The private inground pool is the perfect place to relax in the evening after a day at the beach or shopping in West Palm or downtown Stuart. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $50/day. Jensen Beach is a laid back beach town with recreation all around you. There are numerous boat launches, kayak trails, paddleboard launches, public beaches, and state parks all around. This home also features numerous balconies to enjoy sunrise and sunset views which are stunning. If you like cooking in this property will not disappoint with ample kitchen space, bbq grill right off the kitchen, double ovens, and a large refrigerator! If you don't feel like cooking out there are SO many fantastic dinner options just a few minute walk downtown or head out to beachfront dining on Hutchinson Island or explore downtown Stuart.Please take note of important house rules:Please note a few things if you decide to book our house!1. We have off driveway boat parking for approx 26 foot boat!!2. The 3rd floor is not ideal for children. IF we notice temperatures going up we will temporarily disable AC until doors are confirmed closed. We have done everything possible to make it 100% comfortable for guests when we are not there. Please be respectful and follow house rules and if you/your guests cannot agree to this do not book.7. The AC/heat has a 6 degree range. It is locked below 70 or above 768. We have 3 exterior cameras for safety. The spaceBe one of the first guests to enjoy this beautiful home on Skyline Dr.There are four bedrooms total.Bedroom 1: King bed with 55” TV, patio and full bathBedroom 2: King bed with 55” TV and full bathBedroom 3: King bed with 55” TVBedroom 4: Full size bed and twin bunk with an attached patio and 55” TV.(Bedroom 3 & 4 are on the first floor and share a full bath.)Living room TV is a 75” Smart TV with the enhanced cable package. The bedrooms have Smart TV’s. The house is also equipped with three zones of SONOS.There are 5 patio’s. Each have lounge chairs for you to enjoy the views and breeze. There is a Weber Genesis on the patio off of the dining room. Propane is supplied directly from the house tank so you don’t have to worry about refilling tanks.We provide initial supplies of toilet paper, soaps, paper towels and coffee. We did our best to think of all of the kitchen supplies you could need. If for some reason you are missing something please let me know and hopefully I can get it shipped to you within a day or two.The garage has been converted to a game room with A/C. Currently there are 4 arcade games set up, 8 ft pool table, 65" TV & SONOS.There is a basketball hoop and 🏀.We provide 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, umbrella and a cooler.The pool has two lounge chairs that are on the landing of the pool and there is an umbrella in the shed that you can put in the landing area for shade.The pool heater is turned on and is set to 88 degrees year round. The actual pool temperature may vary depending on how hot or cold it is outside. The "spa" area is not a hot tub, it is the same temperature as the pool and has jets.Fire pit is located near the pool. Please be careful and don’t allow the fire to go beyond the pit area.Play set - this is new. We thought it would be a great addition for kids. After being in the sun all day we now realize the slide gets very hot. Please be careful and check it prior to letting your kids use it if it’s in the middle of the day.EV Charger Available: $15 extra fee per day if you would like to use. Please take the koozies as a souvenir and we would be so grateful for a note in the guest book. 🥰Since we charge a nominal cleaning fee we do ask you to remove the sheets, take out the trash and run the dishwasher prior to your departure. These few chores save our amazing housekeeper a lot of time. If you ever need anything at all the housekeeper is more than happy to help since she lives nearby. The home sleeps 10 comfortably and an 11th guest with the use the cot and sheets that are on site. There is a wraparound porch and sliding glass doors throughout the entire home. The cross breeze is incredible!There are two kitchens.
