Outstanding hotel with the best food we have ever enjoyed in a resort and top class sports facilities. Evening entertainment is a little limited but tjat wasnt pur reason for booking.

Great location near the sea, you can clearly hear the waves. However, the WiFi wasn't good, so I had to use my personal hotspot. It's a quiet and peaceful place. The entrance is a bit confusing; I kept getting lost. It's quite hidden, so make sure to drive slowly or you'll miss the turn.

Had a great stay here! The location is super convenient and there’s plenty of parking, plus they even have EV charging stations, which is a huge plus. The staff were really friendly and had a great service mindset.
The pool is massive and even though there are a lot of rooms, the whole place feels peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Our room was in a building with a 'face-to-face' corridor layout, so the hallway felt a bit dark, but the room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The only minor thing was the bathroom faucet—it splashes everywhere and is a bit annoying to use. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely come back!

A slightly worn hotel in traditional Thai style, somewhat reminiscent of the Jim Thompson Museum.
The staff is friendly, but there are issues with the room conditions and the kitchen (raw meat served for breakfast).
We stayed for a few days, and on the first night, the electricity in our room went out. We ended up sleeping in a villa where a floodlight shined directly into our faces because there were no curtains. The next day, we moved back to our original room, which I found more comfortable.
Our room had a bathtub, amenities, and robes. For breakfast, you can ask for Eggs Benedict. The hotel has many retirees, and the massage is decent. Big territory. I would come back.
The manager, Sunny as I remember, is great.

Located on Khao Lak Beach, a taxi from the airport costs around 1500 THB. If you're booking here, remember to factor in transportation costs. It's super convenient for trips to Similan. Overall, the hotel definitely justifies that 1500 THB taxi fare. The common areas are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's dinner restaurant serves up some great food. The pizza was particularly good, with a soft crust and a generous (lethal, in a good way!) amount of cheese – a real treat, and the price was decent too. In the afternoon, they have a buy-one-get-one-free drink special; I think two beers were about 150 THB. I also tried the massage, which was about double the price of the roadside stalls in Kata, but the hotel's massage was very private and secluded. The room itself was a bit average; I booked a superior room, and it felt a bit damp. If you have the budget, I'd recommend upgrading, as some of the other rooms I saw while walking around looked quite nice. All in all, the public facilities, beach, scenery, dining, and some of the additional services are really good, giving a great resort vibe. It's also relatively cheaper than hotels on the three main beaches.
