I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied! Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing. Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent.

A lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone. The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery. There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight! Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the airport and convenient for travelers to go to the airport. After all, given the price of this brand, I understand the hardware and software standards that the Marriott Fairfield chain must have. The breakfast is on the first floor, and the content is basically North American style. It is really not good and rich. The egg, pancake, bread, fruit and coffee series are full. The shuttle bus to the airport does not need to be reserved every half an hour (but regardless of the pick-up). The hotel is very clean overall, the room is a suite, the specific facilities are not detailed in the pictures. The room is equipped with coffee but no kettle, and the sound insulation is not very good. The feeling of one night is actually limited, and it does not represent all. Many of them are just seen without real experience. I hope what I write can be helpful.

Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems.

As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.

I had an early flight at 5 AM for my next leg of the trip and was planning to take an Uber. However, the front desk staff, during check-in, proactively asked when I'd need the shuttle bus and arranged it for me (free of charge, of course). This made my trip so much more stress-free. It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

It's very clean, the counter staff are very friendly, the wifi is fast and the coffee is free. The bathroom is clean and all basic toiletries are provided, and the price is reasonable. great!

Nice room and beds, decent shower and clean. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways are a bit dated and a touch tatty but the room was modern. Breakfast was decent but not quite as good as at the holiday inn express next door and the breakfast room is quite a bit smaller and more cramped with less tables. Free coffee in the reception and the rooms was nice. Staff on the desk was nice and chatty. Overall it was decent.
