Absolutely loved our stay here. Close to One World Trade and an easy walk to Battery Park, the subway and the ferries. Our King Room with a Sofa bed was spacious and had great bathrooms and amenities. The views are fantastic, and the lovely new area and wonderful mall adjacent to the hotel makes staying here simple

The location is super convenient, right next to Times Square, making it easy to catch a Broadway show. I especially loved the breakfast; the dining area was beautiful and the food was delicious. You can choose from breakfast sets or order à la carte. They even give you free tickets to MoMA when you check in! The hotel is only about a ten-minute walk from MoMA, and my daughter went two days in a row!

Times Square New York|5.12km from city center
The location is superb, but parking is a significant hassle. We had to use a private parking garage across the street, which offered no in-and-out privileges and cost a steep $110 per day. However, Times Square is right on your doorstep, and a subway station is conveniently located next door, making it incredibly easy to explore the city.

The hotel's location right in Times Square is excellent. For Manhattan, the room was surprisingly spacious, featuring two full-sized beds and a large sofa that could comfortably sleep an adult. Service was also good; the front desk staff were very friendly. There's a $40 daily resort fee that includes a credit you can use to grab food from the hotel restaurant – definitely use it, or it goes to waste! Midtown Manhattan attractions are all within walking distance, and getting to Uptown and Downtown is incredibly convenient via subway or Uber. While Times Square itself can be a bit chaotic and gritty, it's bustling with trendy spots and all sorts of dining options. Plus, being on the 35th floor, the room was surprisingly quiet. Despite a few minor issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I was quite satisfied overall.

My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

Horrible experience with Service & Unnecessary charges a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu. The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food, $10 of delivery charges and $13 of taxes totalling to $52. So 1st you are charged $40 as City charged and in lieu of that the coupon of $30 for food given to you even if u stuck to your understanding $30 you would have paid more than $52 means extra $22 It gets more interesting when they tell you, that you cant use this $30 for breakfast. This is like a Ponzi scheme. b) One of the rudest In-room dining call you will ever attend. I asked what is XXXXX, revert: you should read about it, this is not in my job profile, I only take orders. Fab experience 😍 c) I requested that since i was lactose intolerant could the hotel be kind to deliver 1/4 cup of Almond milk, just enough for a cup of tea. I am told that is possible and then a full cup of milk with $10 + taxes = $13 is charged for simple request of Almond milk. d) You are not eligible for even a single bottle of water in a so called 5star hotel or so. e) Servicing the room was not in list, had to go twice over to reception to ensure that room no is added to list of rooms to be serviced in the day. f) The Coffee machine wasnt working and one had to request for a simple electric kettle to warm water for tea/coffee. g) The Jet spray in the washroom commode was jammed and not working.

Except for an extra charge of $ 49 per person per day of the resort fee, this is not acceptable, and I hope to cancel it. Good location, same building with park central. Manhattan club Newly renovated, but the toilet and bathroom in the room are too small, only half the size of the Manhattan club Breakfast was generous and dinner was negligible, Opposite diagonally is Carnegie Hall, the subway station is right out, walk 10 minutes to times square 5 minutes to central park 15 minutes by subway to Wall Street, If you can cancel the resort fee. The hotel has a great location. You must go to the top floor of the hotel to have breakfast or a drink and enjoy the full view of New York Central Park. However, since the hotel is quite old, the rooms and corridors feel a bit eerie. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^ You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros. The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. The hotel was beyond expectation. Someone helped to carry the luggage on the uneven road of the island, which was a life-saving service, so tipping is a must. Since you are staying in this hotel, it is strongly recommended to stay in the room on the top floor because there is only such a room in the whole hotel. The three windows of the two rooms have unbeatable views, not to mention the 270-degree view on the balcony. Since you are here and have chosen this hotel, it would be a pity not to choose it. The key point is that the Internet celebrity check-in point is here.
