I specifically chose to stay at Park Hyatt Suzhou and booked the highly anticipated terrace suite. The entire experience was flawless, and I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Rain! The hotel itself is designed as a three-courtyard Suzhou-style private residence, featuring flowing water and koi ponds, intricately carved corridors – every step reveals a new scenic view. It's an oasis of calm amidst the bustling city, perfectly capturing the essence of Jiangnan charm. Our terrace suite spanned nearly 100 square meters, with one bedroom, one living room, two bathrooms, and a spacious 30-square-meter private terrace. The living room opened directly onto an outdoor viewing area, complete with a sofa and a casual dining table. From the terrace, we had an unobstructed panoramic view of Jinji Lake, with Suzhou's Ferris wheel and the Gate of the Orient clearly visible. Watching the sunset paint the lake in the evening and admiring the city lights at night was incredibly therapeutic, whether we were enjoying afternoon tea or simply relaxing. Every photo taken turned out to be stunning. The soft furnishings in the room were elegant and refined, and the layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for the study, living room, and bedroom. The hardware was impeccable; the mini-bar's welcome fruit platter and beverages were generously provided. What truly elevated our stay was our butler, Rain, whose service was perfectly balanced! Before our arrival, she proactively added me on WeChat and provided information about hotel amenities and the best times for terrace viewing. Upon arrival, she personally accompanied us, explaining the room type and facilities with meticulous care. During our stay, any request or message was met with an instant reply, demonstrating incredibly fast response times. She thoughtfully arranged turn-down service, maintaining a warm and attentive demeanor throughout without being intrusive – gentle yet professional. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including authentic Suzhou-style noodles with toppings, pastries, and a full selection of Chinese and Western hot dishes. The Suzhou cuisine at Xizhou Xuan was authentic, especially the salt-baked tofu, which was delicious! The courtyard afternoon tea had a wonderful ambiance. The heated swimming pool and gym were quiet and comfortable, and it was just a short walk to stroll along Jinji Lake. Both the hardware, the views, and the service were exceptional. The private lake view from the terrace suite was unparalleled, and Butler Rain's thoughtful service truly upgraded our stay. I highly recommend it for couples' getaways and short leisure trips. It's already on my list for a second visit!

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I brought my family to stay at Hotel Nikko Suzhou. The hotel is conveniently located in the Huqiu district, right next to Shizishan Metro Station, making transportation easy. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel shows its age a bit with slightly dated decor and facilities, it's well-maintained, upholding the standards of a seasoned star-rated hotel. We stayed in an Executive King Room. While the room wasn't large, the view from the 27th floor was excellent, especially the mesmerizing night view. The room has a distinct Japanese style, with efficient use of space throughout, making it convenient and clean. The complimentary afternoon tea and executive lounge benefits were nothing spectacular, but given the reasonable price of the room, we couldn't ask for more. As it's a Nikko hotel, the breakfast is a blend of Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The Chinese-style Suzhou noodles and Japanese curry and rich soups were particularly noteworthy. Finally, regarding the service, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. Jiajia at the front desk was especially enthusiastic and professional during both check-in and check-out. Five-star rating for her!

Cleanliness is consistently good: Rooms are clean, bedding is comfortable, and wet/dry separation is generally well-executed. Most people describe it as 'spotless'. • High value for money: Prices are mostly between 200–400 RMB per night. For a price point comparable to a 3-star hotel, you get European-style decor and a warmly lit lobby. • Standardized service: The front desk is responsive, luggage storage is available, some locations have robots for item delivery, and free parking is offered. • Practical breakfast: Simple Chinese and Western options, including congee/noodles/bread/fruit – enough to fill you up, with some local specialties. • Poor soundproofing (most common complaint): You can clearly hear conversations in the hallway, doors opening and closing, and the TV in the next room. Street-facing rooms will have traffic noise. • Inconsistent facility newness: ◦ New branches (after 2022): Smart room controls, fresh air systems, wood-look flooring, 25–28㎡ rooms. ◦ Older branches: Worn carpets, outdated furniture, limescale on showerheads, slow drains, some rooms without windows/lingering smoke smell. • Inconsistent service: Slow check-in during peak times, some front desk staff can be indifferent, and complaint resolution is average. • Small space: Basic rooms are about 20㎡, making it cramped to move around once luggage is placed. • Smoke/unpleasant odors: Some non-smoking rooms still have a smoke smell, and occasional drain odors.

