This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^ You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious! The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. It's just that the weather is very cold and you can't go in the water. You can take a shower! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The service of the hotel is very good, The staff will warmly lead us into the room. Everyone's face is full of smiles, the overall experience is very good, and the price is very high. The hotel's transportation is not very convenient, but there is a free shuttle bus to fira station. The bus stop near the hotel is a Mexican stop, which needs to be explained in advance with the driver of the local bus, otherwise it will not stop.

AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot.

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

Oia Santorini|10.28km from city center
When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel.

The hotel's rooms are all spacious and bright sea view suites, with independent balconies and swimming pools. The room facilities and bedding are all five-star hotel standards. The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. If you want to experience a high-end vacation in Santorini, it is definitely worth a try.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite! There is a small path leading to Oia from the hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk. The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus.

Oia Santorini|10.74km from city center
The hotel was beyond expectation. Someone helped to carry the luggage on the uneven road of the island, which was a life-saving service, so tipping is a must. Since you are staying in this hotel, it is strongly recommended to stay in the room on the top floor because there is only such a room in the whole hotel. The three windows of the two rooms have unbeatable views, not to mention the 270-degree view on the balcony. Since you are here and have chosen this hotel, it would be a pity not to choose it. The key point is that the Internet celebrity check-in point is here. Looking at the long queues from morning to night every day just to take a photo, and the hotel guests can pose for photos at any time without any cover, you can understand this feeling.

The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros. The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!

They were very nice and make you feel like home all the time, always smiling :) The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine. The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

Very nice hotel. There are several swimming pools, a bar-restaurant and a restaurant for breakfast. It is close to the city, but you have to walk to it along the road for a few minutes. In general, this is not a problem, but if you want to rent in the center, you should look for another option. Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds, which is very inconvenient. They constantly moved apart, and the pillows are so thin that after the second night our necks really hurt. The breakfasts are monotonous, but acceptable, we did not go hungry.

Fira Santorini|3.51km from city center
The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Others are more ordinary. The room at the time of check-in is very noisy near the road. I immediately changed the room away from the main road. The window is opposite another hotel. Sometimes there will be construction sounds in the morning. The most incredible thing about the hotel is the bathroom. There is no place to put toilet paper and bath liquid. The toilet paper is placed on the sink outside the door and the toilet can be opened. The hygiene will be cleaned every day. We stayed for four days. The breakfast is quite rich and will change the pattern every day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is still affordable in the holy island. Service needs to be more proactive and enthusiastic.

There is a fruit and vegetable market at the entrance of the hotel, and a seafood and meat market across the road. Our single-family villa is on one side, about a few meters away from the hotel, under a windmill. The room is bigger than expected, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a large round bed of more than 2 meters, which is perfect for a family. It is a waste of our two people to live. The disposable items that the hotel is equipped with are the most complete ones I have ever seen. Even the aunt's towel is intimately prepared, and must be praised! Every day, the hotel delivers wine to the room. The service staff is also very good, especially the beauty at the front desk. Every time I see it, I warmly greet me with a smile! Very satisfied! From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us.
