Overall, it was great. The only drawback was the elevator situation. All the facilities, including those on the 33rd floor, rely on just three elevators. It's really frustrating 😤, especially since only the first floor has air conditioning. Waiting for an elevator on other floors leaves you drenched in sweat. I hope they can improve this. The breakfast was good too, and the daily welcome drinks and pastries were a nice touch.

This time, I booked three rooms: a double and two singles. The double room was on the 11th floor with a decent view. There's a bar across from the hotel, but no noise reached the room. The room itself was quite good, not too cramped. Getting to the beach or shopping mall from the hotel is convenient; it's within walking distance, even for someone lazy or sun-averse. Overall, I was impressed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

The caring staff met us right on the street! :) They immediately asked if we had forgotten anything in a taxi, and it turned out we had forgotten something, not in a taxi, but on the bus we took from the airport to Pattaya. We asked for help to call the bus station and inquire if our bag had been found on the bus, and it was! We were told which station to go to, and we retrieved everything. Special thanks for their help and promptness. The room was excellent, with a great view from the balcony. There's a drying rack on the balcony, and our clothes dried quickly. The hotel has a gym. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was a buffet, plus a menu with national dishes and omelets. Next to the hotel, there's a wholesale alcohol market and a 7/11.

Pros: The sea view from the room was great. There are two swimming pools, one on the fifth floor and one on the first, and the beach is just 50 meters away. Cons: There are too many rooms, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. The in-room facilities are a bit old.

Room Quality & Sea View: The room was brightly lit and spacious, with a very comfortable mattress. The private balcony was the most amazing feature; sitting there in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset, really set the perfect mood. Public Facilities & Resort Ambiance: The hotel's infinity pool is the absolute highlight! The view seamlessly blends with the ocean, making it incredibly picturesque. The sun loungers and bar next to the pool are also perfect for an afternoon drink and relaxation. Dining & Service Quality: The breakfast offered a rich selection, from freshly cooked Thai noodle stations and egg dishes to Western pastries. The staff were friendly and highly efficient; the welcome drink and luggage assistance made us feel truly cared for. Location & Transportation: The location is quiet yet central, within walking distance to [convenience stores/shopping malls/beaches]. Getting to the night market or bustling areas by Songthaew (shared taxi) was also very convenient. Overall Review: Whether you're looking to just relax and enjoy the sun and pool, or planning to go out and shop, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, service, and value for money. It will definitely be my top choice again on my next visit to Pattaya!

After spending a good deal of time exploring and wandering the main city of Bangkok, the idea of retreating to Pattaya for some time came about naturally. With great ease I took a grab and found my hotel here without issues. Upon seeing my room I was amazed by the inclusion of a balcony that overlooked the majority of the campus downstairs as well as the beach and the greater Pattaya city all in one view. It was beautiful and alone worth the stay. I explored nearby hot spots including the temple of truth, a Pattaya night market and of course night life on/near the beach. I prioritized my time walking the length of the beach at night time back to my hotel which had it entrance almost directly to the beach. Location was ideal for me and my exploring. The room itself was clean and tidy and I appreciated the staff very much for pushing my beds together to make an even larger sleeping space. After the intense busyness of local beach night life I was glad to be able to retreat back to my room where the quiet space allowed me to rest with ease. My bathroom was also well kept and I very much enjoyed how the pool downstairs was designed and laid out. I partook in the morning breakfast buffet on site and was please with the great food options there. Overall staff was helpful during my stay. I also liked that there was a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel which i also took time exploring. Overall this was a great stay that I would recommend and consider again on my next visit.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We booked an upgraded room with breakfast, but upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room. I'm very grateful to the staff (our room was 505 on the 5th floor). The room was huge, clean, and tidied daily. The breakfasts were superb; I was so surprised that such a small hotel could be so customer-oriented. Over the two days of breakfast, the selection varied, and everything was incredibly delicious. They served instant coffee. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were magnificent. You truly feel like a valued guest. We left for an excursion but will be checking back in for the rest of our vacation. The only downside is the location: it's not really walkable. There are no 7/11s, cafes, or fruit markets directly opposite; you have to travel. However, tuk-tuks pass by, or you can call a taxi. We had a scooter, so it wasn't an issue for us. There's also some noise from night-time scooter racing, but it's not critical. The clientele at the hotel are mostly Russians; everyone is well-behaved and pleasant, making it quiet and peaceful. I recommend this hotel 1000%!

Room clean with a good size and breakfast are just nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the only thing that upset me was on the day when checking out. It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

I stayed at this hotel in early 2023, right after China reopened from the pandemic. It was very clean and the breakfast was abundant. Three years later, I stayed here again, and it's a huge step down from before. The hygiene is quite poor; the light switches, phone, and window screens were all dirty. The trash can lid had heavy grime, and there was a layer of dust on the central air conditioning vents. The electric kettle was leaking badly, as was the showerhead, and the sink drained very slowly. The air conditioning was noisy but did provide heating. The most unacceptable part was the breakfast; it was almost entirely Indian food, mostly watery, unidentifiable dishes. There wasn't even a simple stir-fried vegetable. Later, I realized the hotel breakfast was catering almost exclusively to Indian tourists, and there were many of them. The variety of vegetable salads was minimal, and the lettuce wasn't fresh, with a high proportion of rusty leaves that showed no signs of being washed. There were no staff members replenishing the food. The service staff, however, were very friendly, and only the coffee at breakfast was good. Overall, it's a far cry from the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24! If you like Indian breakfast, then this is the place for you!

The location is fantastic, right next to Terminal 21, about a five-minute walk. We ate all our meals at the mall. The night market prices are more geared towards tourists. Right outside, you can catch a *songthaew* (shared taxi) towards Bali Hai Pier. The hotel is quite clean and spacious. We booked an ocean view room. Initially, they gave us the very last room, which was acceptable as it was quieter. However, it was a corner room, a connecting room, AND located next to an equipment platform – three undesirable conditions all at once! I felt like I'd hit the jackpot for bad luck. I went to the front desk to explain that the equipment noise would be an issue at night and I needed a quieter room. The front desk handled it very quickly and immediately arranged another room. Despite the initial hassle, I was ultimately satisfied. Our room was right near Rainbow Road, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, with the pool downstairs. The hotel offers a shuttle to Amari. If you don't want to walk to the beach, you can check the schedule and hopefully catch the shuttle to the neighboring Amari. Just cross a road, and you're at the beach, but the sea water and environment are just so-so, and the sand is quite coarse. It's okay for an evening stroll and enjoying the sea breeze. Hilton and Amari are also right next door. It's strange, hotels in Bangkok always have doormen who help with luggage, but Pattaya doesn't offer this service, haha, just curious.
