Suite hotel, one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, free parking, the front desk staff is very friendly, the hotel is located by the sea, the environment is good, there are restaurants nearby to eat, but I chose to drive through the bridge into the city center to eat There is no breakfast, but there are microwave ovens and refrigerators. You can buy some ones the next day and then eat them the next morning.

There are no adjoining walls on the bedrooms, so makes for quiet surroundings. On the Main Level is a Library with Twin Beds, a full Bathroom, a Bedroom with Queen Bed and the entry into the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Up Stairs Level has the Master Bedroom with a full Bathroom and Bedroom with Queen Bed. The Downstairs Level has the Game Room with an additional Sleeper, a full Bathroom and a Bedroom with a Queen Bed. All the Bedding is new, with special attention payed to simple luxury and comfort.The Front Entry and the room with front facing window look into a beautiful tranquil yard and all the back facing windows (upper and lower) boasts the views of the Marina Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. Our beautiful home sits on a cliff 80 feet above the shoreline. At low tide there are many rocks and a large beach. But even at high tide Pelican Rock stands above the water. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but it is only 9 tenths of a mile to Sport Heaven Beach, about a 20 minute walk or a short drive. Sport Heaven Beach has miles of sandy beach and there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. The house is 4 miles from the center of Brookings and 1 mile to the Harbor.  At the harbor there are great restaurants,  fishing charters and a great boardwalk overlooking the boats.Come and enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. We have lived in Brookings for three years now and love it year round.  We live in our home just 4 miles away with our three small dogs. We hope to see you soon.Please no trailers. Our driveway does not allow for turning around a trailer.There is a video camera above the garage door that monitors the driveway.
