This was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. I have been to Miami a few times and feel that this hotel is really no.1. Now it's hot season. One day, I grabbed 1200 a night and usually it is 1600, but the swimming pool closed a little earlier. The disadvantage is that there is no fan in the bathroom. My boyfriend's shit stinks. There is also water from Fuji, which is not offered voluntarily every day. In addition, it is full score. The dining bar is also very beautiful.

The location is very good, in the heart of the Brickell business district, the hotel is very stylish and the interior is decorated like the W Shanghai. The MINI BAR in the room has a lot of drinks, of course, there is a charge, and the night bed is open to provide Evian water. Of course, the price of Evian water in the United States is particularly close to the people. Worth staying in Miami!

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

We were only in our room for about 7 hours. Just used it to catch a few hours of sleep before our trip to Ecuador early the next morning. The hotel looks renovated except for the room doors. For some reason they left the old doors while they renovated the rest of the hotel and the doors serve as a reminder that this place is old. Bad call by who ever made that decision. The room itself is a decent size, has a comfortable bed, and a newish looking bathroom. For the price I would stay here again if I had another overnight layover at MIA.

advantage: Free shuttle 2. There is a small dining area and a Chinese restaurant for 5 minutes walk. Disadvantages: 1. It's still a breakfast issue in the comment area, and it hasn't been improved repeatedly. 2. Credit card deduction, a lot of deductions, and then feedback and adjustments, but later found that there is no refund, but also verify, finally refunded, trouble! 3. Although it is not far, it takes 15 minutes by car, which is far longer than the others. 4. The people at the front desk are basically expressionless. Fortunately, there is coordination of Ctrip, and the service is good. Compensated for the hotel, so Ctrip has been used. But this hotel is not recommended.

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

Had a horrible experience a couple of blocks away at some trashy place… But not only was this hotel the exact opposite of that, but they ACTUALLY got me in the vacation mood right back again. Luis the manager was nothing but a knowledgeable young man of the area and his hospitality is what got me to give this a shot. 10/10

The hotel couldn't be any closer or more convenient to the terminals and for our early am check in. We had access to the entire terminal's shops and restaurants. We walked around looking at our gate areas, so we knew where we needed to go. Check in was easy however, they didn't mention the restaurant on the 7th floor so instead, we ended up paying over $100 at a chain restaurant with a burger/sandwich menu. The price point is extremely high for what you get - for $250 plus a night I'd expect a refrigerator or a microwave, some wash cloths, more than one regular coffee packet and some soap, however, once we asked twice, we received these items fairly quickly. The rooms are dated, not doubt, but the king bed was big and comfy. I was rather pleased with the bright lighting and expandable makeup mirror in the bathroom. Nice to see what you really look like rather than looking in a dim mirror for once which is what you get now at higher end facilities. The window was filthy so there was no looking out the window-to be fair I doubt its easy to clean when jets are constantly flying over your head. The carpet needs to be replaced, there really was very little left of it in the room. Hallway carpet dated but clean. The TV/cable didn't work due to provider changes occurring within the county and the airport is a county building (which is was what we were told when we asked how to use the TV.) We were able to use wireless to stream TV on the iPad - it would have nice if they mentioned that as well so we weren't fighting about how to work the remote. There are really no amenities, and I would say this is comparable to an older but clean motel. However, it took 28 minutes total in the morning to check in, check our bags, get through security and be seated at the gate. Long story short, we would stay there again for an early am flight if we could get a cheaper price.

I decided to check in at the hotel before returning my rental car to save time in the morning and to drop off my sister who is handicapped so she didn't have to walk so far. The desk clerk gave me such a hard time checking in because my husband wasn't there (he'd made the reservation, but had been called away on other business) It took over 30 minutes for them to allow ME to check in, which ended up costing me extra for parking! Then when they finally gave us a room, it was as far away from the elevator as possible - not good for my handicapped sister :( After returning home I realized they'd charged me almost $50 for miscellaneous items from the mini bar! We took a single soda can from the bar. This hotel is not only NOT customer friendly, they're dishonest and difficult to work with. My husband is a Hilton honors member and filed a complaint due to the way I was treated and to date he still hasn't heard back from them either. Hilton is going downhill fast in our opinion

There are a lot of snacks around the location. You can go sightseeing from the free orange line light rail. It is not far from the four lines of the airport red line light rail. The only downside is that the room windows cannot be opened, and each floor has a urine smell + The taste of the decoration was seriously exceeded, and it could not be exhausted. The seal was too strict for a night. Fortunately, I was still alive. It has seriously affected my physical and mental health. When I first stayed, the room that I gave to my room was very small and almost spit. I asked I changed the room and arranged for me to be a little bigger. It was also very big. I couldn’t help but deduct the money. I wanted to stay for two nights and had to stay for one night.
