Really enjoyed this resort. One thing you need to know, for the standard rooms you need to go up by car every time when you want to go back to your room. Not a big issue as they are very fast, really was amazed, in 3-4 days never had to wait longer then 1-2min to go to my room up the hill. Family loved the greenery, actually pretty OK snorkling in front of the hotel as well if you have trained eyes, lots to see!

The views are stunning! I highly recommend booking a sea-view room, as all of them face the ocean. They directly overlook the pool, and just below the pool is the beach. Surrounded by lush greenery and facing the vast sea, it's absolutely fantastic! I stayed in room 1211, which felt like the most central spot – excellent! **Location is Above Average** The hotel is situated right by the main road. It's about a 3-minute walk from the main road into the hotel. The main road features shops and bars, though not as densely packed as a typical 'walking street'. Tuk-tuks are readily available right outside the hotel. While their prices are reasonable, I'd still suggest renting a motorbike; the hotel charges 250 baht per day. Just to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a barbershop called OK Salon, offering services for just 150 baht. **Facilities Aren't Brand New** As expected, it's not a new hotel. However, the room layouts are practical and well-designed, offering everything you need. The hotel is very clean, and rooms are tidied daily. Breakfast is served every morning in a sea-view restaurant. But this unbeatable sea view will banish all your concerns; for this price, another hotel might cost 1000+ (presumably baht) and still not guarantee a sea view. The hotel also provides a complimentary chilled welcome drink, which is a thoughtful touch. **Surroundings** Nearby, there's a fantastic restaurant located opposite 'Time Restaurant' on the main road, a short right turn after exiting the hotel (you can see it in the last two pictures). They serve delicious papaya salad, grilled chicken legs, and ice-cold beer. It doesn't have a specific name, but I ate there four nights in a row, and it was packed every evening. The food is authentically delicious!

Sri Lanta is a haven to escape the crowds, while having enough services around to keep you occupied in this corner of the beach. The rooms are classy and clean, save for a dirty kettle, with daily room service. There's direct access to the beach via a convenient tunnel, which opens up to their pool, restaurant, bar and beach chairs. The bar owner is very friendly and his prices are reasonable to keep you happy for your stay. Shout out to Lisa, the concierge that made our stay a bit more personal and lovely each day

The food here were so good! Better than the others in Koh Lanta! Mama Pun is so nice and friendly! And so cute! She will answer all your questions patiently, friendly and honestly. Pinky is the best chose to choose to stay with your friends 、your family and your loves. The food at Pinky is much better than the first place in Dianping! It is recommended that you don't need to go far at all and eat at the restaurant that pinky brings; motorcycles are not expensive and affordable, 200 baht about 40 yuan for 24 hours, renting a car to tour the island is great! During the period, I was allergic and unwell. I originally wanted to rent a car to the clinic (because the rent was up the day before). The proprietress Mama Nong heard that she was going to the clinic and didn’t rent a car... Nice ha! The next day I saw that I was also very concerned, including the staff Mama Pun, very nice!

Moonlight is in middle of lanta and just near the sea.It has its own beach and there is a wood cabin you can lay down to get massage. Food is good.My package includes breakfast. There are fresh fruits, bacon, yogurt .I stayed 2 days in moonlight ,the 2 days' breakfast is same but delicious . Room is clean and towards to ocean.I booked ocean view room and the view is stunned. Service is 11 out of 10! Near perfect place. The hostess is particularly friendly. Any problems were solved immediately. The hostess's son is very cute and well-behaved, helping to take the clothes rack before and after running. What a good lawn, I like the environment of this resort very much. The simple breakfast is not bad. The location is very good. There is also a fruit smoothie shop. There are several places to rent motorcycles at the door. It is very convenient to go out to eat and ride a motorcycle? It would be better if you could repair the broken refrigerator appliances. All in all. This place made me feel warm and friendly. We had a great stay at the hotel. The beach is better than Long Beach. You can get a massage right by the pool. Breakfast: egg station, 5 fruit options, muffins, croissants, cereal/cornflakes, toast/rolls, jam, fried eggs, sausages, ham, pancakes, yogurt, fruit salad, 3 hot dishes each day, juices, and an on-site coffee machine with hot chocolate, latte, etc. There's something for everyone. The pool is very clean and well-maintained; there's often someone walking around picking leaves, etc. Pool: there are 2 areas, 1 deluxe and 1 for everyone else 😂 with 1 slide. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again, even though the mosquitoes in the room are annoying.