I am definitely a frequent traveler/stayer/eater, and I have experienced many high-end hotels/boutique B&Bs/boutique restaurants. But this time I want to say: This boutique B&B (inn) is worth my recommendation. 1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good. 2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn. 3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli. 4. Warm and warm service and feeling. . . . Of course, other routine services are also very good, so I won’t say more. In short, recommended!

great little getaway for a night. We used the public hot springs, which had a good few to choose from and wasnt overcrowded. I would recommend to the hotel and other hot spring hotels, that they keep kids from splashing and to use the actual swimming pool even if its cold. Guests come to relax. Not to participate in hot spring kids swimming lessons. But everything else was good. There was also no restaurant available. We were taken on a short walk out of the hotel to a restaurant which seemed to be the only thing available. We only really went for the hot springs and luckily we had a private one that we could finally relax in. Would recommend.

It is right to come to Swissotel this summer. The hotel has its own swimming pool. In the hot summer, it is very comfortable to play in the water in the swimming pool. The hotel environment is very good, refreshing, clean and hygienic. The room area is super large, twice as large as other hotels. The breakfast in the morning has a little less variety. The gym, billiard room, table tennis, guests can play as they like. It is said that it is built according to the standards of a five-star hotel, and it is worth everyone to come and check in. My partner likes this hotel very much and said that he will choose this hotel next time he comes to Suzhou.

The hotel was located at the lake with an amazing view. The rooms was really nice and super clean and the mattress was really comfortable to sleep very well. The facility of the hotel was nice and very stylish, all in white and modern. The hotel was really lovely. The only thing that is really not good organised, there is no food except breakfast and afternoon tea (in that case fruits). We needed to order from a delivery service (only Chinese food available and it's was not really good). A hotel located at that wonderful place with that high price should have basic foods at the restaurant.

The hotel is great, thumbs up! The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is huge and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lake-view room offer absolutely fantastic views of Taihu Lake. I read some reviews mentioning slow check-in, and indeed, when we arrived around 2 PM, there was a queue at the front desk. I'm not sure why, but the check-in process was quite slow. As an InterContinental member, our room received complimentary fruit, snacks, and sparkling water. However, my parents' room, which they checked into with us, didn't receive anything. When I asked, I was told it was because they weren't InterContinental members. While I understand the policy, this kind of differential treatment really doesn't feel good. 🤔 For elderly guests, the mattress is a bit too soft and not ideal for their backs. I'd also suggest placing a foldable chair in the shower area to make it easier for seniors to sit while showering. Overall, the hotel is quite good, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service.

A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

This is one of my favorite hotels! The stay included two hot spring tickets, but the front desk staff, knowing I was traveling alone, thoughtfully swapped one for a breakfast voucher instead. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really liked the Chinese-style decor. The bed was super comfy, and even the hairdryer was good. They even gave me snacks upon check-in – extra thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The robot ice cream machine was a fun touch; I had two, and they were delicious. The hot springs were also excellent. I visited at the tail end of a holiday, so it was quiet with fewer people. There's also some lovely scenery nearby. Unfortunately, I only had time to visit Emerald Lake, but it was truly beautiful and put a perfect end to my trip. Pros: Heartwarming Service, Extra Points for Pet-Friendliness I must particularly praise the hotel's service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently enthusiastic and responded to requests promptly. What's especially noteworthy is how friendly the staff were towards pets, proactively addressing the needs of guests traveling with animals. This was the most satisfying aspect of my stay. Cons: Details Need Improvement, Experience Compromised 1. **Hardware Shortcomings:** The soundproofing isn't very good. I could easily hear doors closing in the hallway at night, which affected my sleep quality. 2. **Limited Dining Options for Pets:** Guests with pets are restricted to only a few tables near the front desk for dining, lacking a sense of exclusivity. 3. **Flawed Breakfast Registration Process:** There was no one at the restaurant entrance to check guests in. An auntie suddenly approached me to ask for my room number while I was getting food. After I had settled down with my food, I went back into the restaurant for a drink and was asked again. The process is redundant and lacks proper standardization. 4. **Pet-Friendliness is Superficial:** Although pets are allowed and the staff are enthusiastic, designating only the area near the front desk for pet dining falls short of genuine ”pet-friendliness.” Overall Impression The professionalism of the service team and their pet-friendly attitude are commendable. However, the shortcomings in hardware facilities and service details are quite prominent. If the soundproofing could be improved, and especially if the pet dining area planning could be optimized and service procedures standardized, the overall experience would be significantly enhanced.

