It's a comfortable Mercedes-Benz, and it can drop you off at T3 or T1.

Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems.

This location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!

As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properly—it was either too slow or intermittent. The hotel isn't too far from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service that takes about 10-15 minutes to get back to the hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and efficient! What I loved most was the self-service coffee bar in the lobby where you could get coffee or hot water, and there was a great selection of tea bags next to it! Having hot water available is a lifesaver for Chinese travelers!

We spent a night as my daughter needed to leave for the airport at 4 pm - I wanted to continue to sleep to be fit for the 3 hour drive home. We therefore declined the offer to get a wake up call. At 3 pm I was woken up from my sleep because they gave us a wake up call regardless. I don’t have a good sleep and I had trouble going back to sleep. Before 7.30 am, housekeeping knocked without break to clean the room  and they woke me up again- Even though we had let the reception know that only one person was taking the early bus. It was very disappointing

CAGuest UserWe spent a night as my daughter needed to leave for the airport at 4 pm - I wanted to continue to sleep to be fit for the 3 hour drive home. We therefore declined the offer to get a wake up call. At 3 pm I was woken up from my sleep because they gave us a wake up call regardless. I don’t have a good sleep and I had trouble going back to sleep. Before 7.30 am, housekeeping knocked without break to clean the room  and they woke me up again- Even though we had let the reception know that only one person was taking the early bus. It was very disappointing
