Thank you Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort for such an exceptional and unforgettable stay! From the beautiful accommodations to the breathtaking beach views, every moment was truly special and relaxing! The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the fun and well-organized kids’ activities, making the experience even more memorable for our whole family! Most especially, we would like to commend the amazing service of the staff, who were all so warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Everything was good up until staff cooked some kind of fish, perhaps dried fish, in the lobby restaurant. The unpleasant odor of fish lingered throughout the hotel and into our room ( located close to the lobby. This happened two of the days we were there. My experience of other hotels in SE Asia forbid the cooking of high odor foods like dried fish. The room was clean, however we were not provided housekeeping service during our three night stay. Staff were not very interactive. Considering the remote location and lack of competition, we will probably return simply because there are not very many decent hotel options in the area.
