Absolutely top-notch service although the hotel is a bit old but they maintain the whole environment as if you were arriving at a brand new opening hotel in 70s. Almost as if you were walking through the history of time where the service is still at its excellency. It’s amazing! Those elderly women who work as janitor is also super professional. It seems like they work there since the hotel opening. Super nice Buffett and a great ambience of miniature garden in the center of hotel hallway. It’s merely a great experience staying here!

Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the Tokyo tower so the view was beautiful at night. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes away from 2 metro stations so travelling around the city was convenient. The room size was big so we slept comfortably as a family of 3. The toilet was also big with a modern set-up which we liked - will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

We always love staying at Tokyo Prince hotel! This time it was bigger room so we fully enjoyed our stay. Location is great very close to venter of Tokyo and easy to go to Haneda airport. This time I have learnt that there is a shuttle bus to Hamamatsu-cho station which is very convenient. Stuffs are very polite and friendly that make us feel comfortable and they’re willing to help us. Thai time we also enjoyed a course at one of Japanese restaurants which was very delicate and superb! We fully recommend others to try if they want to try proper Japanese food! One thing that I was disappointed this time was that room desk was dirty, looked like cleaning wasn’t donw properly so I had to clean it by myself. ( looked like previous customers tea or food stain was still there at a desk ) Tokyo Price hotel is one of the traditional and famous legendary hotel so I hope they can improve their cleaning method and make sure it’s clean before new customers come and stay. And when we stayed there before there was coffee machine but seems not this time so it was a hit disappointed too…hope they can provide it again… However over all our stay was comfortable so we will come back when we come back to Japan!

I absolutely adore this hotel! It’s in a great location in Ginza about a 15 minute walk from all of the major attractions within Ginza. It also has a lot of great restaurants around and has easy access to the metro, buses and the airport bus. I was also very happy with the hotel staff as they were so helpful with anything I needed. The room was still quite small considering it’s a Tokyo however, the lobby spaces nice and big so you could go and relax there and enjoy a lot of free refreshment, such as coffee or tea. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's close to Tokyo Station and equipped with a hot sping! What more can a tired traveler want. To be honest, I was a little disappointed because the public bath was very small therefore CROWDED. Proximity of shower area and pool was too close for comfort. But the room are TINY. A double room is actually for 1 person. You can tell the facilities are a little aged, however, they really keep the rooms in TIP TOP CLEANLINESS!! However, it would be nicer if they provide complimentary bottles water in the rom for the guests. As for service, the Staffs are polite.

We were very lucky to be able to immediately checked into our room prior to the usual check in time as the room was ready. We were very glad about it! In a mere 10-minute stroll, you can reach the renowned Senso-ji Temple, providing an effortless immersion into local culture. This time I stayed at the Lotte Residences Asakusa in Tokyo. I loved it because of the panda room (hahaha). What shocked me was that when I got up on the first morning, I found that there was a temple in my room (right next to it?) , there are actually (one after another tombstones) inside. Although I said ”I'm not afraid! It's a lie”, it was still a quite interesting experience! Because in Taiwan, there is no such custom of ”getting along day and night” with the tombstones~

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.31km from city center
We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|1.83km from city center
I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals.

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

Shinjuku Area Tokyo|5.44km from city center
A beautiful boutique hotel with a rooftop onsen, at a great price. The room was small, so bring trunk-style luggages instead of those that open flat if possible. I could fit my trunk luggage easily into the nook below the tv. The semi-double bed is also smaller than your regular queen sized ones. While the location is great, it is a long walk from the main Shinjuku JR station, and the distance was truly felt when my feet was in pain and full of blisters from the second day on. The entire hotel was also very dusty for some reason, and it made my partner’s sinus infection act up badly. So I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re sensitive towards dust. The onsen on the other hand, was great. Didn’t think I’d use it often but I ended up going every night. The onsen water smelled like chlorine most of the time, so don’t expect natural spring water. PS: Men’s onsen is equipped with Dyson hairdryers, but they’re not as strong as the one at home! Women’s one has a different hairdryer, but stronger and nicer than the one in the room. Staff were polite and helpful!

It was new so it was clean and comfortable. There is everything in Ariake Garden. Hot spring facilities are also available for a good price. The hotel and garden are connected inside. It is convenient but quite, walking. I felt that there were not many rooms to enjoy the view. I thought the restaurant was not too large. A little good business hotel, city hotel, and you will get more satisfaction. I wonder if I should expect too much ‥ in the Gulf area. Of course, the staff will respond politely. Is it due to personality? I felt sorry for those who lack explanation. I spent my time actively asking ”can you please?” ”Can I?” etc. I entered the winter vacation and there were many small children with the baby welcome inn.

