Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.
The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.FromUS$341

The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.FromUS$254

Stayed for one night and it was clean. It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from the airport. The hotel looks great and it's nice that there's a downtown area nearby. However, Wi-Fi costs extra, and this wasn't mentioned when I booked through Trip.com. There was an additional charge, but when I contacted customer service later, they handled it well.FromUS$289

REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Just goes to show, one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire brand.FromUS$139

The room was a decent size, the bed was 1.3 meters wide, and it had a sofa bed. The cleanliness was good, the air conditioner was a little noisy, but acceptable, and the service was good. Good location 10min drive from DFW airport and 2 min walking to the grapevine mills shopping mall. Large room with sectional sofa, studio, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The only negative aspect is the airport pickup: nobody from the hotel picked up my phone call from the airport, I called for 30min no answer, so I had to take a taxi.FromUS$139

I went to Dallas a lot a few years ago. When I came back after the epidemic, I found that Dallas is indeed one of the rare cities in the United States that is constantly improving and becoming more modern. The hotel is an apartment hotel owned by Marriott. It has a kitchen and shares the front desk with the courtyard hotel next door. It is next to a Hilton. Although it is a different brand, it seems that the actual owners are the same. The hotel is cleaned at the request of the guests, which is exactly what I want. The gym equipment is a bit old, but there are few people exercising, so it’s enough for your own use😁. The breakfast is just the usual American style. What is a bit surprising is that there is always fresh-cut fruit. The only problem I encountered was that the five washing machines broke down at the same time. The front desk suggested that I go to the Hilton to wash them, but they didn't charge me for the washing powder. Tip: Hilton has complementary freshly ground coffee.
