, and great value for money – a triple threat! Step out and you're by the sea, turn around and you're surrounded by delicious food. This is an excellent choice for your stay in downtown Jeju City.

Facilities: The bathroom is quite spacious, and the room comes with a safe and a fridge, which I really liked. The bathroom is big enough, but I couldn't find the ventilation fan, so it can get a bit smelly after a bowel movement. It seems they provide mainland China plugs. Disposable slippers and toiletries are not provided. Luggage storage is available in the lobby. Hygiene: Couldn't really tell, but to the naked eye, everything seemed fine. Service: There's a bar on the top floor and another one on the ground floor; both look very inviting, but I didn't have time to check them out. The surroundings are very convenient. The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but you can manage check-in fine; just rely on a translator.

The rooms were much newer than the photos suggested. We booked connecting rooms, which were very spacious, but I wasn't a fan of the carpet. The curtains were too short and let in a lot of light, and the window soundproofing wasn't great either. The front desk staff spoke Chinese as well as a native speaker, but they all seemed like emotionless robots. The convenience store coupons they gave us, about 200 worth for two rooms, were a great value. However, the hotel's cleanliness really lacked in details – I found false eyelashes on the back of the TV remote!

The hotel is conveniently located about 2.4km from the airport and offers breakfast. It's a typical budget business hotel often used by tour groups. The rooms are small, and it can get crowded, so the value for money isn't great. However, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide directions to tourist attractions after looking them up online. It's also about a 20-minute drive to the Olle Trail, accessible via subway line 16.

Service: They offer luggage storage, and the front desk can help you call a taxi to the airport, which is convenient, and the staff's attitude was good. You can communicate using English or a translation app. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was okay. Basic amenities were provided, though you have to put on the duvet cover yourself. I heard from the old lady at the BBQ place next door that this hotel used to be owned by a Chinese person, but it's under new management now. The hotel was renovated in 2026, so the facilities are very new. I originally booked for 2 nights but extended for another 4. The male front desk staff (obas) are very handsome and polite. There's a microwave in the room behind the front desk, and they said we could use it. The room also has a mini-fridge, and they provide 2 bottles of water daily. They clean every day, and even if you press the 'do not disturb' button, the cleaning lady will still leave towels and two bottles of water outside your door. If you ask her for extra bottles, she's happy to give them to you. Right across the street downstairs is a spot where people take photos in Hanfu. You don't need a ticket if you're wearing Hanbok, and the Hanbok rental shop is right next to the hotel. There's also a very good Chinese staff member. Downstairs, there are many restaurants run by locals, and we basically walked to places to eat for all 6 days. Chilseong-ro, Dongmun Market, and the cherry blossoms on Jeonnong-ro are still plentiful even in mid-April. There's a convenience store and a bus stop nearby. It's really great 👍

A thoughtful touch is the inclusion of universal power outlets, so no adapter is needed, and toiletries are provided (though you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff, making communication smooth. They also provide free luggage storage and can arrange airport shuttle service. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes, and the hotel has well-equipped facilities like a gym and sauna. Overall, it offers great value for money. The hotel is quite large, and the pools are impressive, with many of various sizes. However, the Wi-Fi signal is poor. The staff are just average; you don't feel particularly welcomed. They get the job done, but their service attitude is mediocre, without much in the way of smiling service. There are also a lot of strange rules. For instance, at the poolside BBQ, you can't wear a bathrobe, and your swimsuit can't be wet, so you have to change into dry clothes either before or after swimming to eat. There's also a specific time slot for pool maintenance when only the jacuzzi is available, not the main pool. None of this is communicated during check-in; you only find out once you're there, which is quite inconvenient and awkward. Plus, the hotel is quite remote. There's only an ecological park to visit, and it's inconvenient to go anywhere else. Since we didn't have a car, we were limited to eating at the hotel. The hotel restaurant only had about 6 or 8 dishes, which I got tired of after two days. Afterward, I preferred to eat instant noodles. But to be fair, the hotel's environment is excellent, like a castle in the forest.

This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night.

”Who said that Jeju Island has a romantic sea breeze? The EEDO villa I lived in this time directly refreshed my understanding of 'home away from home'! The constant temperature pool control must be rushed: soak in the warm pool in the afternoon, the blue sky of Jeju is looking up, and the water waves are swaying the sun like a broken drill. Every shot is an ins wind blockbuster ~ room details are full: the bedding is soft to like trapped in the clouds, and every day I wake up outside the window is a clean healing scenery, and even the bathroom exudes a faint fragrance. When I checked in, there were Jeju specialty oranges on the table, which were sweet to bursting juice! In the evening, I personally helped us barbecue, the sound of black pork and his special sauce, and I went down and went directly to the soul to wear ”The Canteen” 😂 Before leaving, I even sent a small souvenir. The location of the villa is super convenient, it takes 15 minutes to go to Yayuexuan to see the seagulls. Remember to bring more swimsuits, poolside and lounge chairs are too filmed. If Jeju Island is gentle and shaped, it must be the water ripples in the EEDO villa pool + the fireworks of the landlord's grandfather's barbecue. Sisters close their eyes and rush, this is definitely worth N brushing!

The room quality is on par with budget hotels like Home Inn or even older Crown Plaza hotels in China, so don't expect too much when you book here. The cleanliness is about the same. It's comparable to a room under 200 RMB in a first-tier city or around 100 RMB in a second-tier city. The wardrobe, desk, sofa, and even the bedding all look quite old and well-used. Although it states it was renovated in 2023, it still feels run-down, more like a renovation from around 2014. The cleanliness reflects this; there were water stains on the sink, and while there's a bathtub, I didn't dare use it. Luckily, I didn't see any obvious mold spots. The front desk staff's attitude was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Overall, if you're booking this room, don't compare it to hotels priced above 400 RMB in China. Instead, think of it as a 200 RMB room in a first-tier city or a 100 RMB room in a second or third-tier city, with a renovation from around 2014.

Definitely worth mentioning is the shower water pressure and the automatic toilet bowl. They also changed towels daily and I think the sheets too. Sometimes they give me water sometimes they don’t. During winter, there will only be heater working - both room heater and floor heater. Would recommend staying for non-choosy travelers. Llyn~MaydayConveniently located: A 3-minute walk to Black Pork Street, 5 minutes to Chilseong-ro, and 10 minutes to Dongmun Market.

The room was very spacious, and the location is actually quite good. We often passed by the Rainbow Road when taking a taxi back or out, and the sea views along the way were amazing. It was also very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely book again next time.

Very close to the sea, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. However, the specific room we were assigned was a bit off to the side, with another building visible. In the evenings, there's singing in the square, which can be a bit noisy. The hotel beds weren't very comfortable; they sagged in the middle.

Had a lovely stay at Jeju Mavaro Beach Hotel 🌊 The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a very relaxing beach vibe. The room was spacious and cozy, with a nice atmosphere for a peaceful getaway. Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

This hotel cost me NT$615 for one night in Jeju, which is pretty average. The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is decent enough. For just sleeping, I think it's acceptable. It's super convenient geographically: Dongmun Market, Jungang Underground Shopping Center, Chilseong-ro Shopping Street, and Black Pork Street are all within a 10-minute walk. Getting to the airport also only takes about ten minutes by car. If you're coming to Jeju, you might want to consider this place.
