Had a great stay here. The hotel environment was quiet, and the hygiene was impeccable, with great attention to detail. The staff were all very polite and always greeted me, which made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich, and overall, it was good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

All the staff were very polite, making me feel well taken care of. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was convenient for getting around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

After a string of issues, the front office manager actually talked back to me, not a single apology. They just told me to call the police if I couldn't handle it. Speechless.

Came to Suzhou for a concert during the May Day holiday and brought the kids and my parents along for a trip. The hotel is just a few steps from the subway station. You need to transfer to get to the Olympic Sports Center, but it's very convenient, only about three stops in total. The three-bedroom suite we booked this time was perfect for a large family like ours. It also has three bathrooms and a large double-door refrigerator. However, someone had put durian in the fridge before, and it smelled awful, making it unusable for us. I hope the hotel can do a better job with cleaning and deodorizing! There's an oven, microwave, and induction hob, but no pots or pans were provided. Does that mean they expect guests to cook or not? We didn't need to cook, but it just felt a bit confusing. There are restaurants and convenience stores right across from the hotel.

I chose this hotel for a concert I attended in Suzhou over the May Day holiday. Its location is fantastic, with plenty of malls nearby and close proximity to the concert stadium. The room was clean, and it was super convenient for food and getting around – there's a KFC and Starbucks, plus you can find authentic Suzhou-style soup noodles right on the 3rd floor at a great price. The breakfast spread was also extensive! 👍

The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. They offered a variety of egg dishes, Shin Ramyun and other noodle options, and delicious, silky smooth tofu pudding that you could season yourself. The service was also very attentive.

Amenities: All the basic amenities are available. Service: The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel even upgraded me to a suite, which I was very pleased with. Cleanliness: The room was tidied up very nicely and was clean. Environment: It's very close to the subway station. The ventilation inside the room was also excellent.

As expected from Hilton, the hotel front desk staff were very warm and professional. They were also patient and meticulous in answering questions. 👍 The room arrangement was also very good; on the day of check-in, when it wasn't busy, they even asked about my preferences.
