This is a good enough hotel, located just a few minutes' walk from Bali Hai Pier. The downside was that the on-site pool was closed, and we were only informed about it at check-in; it wasn't mentioned on the website. The room was cleaned daily, toiletries were replenished, and slippers and bathrobes were provided. We stayed in a tropical room, which was quiet. Upon arrival, I also received a pleasant complimentary fruit platter. The breakfasts weren't overly lavish, but basic needs could be met. A big plus was the large selection of fruits, so it was generally enough for me, though the food itself was a bit repetitive. Also, note that the hotel grounds are quite large. A nice bonus is the pool across the road by the sea, equipped with showers and toilets.

I visited this hotel last August with my family last year and was very impressed by its comprehensive facilities and excellent value for money. So, this year, I invited friends to come back with me. Compared to last year, wow, what a pleasant surprise! The hotel's management has improved in all aspects, no wonder it's doing so well! Chinese Service: Last year, the Thai staff didn't speak Chinese, but this time, from the bellhops to the restaurant staff and even the massage parlor, everyone can speak simple Chinese. This made me feel very welcome. Shuttle Bus: Last year, there were only 5 free shuttle buses to Terminal 21, but this year, it has increased to 7. Hotel Age Issue: The lobby has been fully renovated, and some rooms have also been refurbished. They've replaced hair dryers, kettles, and even re-grouted the bathrooms... In my opinion, age isn't a problem as long as it's clean. I've traveled to many countries and stayed in hotels over a hundred years old; I appreciate this sense of history, and that's precisely why it offers such good value. Newer hotels in Pattaya, like the Hilton, cost over 1600 yuan a night, while this one is less than 600 yuan. Staying here with the whole family for a few extra days won't hurt your wallet. Price: Guests get a 10% discount on massages and meals at the Blue Orchid restaurant. A one-hour massage costs just over 90 yuan, and meals range from tens to over 100 yuan per person. I think it's great value! Facilities: This year, the hotel added a nail and hair salon and a children's play area. Along with the existing Spa and massage center, panoramic sea-view restaurant, coffee shop, swimming pool, and private beach, there's also a safe swimming area where you can go into the sea and kayak... The facilities are so complete! My kids basically stayed at the hotel the whole time. Location: Some netizens say the location is a bit remote. I guess first-time visitors prefer staying near Pattaya Walking Street, but for someone like me who's visited twice, I find the Walking Street area too noisy and focused on nightlife. None of those hotels have private beaches; you have to cross a street to get to a public beach, which isn't suitable for families like mine. With kids, we much prefer a resort hotel where everything is on-site, allowing us to simply relax. If we want to go to Walking Street, we just take the hotel's bus; it's 3 kilometers away. After eating and shopping, returning to the hotel offers privacy and tranquility, which is exactly how I like to vacation.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

Manager Lisa is incredibly sweet and always busy. Every day I see her zipping between the lobby and the restaurant, and then in the afternoon, she's helping out by the pool – she's like a beautiful hotel manager straight out of a TV drama! I've wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it was built, and now it's become an older property 🤣. Some details in the room show paint peeling and unstable electrical outlets. Breakfast is à la carte for the main dishes, with some self-service options. The food tastes good, but it's a shame there's no cheese at the salad bar. Because it was so busy, the staff were overwhelmed. My coffee took 20 minutes and two reminders to arrive, and after waiting half an hour for my main course, I just gave up and went back to my room 🤣.

The hotel is modern, very well-maintained, and offers a lot, especially for families with children. We particularly loved the large pool and water park area, as well as the many options for kids. Our daughter had a lot of fun. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel's location is also excellent – Terminal 21 is directly accessible, and numerous restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity. Overall, a very nice family hotel with high standards and good service. After spending a good deal of time exploring and wandering the main city of Bangkok, the idea of retreating to Pattaya for some time came about naturally. With great ease I took a grab and found my hotel here without issues. Upon seeing my room I was amazed by the inclusion of a balcony that overlooked the majority of the campus downstairs as well as the beach and the greater Pattaya city all in one view. It was beautiful and alone worth the stay. I explored nearby hot spots including the temple of truth, a Pattaya night market and of course night life on/near the beach. I prioritized my time walking the length of the beach at night time back to my hotel which had it entrance almost directly to the beach. Location was ideal for me and my exploring. The room itself was clean and tidy and I appreciated the staff very much for pushing my beds together to make an even larger sleeping space. After the intense busyness of local beach night life I was glad to be able to retreat back to my room where the quiet space allowed me to rest with ease. My bathroom was also well kept and I very much enjoyed how the pool downstairs was designed and laid out. I partook in the morning breakfast buffet on site and was please with the great food options there. Overall staff was helpful during my stay. I also liked that there was a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel which i also took time exploring. Overall this was a great stay that I would recommend and consider again on my next visit.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). This was my third hotel in Pattaya, and I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent, right on Thappraya Road, halfway between South Pattaya and Jomtien. It was easy to catch a songthaew, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which was very convenient. The hotel isn't large; it feels more like a boutique hotel, and there weren't many groups, so the clientele was pleasant. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the rooms were also meticulously cleaned and well-kept. The front desk, security guards, and cleaning staff were all courteous and well-trained. I was upgraded to the top floor this time, which was very comfortable. The linens were changed daily with fresh sheets and pillowcases, showing the owner's excellent management. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's perfectly reasonable considering the price. Overall, it's a wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.