In the distance, this hotel is in the middle of the island, a fork in the road, not near the sea, not near the mountains, opposite the mountains. Twenty kilometers from the troubles in the north, the hotel car takes five hundred pigs to the dock. There are motorcycles available for rent in the hotel. Two hundred and fifty pigs a day, refueling yourself, gas station No. 91 oil fifty pigs plus one sixth full. You have to ride a motorcycle wherever you go. Three minutes from the 7-11 convenience store is the dirt road. Suitable for small children. Breakfast is very bad, just bread and eggs, fruit plate is still ordered, there is no order, and no matter full, just one, go to the front desk every night to choose what to eat the next day, there are two, the first one is basically 1 Full of water. The second is fried eggs and bread, and there is no Chinese at the front desk. English is Malay English, and especially chicken thief. I lived for four days. On the last night, I went out to eat by motorcycle. The front desk booked 3400 pigs for a day trip, and finally chose TB. Renting a motorcycle also requires a passport. It is estimated that I will not choose here next time, and the price is average. There are few Chinese. Are old Europeans and Americans. very quiet. The sun is nice.

The room amazed me the second the manager, Wind, who is the younger brother of the proprietor, Mr. Sunny, opened its door to me. With a refreshing Thai scent spreading from within, the room whose original two single beds had been combined into a big one for a solo traveler under my presumptuous request totally captivated me. It had a nice patio where I could put my feet up after a hot day out to the beach in the broiling sun. Wind also recommended me to go to what he considered as a must try restaurant and bar. He got me a scooter to which I only had to pay half overdue price on the last day because I forgot the time and couldn’t make it from the farthest beach, Bamboo Beach, on the island. His assistant, Shu, was shy and nice. One day I mistakenly bought two eggs that were light boiled, if not raw. She, without a second thought, helped me save my breakfast protein source. The proprietress, Ms. Ning, got me some pizza and bread she and her husband seemingly practiced making in the bistro kitchen next door. I would definitely book a room with breakfast next time if they planned to reopen after the Covid outbreak. In short, the hotel, just like its name, truly made feel at home; the owner and the staff, including the cat, Member, were terribly good and generous people. I will be terribly missing them. Of course I will go back to Koh Lanta in the future, and of course,Lanta at Home will be my one and only choice. PS. See you soon, Wind. Nice talking to you. You are a fun soul. Say hi to Shu and Mr. Sunny and Ms. Ning and the children. Alex

Have a wonderful holiday on Koh Lanta! The hotel exceeded all expectations. Cozy rooms, very clean and well-groomed areas. There are cats living in the hotel, it's just amazing and wonderful. Very nice and decent family. The hotel has everything you need: excursions, tours, transfers, books, games, hair dryer, there is even a first aid kit. Close to the sea, from a cafe, around the corner from 7-eleven. And I also want to repeat: the hotel is very, very clean. The cats are well-groomed and also very clean and affectionate ❤️. The room is clean, the rooms are in good condition, the good balcony, the lights and the roast is enough, on the TV the utyub works, the pool is small for 200 meters in another hotel, but with a view to the sea. One minus the location of the rib to the road, bigger rooms are farther from the road! From 9 a.m. the noise from the road starts, but not critical, but to the sea 3 minutes, I went to the nearby hotel there too there is a swimming pool and cafes on every step. This is probably the eighth time we've stayed at the hotel. Love the location - beach and two pools, choice of rooms from family bungalows to two-story buildings with rooms. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, most likely for older people, young people will be a little bored. Service and cleaning are top notch. The owner always lives at the hotel; in case of any inconvenience, you can make a request. The only thing that needs to be taken into account is that the season ends on Ko Lanta at the end of April - beginning of May and until September the weather will not be conducive to rest.

It cost 150🐖 per person from the pier. Check-in was in the middle. Ms. Guan was a nice lady and took us to the room. Having said the precautions, the most important thing is to remind us monkeys. When monkeys come back to eat, lock the refrigerator door and don’t put important items in the living room. We all thought it was a joke, but it turned out that the monkeys were really rampant. Monkeys will dig through trash cans, eat all the coconut meat, and even sneak into the room to eat snacks... so be sure to lock the door when you go out. The toilet in the room is open-air, and there are snakes. We all saw them, but they were very small. When I came back in the evening, there were a lot of hermit crabs, snails, and geckos by the pool. The ecology is very good, like a zoo, hahaha. The hotel rents a motorcycle for 250🐖.