It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. There are many positive things to say about this hotel, the space is huge for a Tokyo hotel, very clean, and the location is more than excellent. However, am extremely disappointed and displeased by the service that was provided by a female Caucasian staff member of the team. Of our 7 days of stay here, we have only tried to make a single request, which was to make a restaurant reservation on the 21/5 in Hokkaido as I could not read or speak Japanese so I require assistance from the team. She initially wanted to dismiss me as soon as possible until a Japanese colleague came to assist us. Provided us with a restaurant reservation form and we filled it. Thereafter, she said she cannot reserve for us because the date of reservation is after the date that we are staying at. Firstly, this is such a simple request and I only made it because I’m unable to do so myself due to the language barrier. Secondly, I was appalled by her laziness and attitude when conversing with us. I have never encountered such horrible service by a hotel concierge in my life before, many others would be glad and happy to assist with such a simple request.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.49km from city center
The room, albeit compact, maintains a tidy appearance. However, guests staying at lower levels may experience discomfort due to audible traffic noise from the adjacent main road. Only accommodations on higher floors offer a ”city view”; otherwise, the perspective is predominantly of the road. The location is commendable but not without its drawbacks. It necessitates a roughly 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel. Despite this, the station's convenience facilitates swift access to various city areas. The vicinity of Ginza lacks a significant presence of chain restaurants, leading to a scenario where dining options tend to be premium-priced. The service quality is noteworthy, with staff proficient in English, enhancing the guest experience. A notable service includes the willingness to store luggage for a few hours post-checkout, adding to the convenience. Regarding amenities, the hotel's offerings are somewhat restricted, with the absence of microwaves and coin-operated laundry machines being notable limitations.

I booked it because it was my birthday. I told you in advance. I was grateful to upgrade the room for consideration. The room is not big, but it was new and clean. Only shower booth, no bathtub, but the room is made large. It may be for young people and foreigners who often finish it in the shower. 1F The lounge had detox water, tea 24 hours, and other juices were also enjoyed at a fee. It's a little far from the center of Ginza, but it's quiet. I can't see the view, but I felt that there was a lounge space with green on the rooftop and it was well devised. I was very happy to see youtube and Netflix on the TV in the room. I was able to enjoy the movie in a movie theater atmosphere by darkening the room. Compared to the surrounding hotels, the price is cheap, but I thought that the cospa was very good overall, such as free drinks, lounges and room cleanliness. Thank you for your care. Thank you!

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Walking distance to Dotonbori. Great views. Spacious and clean rooms. Only bad thing is their parking fees. 3300 Yen for a night (8 hours) felt like a rip off. I booked a small room for 2 (unknowingly 😅 there are different area size) The room is small for our luggage but the bed was comfortable, so the size of the room doesn’t bother us as we only need a room for bath and sleep. The only thing which surprised us was the hotel charges cleaning fee of JPY2,000 for room cleaning i.e change bed sheets, toilet clean, rubbish disposal etc, but new towel, rubbish bags and water will be provided every morning on request. Considering the convenience of the location, I will still book in the future but will definitely select a bigger floor area.

As well as hot spring. However, too many people and guests have no manner of cleaning up (sink, full of hair) after using the facilities. Value for money and good location. You can observe the type of guests in the restaurant -for noodle. How they behave..after that, I won't stay.

