Guest UserGuest UserI stayed at bai Hotel Cebu in Mandaue, Cebu. It's a wonderful hotel with an excellent balance of location, facilities, and service, ensuring a very comfortable stay.
**Staff & Service**
The staff were always smiling, very kind, and full of hospitality, making my stay very pleasant. The service at the Executive Lounge and restaurants was also polite and reassuring.
**Room & View**
The room was clean with a calm, modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and the large window offered beautiful views of Cebu city and the evening sunset.
**Rooftop Pool & Bar**
The infinity pool and bar on the top floor offered breathtaking night views, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the night breeze.
**Dining & Executive Lounge**
The breakfast buffet and lounge food offered a wide variety and high quality. From local traditional sweets (like Puso, mangoes, and chocolate sauce) to Western dishes like pasta, everything was delicious and enjoyable.
**Location & Surroundings**
Parkmall is right in front of the hotel, so shopping, dining, and currency exchange were never an issue. Access to the airport and the city center is also excellent.
This hotel is highly recommended as a base for exploring Cebu, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Cebu next time!Rica MaffieRica MaffieIt’s one of my favorite hotels in Cebu, and I’ve stayed here several times.
This time I arrived about an hour before check-in, and the front desk staff kindly prepared a room right away. But, the first room faced another building, so I requested a different one. I was eventually moved to a city-view room. If that room was already available, I wish I had been assigned it from the beginning, as changing rooms with heavy luggage was inconvenient😥
Other than that, the stay was comfortable. The area around the hotel also had a calm atmosphere, and even though it was my first time visiting, I felt safe and at ease.
I also used the massage service attached to the hotel. It was great, and quite affordable considering it was available right there in the hotel. Since I was on a business trip, being able to get a massage between work sessions was an unexpected treat.
Beyond just the great location, these kinds of services made it feel like a hotel where I could truly relax, even during a busy stay. If I have the opportunity to be in the area again, I would definitely like to stay here.

The transportation and surrounding commercial area are convenient and good. Although it's an older hotel, they pay a lot of attention to the breakfast, haha. It's a comfortable hotel with almost no price changes even during peak season.

The location is a big plus – shops, restaurants, schools are just a few minutes’ walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there were only one or two staff members on duty and they seemed quite busy, they still did their best to assist every guest with a positive attitude.
One of the things I liked most was the unique hotel layout. The parking area is just outside or very close to the rooms, making it very convenient, especially if you're bringing a car. The design, with the parking area in between the rows of rooms, is both practical and different from most hotels.
The swimming pool also looked nice, although we weren't able to use it because it was raining and the weather was quite cold. We were hoping to avail of breakfast, but unfortunately, it wasn't available during our stay.
We stayed here because we joined a fun run early the next morning, and the hotel's location was perfect—only about a 10-minute walk from the venue. It even gave us enough time to do a light warm-up while walking there.