Much has been said about the hotel’s aesthetics so I’d like the comment on the service recovery of the F&B team. Despite having an incident with my first meal, the team followed up not just with an earnest remedy but graciously checked in with me during the remainder of my stay. Particularly, P’Mai was very friendly and sincere in her demeanour, and I appreciated the gift she had prepared for me on my last day. Overall, it was a sincere and all-rounded service recovery effort delivered by staff who genuinely care about their guests. The only reason I docked a star is for the resort’s relative lack of accessibility to dining and entertainment options outside its grounds, with the closest village being a 10-15 min walk. More day/group trip options to other interesting Koh Lanta landmarks might also help to expand its offering (though it should be acknowledged that some guests might be happy to enjoy amenities/activities within the hotel). All in all, this was a wonderful property to stay in and I’d gladly return/recommend it to others visiting Koh Lanta.

Overall it is good, but the location is a bit biased. Although there are places to eat and do massage, it is generally more expensive than Krabi or Ao Nang, but it is very quiet. There are so many monkeys, of course, you won't hurt if you don't mess with them. There is no Chinese service, the restaurant tastes reasonable, and of course I want to eat well. The pad-thid fried noodle in the left hand is delicious, and I do n’t trust the public comment when I go to Krabi. The army brushed up, and the massage was almost the same. Pick a better environment. Generally, the Thai-style Ao Nang is around 250, and Lanta is more expensive. After all, the entire area is far from the commercial area.

I really like the style of the hotel and it blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, similar to some domestic homestays. The facilities are a little bit old, but they have everything they should. The rooms are large and the balcony with sea view is very awkward. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is completely delicious. The semi-open restaurant and garden perfectly blend with the sea view, bringing a good dining mood, which is enough to offset the shortcomings of fewer varieties. The flame dance at the bar on the side is also a highlight, making the night more exciting. The only thing that is not tolerable is the problem of bath water. The water flow is often very small. When I came back from the beach and stood under the shower head. When the dripping water could not clean the sand on my body, my heart collapsed. I stood and waited for a few minutes. It took ten minutes for the water flow to return to normal levels to finish the bath. The sea and beaches of Kantian Bay are not as good as expected. I think the comments in the comments are a bit too much. After all, Thailand has many more beautiful beaches than here. In general, it is a wonderful experience for people like me who love to lie on the balcony or garden and enjoy leisure time.

The balcony has a good view, it is difficult to go to the beach. The hotel is on the high mountain. The hotel does not provide parking service. It takes15-20 minutes to go to the beach and half an hour to go up the mountain (huge tired). The worst is the hotel service, never consider living again.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel in May. It's a perfect place. Every detail has been thought of, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. 1) The hotel grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of greenery. The bamboo arch and several bridges are particularly eye-catching. Every corner of the hotel invites you to take a photo, and it will be beautiful. The lobby is spacious, with a beautiful view. Monitor lizards roam freely throughout the hotel. 2) The rooms. I stayed in the most basic room. Again, everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious and perfectly clean. The bed is super comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from and crisp white linens. The TV has a wide selection of channels. The room has plenty of shelves for storing things, which sets it apart from other hotels. A large bag with large towels for the pool is provided in the room. The terrace is spacious. I felt as comfortable as at home. 3) Pools and beach. The central pool, although small, is clean and chlorine-free. The water is always clean. There's a second pool where there weren't any swimmers. I liked it because it's suitable for professional swimmers. Klong Dao Beach is clean and well-maintained, located near the hotel. In the evenings, there are great sunset views. During the day, there were very inexpensive happy hours on drinks from the restaurant. 4) Spa. Special thanks to Su, who has golden hands. It was a wonderful relaxation experience. I want to come back again and again. In May, there was also a free happy hour. The spa at this hotel is worth the money! 5) Food. The breakfasts are varied and varied. It's impossible to go hungry. The breakfast spot has a gorgeous view from any angle. The coffee is delicious! In the evening, you can dine on delicious dishes at the Barracuda bar. I recommend the tuna salad and minestrone soup. Finger-licking good! 6) Staff! These are the people I want to express my deepest gratitude to and thank the hotel management for such great staff. Michelle, Nina, and others whose names I didn't recognize helped me every time I asked for help. Whether it was me not being able to turn on the TV, or there was a huge scorpion outside my room, or I urgently needed laundry, they always helped promptly. The staff is pleasant to talk to; everyone is smiling, tactful, and ”in their element.” At breakfast, in the bar, by the pool, in the lobby, at reception, in the spa, and even the drivers in the car—everyone is very pleasant! 7) General. The hotel is located on a clean beach, near the pier. After the taxi, a minicar will meet you and take you to reception, then to your room. You can rent a bike and ride around the island. There is a place for volleyball. I liked the hotel perfectly; I promised to come back again! It's a shame you can't stay with children during high season, but that's the hotel's policy. Everything is done to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for guests. 🤷🏻♀️There are three separate, comfortable areas for smokers. Smoking is prohibited on the terraces. The only minor drawback for me was the forks. They were so uncomfortable that I wanted to buy a plastic fork and eat with it. We will definitely come back here! I recommend it 100%!! 👌❣️

We unfortunately booked this accommodation far too late; otherwise, we would have happily extended our stay for at least another week. A particularly thoughtful touch was the large water dispenser in the apartment, with 18–20L bottles available for just 40 baht—extremely convenient and much appreciated.

