The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff.
Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards.
Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.From$94

When I checked in, it was said to be a buffet breakfast, but it turned out to be one for each person. The swimming pool was pretty good and there was a special section for children. The restaurant provided local food at a reasonable price. The room was quite clean, but the furniture was a bit old. There was free drinking water in the corridor, so you have to bring your own cup. Tools, choose a hotel with a swimming pool, this is a good choiceFrom$41

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at the front desk. The male staff member was not attentive at all; when I asked him to ensure that my extension was updated, he assured me he would take care of it. However, around 12 noon the next day, I received a call on my mobile from the front desk while I was in a meeting, inquiring if I would be extending my stay.
Additionally, I noticed that during the night, the front desk staff appeared disengaged, busy playing on their phones while I was providing instructions. This level of service does not meet my expectations, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better attentiveness and professionalism.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.From$24

Seriously the best hotel, I only had great experiences here. Ordering food from the room phone was super convenient and delicious. The price was also really good.

Hotel is between CDOs shopping malls and many eateries around this hotel which is very good, the Staff service is Superb! however some of its corridors and the room itself feels creepy. Overall the hotel is Very nice but will not come back here because of the Creepy encounter I had during my stay

It was a good location in the city, 100 meters to Joliby and King Burger
Oldness is unavoidable, but you can feel the number of decorations across details such as indoor wooden edges 々, good old times
The air conditioner was new and quiet
Bring me amenities.
I want a safety box in the room.
The staff were kind and repaired immediately when the lampstee on the side of the bed was loose.
The drinker was within walking distance, and I wished and fulfilled it.
If I have a chance to go there again, I will use it 😊