Hygienic: The room is very clean, the bathroom has no smell, hot water is sufficient, and several rooms will not affect the bath at the same time. Service: The service is very good, the group will be pulled in advance, and all kinds of needs will be responded quickly. Hardware: It can be seen that the boss is still very careful in the operation, all kinds of decoration designs have been spent on. The B&B is on Xishan Island in Suzhou. Driving all the way here, the scenery is beautiful. The location of the hotel is also a good view. The room and balcony are large, and the entire Taihu Lake is outside the window. The water used in the B&B is Puna, which is a good review! There are not many rooms in the B&B, and you need to book in advance. Because we are not traveling on holidays, there are not many people staying. Although it is a B&B, it has its own kitchen and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea is open to receive guests outside the hotel. The restaurant view of the afternoon tea is very popular and it is difficult to have it without reservation. There are still quite a lot of men, women, young and old who come to have afternoon tea. It is recommended to book in advance! The desserts and drinks for afternoon tea tasted unexpectedly good. For dinner, we ordered the meal before the kitchen got off work. It was basically a private room. There was only one table of guests dining. The level of dinner was also very high, which was completely beyond my expectations! If you want to have a good view, good accommodation and take pictures, you can choose here blindly! Parking spaces are only for guests staying, so don’t worry about parking spaces. The gate will be closed after 9.10 pm until 11 o’clock the next day. No reception, only inside. If you want to go out during this period, you can contact the housekeeper. The overall experience is very good. It is not a five-star hotel, but it gave me a lot of surprises. I have recommended it to my friends.

We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience! The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property. Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Our Suzhou trip was delightful from start to finish, and choosing the Shangri-La Suzhou at 168 Shishan Road was definitely the right call. Came to Suzhou for a concert during the May Day holiday and brought the kids and my parents along for a trip. The hotel is just a few steps from the subway station. You need to transfer to get to the Olympic Sports Center, but it's very convenient, only about three stops in total. The three-bedroom suite we booked this time was perfect for a large family like ours. It also has three bathrooms and a large double-door refrigerator. However, someone had put durian in the fridge before, and it smelled awful, making it unusable for us. I hope the hotel can do a better job with cleaning and deodorizing! There's an oven, microwave, and induction hob, but no pots or pans were provided. Does that mean they expect guests to cook or not? We didn't need to cook, but it just felt a bit confusing. I originally booked a Classic Room package. The front desk staff suggested upgrading to a Balcony Room, which is 30 square meters larger, for an additional 500 RMB. I took their advice, and after comparing, I think it was worth it because not only did I get more space, but also a large balcony and double breakfast. The room was high-ceilinged and cool, the air conditioning was comfortable, and the mattress was very pleasant. There were many books in the room to browse. The bathroom had a double vanity, but I was a little disappointed that not every sink had both hand soap and lotion. The left sink had hand soap, and the right one had lotion. So, if you wanted to wash your hands, you went to the left sink, and then to the right sink for lotion after washing. The two sinks were quite far apart with a large bathtub in the middle. I hope the hotel can be a bit more generous and provide both items at each sink, which would be much more convenient. From the moment I entered the hotel, the service felt like I was entering my own home. There were complimentary snacks, and the tea served was also good. All the staff greeted me with proactive smiles. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was high quality, though there's room for improvement with the Western pastries. This trip, I specifically went for the noodles at Su Mian Fang. The service and taste were absolutely incredible, though the price was a bit on the high side. I wanted to eat them again. I'm not sure if it's because I rarely eat Su noodles and am therefore less knowledgeable, or if they truly are considered a delicacy among Suzhou noodles. Additionally, the hotel's environment is very Suzhou-like, and it's located by the lake in front of the Gate of the Orient.

Without a doubt, this is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms and facilities are old and run-down. Everything from the walls to the elevators and the room fixtures was filthy. The weirdest thing is there's no proper shower in the room, just a bathtub. If you want to shower, you have to stand inside the tub and use a handheld sprayer. On top of that, the water temperature was impossible to adjust – it kept switching between freezing cold and scalding hot. For a room like this, costing 489 yuan a night, it should really be around 200 yuan. Even though it's an older hotel from 2012, I didn't expect a chain brand to be this bad. The staff's attitude was good, and both the Chinese restaurant and breakfast selection were quite varied. This place is fantastic! The room is huge, with a living room and kitchen downstairs, and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs (there's also a separate toilet downstairs). It could easily accommodate four people with plenty of space to spare! Outside, there's a massive cold plunge pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is kept warm 24/7, making it incredibly relaxing to soak in! If you come in the summer, you'd be able to swim in the cold pool. 😆 The hotel also offers a variety of free activities, including kayaks. The private waterfront access provides an absolutely stunning spot to watch the sunrise! And if you visit in the summer, you might even get to see the lotus flowers blooming. The shuttle service staff were super friendly and helpful. Our housekeepers, Nancy and Tommy, were also great, providing excellent and prompt service via WeChat. Thank you all! However, the breakfast was a bit too simple compared to the price of the stay.