Beautiful resort outside of town - the pool and almost private beach was amazing! The room was very spacious and had really nice amenities (good aircon, TV with online streaming, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion). The housekeeping would come daily if you wished and replenish the water, coffee, towels and sheets - if you didn’t want them to come in, they would still deliver water and toilet paper for you. The staff were always very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. The breakfast was good, as it wasn’t busy season you could pick from a variety of western or Thai dishes from a special menu. The gym was well equipped and they had a free pool table, along with an onsite massage and restaurant (we didn’t eat at the restaurant, we opted to walk around the corner to the local restaurants, which had nice Thai and some western food). Things to keep in mind ~ the resort is very far away from the main areas (no nearby 7-Eleven or connivence store). They don’t have Grab on the island, so you will need to hire a scooter if you come without transport should you wish to go anywhere. The resort has onsite scooter hire for 1 hour, 12 hours and 24 hours. They also picked us up from town when we arrived which was amazing, but to get back into town for departure was 500 baht. Due to it being monsoon season, they weren’t offering the kayaks to be taken out. They did let you borrow a snorkel and mask if you wanted to go snorkelling. Overall it was absolutely lovely and made for a really relaxing stay ✨

Hotel has a great location and the beach is just amazing. Rooms are clean and the staff was always very helpful. I also loved that they have yoga classes (at extra cost) 3 times a week, and the teacher is amazing, the space they have for the classes is right on the beach, making the stay at the hotel so much more enjoyable. You can sit on the beach and watch the amazing sunset...The only bad thing is breakfast does not include a good coffee. If you need a coffee in the mornings, you might consider not getting a deal including breakfast, instead go to Escape Cafe right next door and have a great coffee and breakfast as well.

Lovely location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bungalows are lovely and spacious and has everything you need in them. I also liked that the bungalows weren’t too close together so you had your own space and privacy. The pool was relaxing and very well kept by the owners. Overall a very quiet place to stay if you’re wanting to relax near the pool I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Lanta Beachfront Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. The beachfront location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views right from your doorstep 🌊 Our bungalow was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely small touches like towel decorations and fresh flowers that made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Nando, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He really made the experience extra special and ensured everything was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy place to stay right by the beach in Ko Lanta with great service and a warm atmosphere, this is a fantastic choice.

We arrived by motorbike in the afternoon, tired and hot after a long journey, and they checked us in before 2 PM (the official check-in time)! They made an effort to clean the room quickly for us. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast; you can order anything from the menu, and it takes about 15 minutes. The beach is a short walk away and it's a good one. We liked the pool, the water was pleasant. IMPORTANT: The room was cool, with a good, quiet air conditioner and a quiet fan. A huge thank you!

This resort is truly exceptional. The accommodations are generously proportioned, featuring direct pool access from some rooms, in addition to a beachfront pool. The staff consistently provides outstanding assistance, and the manager was particularly supportive in addressing my needs beyond standard hotel services. The resort's prime beachfront location is a significant advantage. Furthermore, charming cottage-style rooms are available. I highly recommend this establishment for a comprehensive resort and spa experience.

Exceptional service and a wonderful stay at Avani+!** We had an amazing stay at Avani+ Koh Lanta! It is truly a high-level hotel, and what stands out the most is the incredible service. From the front desk to the restaurant and room service, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms are highly comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel features beautiful pools and a lovely beach, though it’s worth noting that the beach is mostly rocky. A few practical tips for future travelers: * **Location & Transport:** The hotel is relatively isolated, so we highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the island. The agent at the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helped us arrange everything w good prices. * **Layout:** The resort is built on a hill, so walking around can be a bit challenging with some steep climbs. However, this isn't an issue at all because you can easily call the hotel's free buggy service to take you anywhere. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel and definitely one of the best on the island. We would love to come back!

We traveled as a family with young children and stayed at Chomview Koh Lanta. The room was spacious and big enough to comfortably accommodate four people, which was very convenient for our family. However, there were several issues during our stay. The walkway to the room had no lighting at night, which felt unsafe, especially when traveling with children. We also experienced water shortages, and the room had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The location is quite far from the main road, so transportation is necessary to get around. This may not be convenient for families without their own vehicle. On a positive note, the staff hospitality was good and they were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel has good room size and kind staff, but improvements are needed in maintenance, lighting, and water supply.
