Positive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection.
Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher.

Rooms could be more clean, floor was not cleaned properly. Taps in washroom need to be fixed, all of them had leakage issue. I booked 4 rooms and one the room didn’t had hot water and basic amenities like bucket and mug. Wardrobes in the room looked like they were not cleaned for many weaks, there was so much of dust. Non ac rooms have no ventilation at all and there’s no option to adjust the fan speed as regulators were broken in 2 rooms. We had booked a family room that sleeps 6 people. Pros: 1. Nearby mahalaxmi temple
2. The room was decent and had 2 bathrooms. 3. Decent pricing cons:
1. They lacked basic amenities though. The bathing bar was not good as it did not create any foam. Had to buy one from a shop. 2. Only 1 bottled water per day even if you are a group of 5 people and booked a family room. 3. We had requested glasses and a hot kettle. Both were unclean. 4. Our room windows opened to an apartment building nearby so you get no privacy if you choose to keep them open. If you keep them closed, there is no ventilation. 5. The ceiling fans were set at a constant speed that you can't increase or decrease. 6. No tv in the room

Decently sized clean rooms for a family of 3. Hotel has limited rooms. Location is good as it’s walkable to temple. They have helped me with a cab for travel. Tea he gets from outside is good and decently priced. We ordered zomato and they helped us with plates. Location, food and services - excellent !
Amenities - need attention - cupboard shutters not closing properly, TV too small in size for the room, entrance door couldn't be operated using the key card alone and so had to use manual key for the door and card for electricity supply control, the WC and in particular it's flooring is not senior citizen friendly. Overall a good experience.

It is very average stay after paying 2k+ for a night. Dirty rooms, washrooms, bedsheets, blankets. Non proper working AC. Restaurant service is the worst, while the menu is vast but available option is only Thali in dinner. Complimentary breakfast is treated like only this you will get, none other option even after ready to pay for it.
I often visit Kolhapur for 2-3 days to fulfill official duties. I was preferring stay at Kohinoor Square basis on past experiences but the last experience was very disappointing. I will prefer to stay at some where else going forward.FromKRW 40,453