I stayed at ”City Plaza Osaka” on December 1st using the ”Osaka Welcome Campaign 2021” that started on November 24, 2021. Looking at the ticket side of the 3000 yen coupon accepted at check-in, the expiration date was December 2. The coupon I received at ”Montrela Soult” the day before was December 8th, so from December 1st, measures for the lack of preparation on the store side were eliminated. The room was large and clean. The ceiling of the room is high and there is no feeling of oppression. The bathroom with integrated toilet washbasin bathtub was large and the bathtub was large. The window glass in the room was surprisingly clean. It was a little inconvenient that there was no draw. There is no safe or hand towel. There is no free mineral water. I sometimes thought that the standing lights were not lit, the alarm alarm was not set, and the waistband of the pajamas was cut off. The spa was better than I expected. The indoor bath is a two-stage bath, a sleeping bath, a cold bath, a high temperature sauna, a mist sauna, and the outdoor bath is a rock bath, a type of pot bath, and this is the first time that there are so many types of baths in the same building as the hotel. Moreover, it is a natural hot spring. Compared to ”Montrela Sulu” where I stayed the day before, the price was a little higher and the facilities were one rank lower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Park Canvas Osaka, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its pristine ambiance, blending modernity with a touch of elegance that appeals to both the young and older demographic alike. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the exceptional staff who were not only courteous but also well-versed in English, making the check-in process a breeze. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The room was an absolute delight - impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring Osaka, and the modern bathroom, complete with a fantastic shower, added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary glass of wine offered to guests every evening. It was a wonderful gesture that made me feel special and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Location-wise, The Royal Park Canvas Osaka could not have been better situated. First off, this is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel lobby LOOKS like it would be 4 star, but I’d say this is 3 or possibly 3.5 at most. The good: It is situated directly across the USJ entrance. Short walk to and from the park, and if you have a park view room you have a great look at the park and all the people lining up at 6 am to get into the park. You also get discounts at the Wolfgang Puck downstairs in the building. The bad: 1. Luggage forwarding is from 9 am to 1 pm. We had to check out the next day at 630 am, and had gone to the park the day before where we purchased tons of merch for the kids and friends back home, but were stuck not being able to use the hotels service for luggage transfer. For comparison, the Keihan hotel next door had luggage service available in the evening, but only offered it to their own guests. The Hotel Kintetsu nearby also offered evening luggage transfer. All the Lawson convenience stores nearby also had the service available (which is what we used). But the so called premier USJ hotel near the park entrance? You get the ridiculous 4 hour window from 9 am to 1 pm. Do better Park Front. 2) The best room looked like a cheap Vegas room. There was a sofa much too small for the size of the room, a small table, and a whole lot of empty space for… not sure, actually. No iron in the room. The mini fridge worked great, so there’s that I guess. Also, no drawers or dressers, which would have been great filler for all that empty space above. 3) Laundry service was suboptimal and somewhat embarrassing. They provided a small laundry bag in the room, and when I called to request the service was first told to use the coin laundry on the floor. As I had a busy day ahead and didn’t want to waste time with that (also there is ONE machine that washes and dries on each floor), they instructed me to bring my laundry down to the lobby (!!!). At the lobby, they then asked me to take out each item so they can see it and itemize them. This is after I filled out the form indicating what I was including in the bag. But I guess it would be better for me to take out each item in front of guests checking in and walking through the lobby so they can confirm? Maybe the other hotels I stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto did it incorrectly when they had someone came to my room, picked up my laundry and form, and then dropped it off in my room when done. Also, they ended up not wanting to wash some of my wife’s undergarments because they were afraid they would damage it since had lace (assumption on my end, not sure why else, really). 4) Leaving the hotel the first day, the front desk assisted in getting a taxi, and directed me to the 2nd floor where a car drove up to get us (this was good). On the day of checkout we called an Uber Taxi and waited in the exact same spot, only for someone to tell us we were not at the taxi pickup spot, and had to go out to the side in front of… Hotel Keihan to get the cab. Silly us for thinking we would get a ride a) in front of our hotel signage and b) in the same location we got a cab a couple days prior (albeit with the hotel’s assistance). 5) Check in experience: when we got in, there were staff members running around with luggage. Thinking they would help us with ours (spoilers: they didn’t), we were instead told to bring our own bags upstairs to the 3rd floor. After checking in, we were told to bring our own baggage to the room. Even the Disney resort took care of that for us. In retrospect this was a harbinger of what was to come. Maybe we expected too much, as prior to this stay we were at the Bellustar in Tokyo, Garrya Niko Castle in Kyoto, and Disney’s Hotel Miracasta. The stay could have been so much better if we didn’t feel that, for a supposed 4 star premier hotel, we expected the same level of service and amenities.

We loved the location of this hotel as we were surrounded by metro line choices and proximity to both Osaka and Shin-Osaka train station (2 and 4 stops away respectively). It matched up with our itinerary as we made Osaka our base for exploring and went to Universal Studios, Kyoto and Nara for day trips and it all seemed relatively convenient from here. When we arrived our room was ready and they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. The hotel has some extra toiletries in the lobby but the room was pretty well equipped. The lobby area also has a restaurant that serves both an affordable ramen dinner and a buffet breakfast. The breakfast is absolutely worth it here and if you don't book it with your stay, it is a steal at 1200 yen per adult. The breakfast has a good combination of gyoza dumplings, chicken dishes, tempura, Japanese soups and a salad station. The lobby restaurant also has a refreshment station where you can get coffee, water, green tea or pop 24/7. The room was very comfy and quiet and was a little bit bigger than most rooms we stayed in. We got a good night's rest here and felt ready to explore each day. The bathroom was a bit small and my head was nearly hitting the ceiling in the shower but great pressure and easily adjustable temperature. The toiletries provided were good quality too. The room had a kettle, mini fridge, large TV, an air purifier and a work station. The hotel is very close to Dotonbori area but far enough away that it is quiet. The whole area outside is a little messy with many tourists leaving their garbage wherever. We were here during the Japanese New Year celebrations so many restaurants were closed but there were still plenty of options nearby.

There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels.