The Capybara King Room was great! It had a projector with mini-games, which my child absolutely loved. The room also came with kid-friendly amenities like a step stool for the sink, a toilet seat, a children's toiletries set, and cartoon bedding. There's an indoor play area and an outdoor activity zone, and the lake view is beautiful! Yolanda from Guest Relations contacted me a day in advance and provided excellent personalized service. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

I specifically booked the garden waterscape room at Kimpton Bamboo Grove to experience the poetic charm of living by the water in Jiangnan, which completely cured my travel fatigue. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows throughout the room directly face the entire garden pond. White walls, bamboo shadows, rockeries, and green plants are all reflected in the water. When there's no wind, the pond is as smooth as a mirror, with the sky and clouds reflected, blending reality and illusion, like a flowing Suzhou ink painting. Stepping onto the scenic small balcony, all I could hear was the gentle gurgling of water and birds chirping in the woods, completely isolating me from the city's hustle and bustle. The privacy was excellent. The room was spacious and elegant, with modern light luxury soft furnishings complementing the Oriental garden aesthetic. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom was well-designed with a wet and dry separation, and smart devices were fully equipped. The cleanliness was meticulous and impeccable. The toiletries had a warm and sophisticated scent. Upon check-in, a sweet welcome fruit platter was provided, and the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary. My butler, Cherry, was responsive and attentive, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Strolling through the hotel's gardens, winding corridors line the water, surrounded by lush bamboo. Every step offers a picture-perfect scene. On sunny days, sitting on the terrace, drinking tea and admiring the waterscape, a gentle breeze creates ripples across the water. On rainy days, a thin mist drifts over the water, creating a hazy, misty atmosphere. There's no need to rush to crowded gardens; you can privately enjoy the charm of Suzhou's waters in your room. The location is convenient for getting around, close to the city moat and old town alleys. For those who prefer quiet and elegant scenery, the waterscape room is the first choice to experience an immersive Jiangnan waterside life. I will definitely book here again on my next trip to Suzhou. I genuinely recommend it!

Suzhou Marriott Hotel Revisited – A Timeless Five-Star Experience This is my second stay at the Suzhou Marriott, and it's as excellent as ever. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Gusu District, making it a quick taxi ride to attractions like Hanshan Temple, Shantang Street, Pingjiang Road, and Lingering Garden. Check-in was seamless. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub is a definite plus, and the stable water pressure and instant hot water in the shower, along with the large window, were the icing on the cake. From the higher floors, you get a fantastic view of the Gusu old town skyline, and the sunset streaming in during the evening was incredibly relaxing. For breakfast, I highly recommend trying the freshly made Suzhou-style stewed pork noodles at the live cooking station – the broth is flavorful, and the noodles have a great bite. As an established hotel, the overall service is exceptionally warm. The staff at the front desk, guest services, and fitness center are all very attentive, thoughtful of guests' needs, and go out of their way to accommodate individual requests.

This was my second stay. Last time, I came with my partner, and this time I specifically brought my parents along. The hotel's location is superb, and its garden-style design perfectly captures the essence of Suzhou. The room's cleanliness was satisfactory, and the towels came in sealed bags, which made us feel very reassured. The citrus-scented amenities and the fragrance from the incense cones on the table were also lovely, giving the room a cozy, homely feel. I especially want to commend the hotel's cultural guided tour service. Our guide, Xiao Xu, was exceptionally professional. Not only was he well-versed in historical facts, but he also added many fascinating, little-known details. We were fortunate enough to visit Building 7 this time, which was a wonderful bonus experience. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing us a bit warm after the tour, they proactively offered us fans. This kind of subtle yet attentive service truly deserves praise. Before checking out, remember to get a souvenir stamp at the front desk. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it a reliable and trustworthy place to stay for a trip to Suzhou.

Based on my positive experience back in 2018, when I stayed here for the Lang Lang Suzhou concert, I decided to book this hotel again on a whim. The room they assigned me was great, but personally, I found the air conditioning a bit noisy. The hotel staff immediately offered a solution; a lovely lady kindly arranged for a room right next door. To my surprise and delight, it was the exact same room type I had stayed in before! The hotel even provided some local Suzhou pastries and a sleep mask with earplugs, which was a very pleasant surprise. It was a truly delightful stay, and I wish the hotel all the best!

