This is a hotel that is very well located, we have a very beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. The swimming pool is spacious and very pretty. The hotel's Wi-Fi works well. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is that there is perhaps a lack of maintenance of the toilets (faucet that does not work well). The shower is in a bathtub and there is no shower curtain so that we risk splashing the whole bathroom when we shower. It is a pity that there is no ceiling fan, because with the breeze coming from the sea, we could easily sleep with the window open without using the air conditioning.FromSAR 220

The hotel is located 250 m from the beach on a coastal road . Although in the 80s style , rooms are spacious, well maintained , well equipped with good bed and WiFi . Very friendly staff , the receptionist speaks English well ....and Thai with me ;-).
My highlight was the pool in the back of the building , with view into a lush green garden .

The room is booked in the back of the wooden house, fully equipped. The big swimming pool is in the shape of a boat. There is also a rider. The hotel restaurant is on the opposite cross over the road beach side. Check in time counter staff inform Trip.com did not inform them customer requested for an additional bed.

Then arrived at this hotel. It's a bungalow on a beach and not bad. Good WiFi, nice warm welcome.

What a gem of a place! The owner Pizzy made the experience for us, welcoming us to her place like old friends. The staff were mostly new and didn't speak English, but were so happy to help with a smile and aome google translate.
Foos offerings are sp**** right now but breakfast was good, and they're planning to offer more as business picks up post covid. They were building a new cafe area which looked lovely!
The room we had was a little run down but the view waa incredible and we enjoyed every second we were there. The pool is fantastic to cool off and we enjoyed hanging out there.
The only downside of the location is that you really need your own transport as to walk anywhere is a long way away. But they have room for parking and can also help with bike rental if needed. Just be aware there isn't much nearby, you need to walk about 30 minutes to get to any shops etc.SOLD OUT

From the experience of staying here Overall, everything is very good. The location of the hotel is good. Very easy to find, there is a suitable beach entrance, good atmosphere, and a swimming pool next to the beach.
Cleanliness is a perfect ten. Looking at the condition of the accommodation, it must be old, but regarding cleanliness, it is very good. Cleanliness is always taken care of in the rooms and surrounding areas. Impressive.
The service of the staff is good. Take good care of customers Deficiencies are normal. And we can notify the staff and they are ready to serve us.
All room amenities are good, hair dryer, lots of glasses, and facilities in the bathroom, all ready to use.

The bungalow that we were assigned to (5) was the furthest away from the reception and the beach but that was a blessing of sorts because the ”beachfront” bungalows no longer have a beach view due to the Rim Lay cafe and bar (beautiful bamboo building) is built directly in front of them.
Our room had a lot of gecko droppings on that we had housekeeping come to clean up. The geckos get inside the room via the cable trunking for the satellite TV, I think.
The room itself was super cute and newly renovated. Bed was soft and comfy. TV was a smart tv and HUGE! Housekeeping replaced all minibar items daily.
Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the day before (not sure if it's a low season thing). For me, the jok or rice porridge with pork was fine but I wouldn't want to eat it more than 2 times in a row. The biryani and the fried chicken with sticky rice options were not appetizing, unfortunately.
Do note there are 3 bars around the resort. The Rim Lay is the newest and not yet open for business. When it does, I believe in high season this place will become packed with drinkers (hopefully of the mellow kind, but who knows). Right now in low season (July) there was hardly anybody around the bars were mostly quiet and deserted.FromSAR 124

Luxtalay Khanom Hotel is a new hotel, built in 2024. The hotel offers two main type of rooms, which are villas and rooms in the main building.
I booked the room in the main building, ocean view room. The sea can be seen from the room. The room is new clean and convenient. The hotel has the gym and swimming pool you can use for free - a pity I didn’t use them. The beach can be accessed from the hotel and you can walk up to Kho Kao Beach.
There are parking lot available (can accommodate up to more than 20 cars). The staff are nice and welcoming.

Arrived at the accommodation at 2:30 PM. The room was not finished. Sat waiting. Went into the room at around 3:40 PM because I was sitting waiting for the staff to inform us but they didn't inform us. Went to check it out myself. In short, they said it would be finished in a moment. The water outside was strong at every point. The water in the room flowed very slowly. The room was a bit noisy because the large door was made of wood and started to hiss. Stayed in a villa with adjacent rooms. Could clearly hear the door opening and closing. 🏢 The hotel is not very big. It is in a modern Nordic minimalist style.
🛏️ The rooms are compact and well-arranged. Every room has a view of the sea.
🛁 There is a bathtub for you to soak in while looking at the beautiful sea and sky.
Watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning.
You can walk down to the beach and take beautiful pictures from many angles.
There is also a swimming pool downstairs of the hotel for you to swim in.
There is a restaurant and a small bar suitable for chilling out.
I highly recommend it. I will definitely go again.
The price is not expensive. Plus, the view is worth millions. Go and recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Staff was very helpful too and manager even took us twice to village to make shoppings and in check out took us to bus stop.
The location is very remote witout any shopping and transport changes. No real taxi services and if You get taxi it is about 300 bht.
No change to go swimming to sea but pool was good.
Small ants were in many places.
No real restaurant a in hitel but lunch was available limetedly up to order.
Many restaurants were nearby and even 2 4 star restaurants wthin 100 meters.
Small kind of kiosk is near with poor and rather expensive stock and choice.
Wiev to sea was is verymarvelous and balcony spacy.
Only 1 locker with hangers in room no lockers with selfs.

The hotel's Wi-Fi works well. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is that there is perhaps a lack of maintenance of the toilets (faucet that does not work well). The shower is in a bathtub and there is no shower curtain so that we risk splashing the whole bathroom when we shower. It is a pity that there is no ceiling fan, because with the breeze coming from the sea, we could easily sleep with the window open without using the air conditioning.
