Beachside II offers private beach access, a gulf front pool, an on-site fitness center and covered parking. Spring 2019 update - The condo is clean and in great shape. In February we did touch up work on the new interior paint and beach themed decor, revitalizing the interior of the unit to facilitate more open space for our guests' enjoyment. Floor tiles and upholstery have been recently steam cleaned throughout. Additionally, the whole complex is sparkling as there have also been upgrades to the exterior of our buildings. Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends.
Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time.
Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice.