This hotel is by far the best value for money I've ever experienced. Its location near Jinji Lake Fisherman's Wharf is fantastic, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully rich and makes you feel right at home. The biggest pleasant surprise was the swimming pool – it's huge, incredibly clean, and not crowded at all, making for a truly relaxing swim. Best of all, the price is incredibly reasonable. For just over 500 [currency, e.g., RMB] including breakfast, you get a pool, and you're right by Jinji Lake where you can enjoy the beautiful night views. Extremely satisfied!

I booked this B&B for Xu Liang's Suzhou concert, and although it wasn't cheap, it was worth it. The environment and facilities were good, exactly as pictured. The location is excellent, very close to Changmen City Wall, and right next to Shantang Street for strolling (though I find Shantang Street less interesting than Pingjiang Road, but both are commercial ancient streets overall). I initially thought it would be noisy near Changmen Street, but it was actually very quiet at night, making for a comfortable sleep 💤. The owner offers personalized service through a private WeChat group, providing recommended travel routes and restaurants. The only minor downsides were that I thought the river view outside the window would be charming, but the water sometimes had a slight odor (closing the window helped), and the river nearby was under renovation, which was a bit of an eyesore. However, when sitting by the window, you can't really see that area anyway.

Suzhou has so many hotels, and we spent a long time choosing AnShe. First, its location is fantastic – super close to the Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Lotus Flower Market, which is a must-visit in June. Second, I saw many reviews praising their service, and it really lived up to the hype when we arrived; the staff were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every part of the room was spotless and well-maintained down to the smallest detail. Even though it's not a chain hotel, I was really satisfied with this stay.

Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and patient, making the check-in process quick and efficient. They proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local attractions. Housekeeping tidied the room regularly and replenished amenities promptly. Any requests made to the front desk were met with a quick response and a polite, gentle attitude. The public areas were cleaned daily, free of any unpleasant odors, and the elevator control system ensured high security, which gave me great peace of mind traveling with elderly family members and children. From the moment we arrived with guidance and luggage assistance, to handling various minor requests later on, everything was managed properly without any perfunctory treatment. The service was professional and warm, and the attention to detail made the entire trip comfortable and relaxing. My impression of this hotel is absolutely fantastic; it definitely deserves a five-star review! - Scallop Starfish

The inn's location is fantastic, directly across from the Lion Grove Garden, and very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient! I had originally booked the smallest room in the inn. When I arrived, I asked the owner if a free upgrade was possible, as many guests had mentioned being upgraded. Without a second thought, the owner immediately upgraded me to the largest room—the service was truly exceptional! The room decor was beautiful, especially the large bed, which perfectly embodies classical Chinese aesthetics. There was also a tatami tea table and a small arhat bed. The front desk even provides a sewing kit for mending clothes, all of which speaks volumes about the owner's excellent service. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

Really loved it! The room was spacious and comfortable. Although the bathroom had an older decor, all the facilities were in perfect working order, clean, and tidy. The location was excellent – central yet quiet. I could see the elevated road not too far from my window, but surprisingly, I didn't hear any noise. It was also super convenient, only about a 15-minute drive to Hanshan Temple the next day. The hotel's gym had all the basic equipment and was quite large, though unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn't open. On the bright side, it rained that day, allowing me to experience the beautiful charm of a misty Jiangnan.

This is my second stay here, and it's excellent as always. Service: They upgraded us to a VIP room, which was twice the size. Thumbs up to the hotel! After we checked out, I left a charging cable behind, and they even contacted us to ask if we needed it back. The attention to detail in their service is impressive! Environment: The location is superb, right next to Pingjiang Road, which is fantastic.

The location is excellent, right in the Shantang Street scenic area, inside the Lingnan Guild Hall. It's very convenient to get to the train station, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Lingering Garden. There's even a boat dock right at the entrance. The service was fantastic. On the first day, we arrived early and they helped us store our luggage. As soon as our room was ready, they notified us immediately for check-in. The next morning, we had an early start, and they kindly arranged breakfast for us in advance. The front desk staff, Summer and Huihui, were both very nice. The room was great, set in a garden-style courtyard with a koi pond. We even saw a heron on the first day! The room was very quiet; even though it's in a scenic area, there was no noise at night. The hotel had thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so it was cool and dry when we entered.

We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

This guesthouse is tucked away in a small alley, right next to Pingjiang Road. The most amazing thing is that it's less than a minute's walk from the lively Pingjiang Road, but as soon as you turn into this alley, the surroundings immediately become quiet – truly a hidden gem. Several things stood out to me during my stay: 1. The service was incredibly warm and friendly. They even proactively offered me a late check-out. 2. The attention to detail in the design was impressive. I've stayed in many star-rated hotels where their smart toilets typically don't have a button for automatic lid opening, but the toilet here does, which is very convenient for men.
