The location is very good. You can find it upstairs after leaving the airport. The front desk is also very friendly. You can take the free airport bus from the hotel to the car rental location. The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. 係りの方の対応は全てよかった。とても気持ちよく旅ができた。朝食のフルーツもおいしかった。ただ、隣の部屋の人の扉の開け閉めの音が非常に大きく響いて部屋の中に聞こえてくるのでその音で何度も起きてしまい、滞在期間中短時間睡眠となってしまいかなりきつかった。隣の人が何故か毎日朝4時におきるのと、おそらく他の部屋の人が２時くらいに部屋から出るので、その音で何度も起こされた。FromKRW 210,725

The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. Stayed for one night and it was clean. It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from the airport. The hotel looks great and it's nice that there's a downtown area nearby. However, Wi-Fi costs extra, and this wasn't mentioned when I booked through Trip.com. There was an additional charge, but when I contacted customer service later, they handled it well.FromKRW 408,253

REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Good location 10min drive from DFW airport and 2 min walking to the grapevine mills shopping mall. Large room with sectional sofa, studio, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The only negative aspect is the airport pickup: nobody from the hotel picked up my phone call from the airport, I called for 30min no answer, so I had to take a taxi.FromKRW 189,359

I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee.