It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

This hotel is great! Let's start with the fact that they allowed us to check in earlier than 2 PM. The first impression was the huge beds, soft mattresses, and a fantastic bathroom! The room was clean, and came with bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion. There's even a smart toilet. The view from the window is amazing!!! You get the same view from the gym and the pool. It's next to Terminal 21, and Central Marina is visible from the exit, as is Big C. The pool on the 27th floor was empty in the morning, all the sun loungers were free, and they provide large towels. On the 24th floor, there were already families with children. The gym was also empty in the evening and after lunch. The staff are attentive and friendly. The only thing I could fault is the expensive breakfast. We had booked a room without breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel in early 2023, right after China reopened from the pandemic. It was very clean and the breakfast was abundant. Three years later, I stayed here again, and it's a huge step down from before. The hygiene is quite poor; the light switches, phone, and window screens were all dirty. The trash can lid had heavy grime, and there was a layer of dust on the central air conditioning vents. The electric kettle was leaking badly, as was the showerhead, and the sink drained very slowly. The air conditioning was noisy but did provide heating. The most unacceptable part was the breakfast; it was almost entirely Indian food, mostly watery, unidentifiable dishes. There wasn't even a simple stir-fried vegetable. Later, I realized the hotel breakfast was catering almost exclusively to Indian tourists, and there were many of them. The variety of vegetable salads was minimal, and the lettuce wasn't fresh, with a high proportion of rusty leaves that showed no signs of being washed. There were no staff members replenishing the food. The service staff, however, were very friendly, and only the coffee at breakfast was good. Overall, it's a far cry from the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24! If you like Indian breakfast, then this is the place for you!

Great value for money! Even though we arrived at noon and it was too hot to find a place to eat, so we ordered takeout, there are food carts selling snacks nearby in the evening. Their pool is also pretty good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. They even provide towels near the front desk for use after swimming. You'll need to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. We booked two rooms; while breakfast wasn't included, they gave us 400🐷 in vouchers to use at the restaurant, which felt like getting breakfast anyway. The staff, especially one lady, was very friendly and spoke pretty good Chinese! There's a gym on the second floor, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We went shopping at Terminal 21 and also tried the seafood buffet recommended by a friend for 289🐷, which was good. Overall, it was a decent experience. The only minor thing is that the bed could be a little lower! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and close to several number shows and the Tiffany Show. We also went across the street for an hour-long massage at Healthy Massage. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and we really love it. Unfortunately, we couldn't book a family room like last year, so we took two superior rooms instead. They're actually just as good. The management accommodated all our extra requests, for which we are very grateful. They gave us two connecting rooms on the 4th floor. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are friendly. Even though many guests stay for only 2-3 days, with constant check-ins and check-outs, we didn't notice any excessive hustle and bustle. The cleaning is quiet and peaceful; no banging, no slamming doors, and no shouting among staff. In other words, they absolutely don't disturb your peaceful rest. The pool area is also very pleasant; it's clean and doesn't smell of chlorine, and there's a wonderful waterfall. They have good, sturdy sun loungers and soft, always clean towels. You have to walk a bit to get to the sea, and it's better to take a tuk-tuk to the city center. Nearby, right opposite, there's a 7/11, and a bit further down, there's a self-service laundry, a massage parlor, and cafes for every taste and budget. There are also currency exchange offices and souvenir shops with good prices. The hotel maintains a high standard for its price category. Now, after visiting the island, we're returning here again. For now, we have no desire to look for anything else.
