We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. we stayed at mövenpick for a 4 day 3 night getaway and left feeling honestly underwhelmed. we do understand that the resort is still in its soft opening phase, but a lot of things felt quite unpolished and messy. there seemed to be a lack of coordination across the team, with staff often unsure of basic information and a number of our requests being forgotten or not followed through. one of the more confusing experiences was during check-in, where we were initially assigned a room that had active construction happening right in front of it. it was surprising that this was even allocated to guests in the first place. breakfast was decent and probably one of the more consistent parts of the stay. nothing particularly memorable, but no major complaints either. in terms of facilities, what was available felt quite limited for a resort stay. there was an arcade, swimming pools, beach access, pool tables, table tennis and bike rentals, but overall it didn’t feel like there was enough to justify the price point or create a full resort experience. overall, while there is potential, the current experience does not quite match expectations yet. it might be worth revisiting after the resort is fully operational and things are more settled.

The hotel was overall very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. The beaches were beautiful and it was incredibly refreshing to be there, especially coming from Singapore. The weather during our stay was amazing, which made the experience even better. One area that could be improved is the food selection. At times it felt quite limited, and on a few evenings the hotel seemed unprepared for the number of guests, with some food items running out. That said, the waffles were absolutely fantastic,especially with the tiramisu sauce, which was a real highlight. The AV quad bikes were unfortunately quite problematic and could use better maintenance or management. Overall, despite a few operational hiccups, the hotel itself was lovely and we had a pleasant stay. 🌴

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. Although there was an unexpected issue, the staff actively resolved it. It’s a very nice hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend everyone bring some stomach medicine when they visit; even though I was very careful, I still got an upset stomach. I suggest opting for the hotel's airport transfer service, it’s great value for money.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

What suppose to be a 1 night stay turn into 2 nights stay! Cause my daughter love the place... Recommend fazly our driver for all 2 nights big shout out to him as he really good and bring us to what we want for our activities.... It's abit too far from the ferry terminal but it's worth it... The sceneries ans all the staff is very efficient and also very respectful. Just to take note there is no nearby eateries but got a small convinient store and tell the reception and they will get a driver for us to go for free... As we extended our stay they assist us to contact the ferry terminal but we have to go there and pay the rebboking fee... And breakfast was good too... For sure will be back again and stay at this hotel again.. Ps to the management it will be good if you could provide a microwave since sometimes we will buy food earlier and bring over as no local eateries nearby. Kudos to the team there for the excellent and pleasant stay..

Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

This is my second time staying in Aston. The service is impeccable and the staff are the most friendliest and helpful people. The rooms are kept clean daily with fresh towels always available. The restaurant is cosy with really good variety of both western and delicious Indonesian traditional food. The hotel’s location is just a stone’s throw away from lots of eateries and restaurants, museums and tourist spots. The swimming pool has a children’s pool and mini water park. Great for families with young children. The adult pool is always clean and big enough for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

There are a lot of good reviews on several platforms regarding this hotel and they are justified. Now for some nitpicks - When booking I asked for a view but didn't get a room with one.. having said that, this hotel is not near the sea and the view would have been outside traffic. I also asked for an iron, which they lent me, but no ironing board. That was strange. When I called, the receptionist said to use the bed. Maybe this is normal? I didn't expect that because the hotel looks classy and well worth the value. Much of it has been renovated. When you look at small details the workmanship is adequate but not great. The people I met gave great service, always warmly and with a smile. It was a little frustrating when I asked for information and it took a while to get to an answer, perhaps due to the tendency to go around-about or maybe the language barrier. I would have given it a 10/10 because everything else was good and satisfactory. I wish they had an automated washing and dryer for guests to use, even if it's one of each.This is something as a long term guest would find useful. That doesn't factor into the final rating, though. So for now, 9/10

Our 3-year-old had an amazing time in the private pool and barely wanted to leave. Breakfast was served in-room and was fairly simple, but the pancakes and American breakfast were definitely the better choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back for a quiet escape to unwind, swim, and relax by the private pool.

Awesome hotel, that is, Ctrip has to contact the hotel through the agent, can not communicate directly, not too convenient. The hotel is right by the sea and you can watch the sunset. The hotel's restaurant is better than any restaurant on the island! I ate three dinners this time, and I didn't step on thunder when I blinded a lot of dishes! The disadvantage is that the electric water heater is used, and the water will be cold after a long bath time. In addition, the hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrushes, and there is no renewal of cleaning for two days.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

”Great Resort, Great Service” Okay first thing, yes, it is far. Like 1.5 hours from BBT ferry terminal. But shared transport is provided (with a cold towel, cookie and water bottle), so honestly it's fine. You just sit back and by the time you arrive you've mentally switched off from everything anyway. Check-in was really smooth. No queue at the counter. While you sit down at the lobby, a welcome drink and cold towel is provided together with the check-in formalities. That already felt different. And the staff throughout the stay were just... on it. I genuinely didn't need to call for anything. Whatever I expected to find in the room, it was there. Buggy service is available until 11 pm, and is available promptly the moment you call them. The suite itself was excellent. Huge outdoor balcony with two sets of sitting area. A hammock is also provided to relax in a lazy afternoon. Inside the room, a solid wood bed frame, with a comfortable mattress and clean sheets. They give you both hard and soft pillows which I always appreciate. A large work table/chair is behind the bed. It also includes fast charging ports (nice touch). TV is equipped with Google TV kind of device with familiar remote. Room was well stocked with four water bottles, wine and drink glasses, coffee/tea cups, minibar with most common drinks stacked (not complimentary). Small thing but they forgot spoons for the coffee/tea. Didn't ruin anything but I noticed. The bathroom was big and clean with his/hers sink. All necessary amenities are of good quality. However, the shower area is a bit cramped as it is next to the bathtub. As such it wets the entire area. Even if you put floor towel, it eventually gets drenched too. Breakfast was great. Open air setting with nice spread - good fresh fruits, salads, local dishes, breads, bread spreads, coffee/tea together with kopi and teh as well. Dinner was also delicious with prompt room service. Only thing is the kitchen stops at 9:30pm which is a bit early, especially when you are on vacation. Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing if you're a late eater like me. Most of the info is shared via WhatsApp- shuttle times, checkout info, all sent through without me having to chase anyone. Simple but effective. Each villa is provided with two bikes (his and hers) which was fun, especially since the area is quite spread out. Though something could be improved: The pool is honestly too small. Cannot accommodate even 25% of guests. And the main beach is very small and with only two chairs. That's it. For a place sitting right on the water, I expected more there. Coffee pods in the room were really bad. Everything else in the room was good quality so this just stood out. Swap the pods, it's an easy fix. I informed them in advance that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. But it was completely ignored. Forget about flowers, not even a little card. That genuinely upset me. It's the kind of thing that would've made the stay really special and they just dropped the ball completely. Despite that, I'd still recommend it. The food is solid, the service is good, the room is comfortable and it's a genuinely peaceful place to be. And if you're celebrating something, maybe follow up more than once to make sure they actually action it.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. LLi€w.Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. We recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. Initially we were excited and found the resort very beautiful with beautiful beaches n lots of good food. The episode of a missing bathrobe which we used on the 2nd day was informed when checking out. We were actually quite pissed off, the reason why we checked out so early was because we need to take the earliest ferry back to Malaysia and yet we are delayed because of the missing bathrobe... who in their right mind would want to steal your wet damp bathrobe? After nearly half an hour of explaining, the man manning the receptionist counter finally allowed us to go. Luckily thanks to our drivers who managed to reach the Ferry Terminal safely especially thru the long n winding road to the Terminal.
