Looking for a five-star hotel in Pattaya with sea views and a view of the Sanctuary of Truth? I almost went bald trying to pick a hotel in Pattaya, but then I stumbled upon this gem – Garden Cliff Resort & Spa. 📍 Located in the affluent northern part of Pattaya, it boasts its own private beach and an infinity pool. Open your window to a breathtaking blue seascape, with the Sanctuary of Truth perfectly framed in the view – every photo you take will be a masterpiece! 📸 🍽️ The hotel also features its own spa and a popular restaurant. (I've posted a separate review for the restaurant!) It's a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. Plus, this place is incredibly welcoming to Chinese guests! 🇹🇭 🚐 A nice bonus: The hotel offers 5 complimentary shuttle services daily to and from the bustling Terminal 21 mall, making shopping, dining, and massages super convenient. If you're looking for an affordable, photogenic hotel in Pattaya that's also friendly to Chinese travelers, you can't go wrong with this one. #PattayaHotels #GardenCliffResort #SanctuaryOfTruth #InfinityPool #TravelThailand

I took my family on a 3-day, 2-night long weekend trip. The hotel was packed, fully booked, but the staff service was still excellent. There are two water play zones; the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, while The Wave artificial sea closes at 6 PM. The kids absolutely loved The Wave. The welcome coffee machine was available until 5 PM. The room was clean and up to standard. However, the facilities and food were a big problem for us: 1. The elevators were small and very slow. With so many people, we had to wait a long time during the mornings, noon, and evenings – around 15-20 minutes. 2. We had to queue to get into the restaurant, waiting about 15-20 minutes. It's not advisable to go when you're very hungry, or you'll get frustrated. 3. The breakfast variety was good, but the food was too salty. Many dishes that shouldn't have been salty were excessively so, like Tom Kha Gai, Tom Lued Moo (pork blood soup), and the bacon was extremely salty. There was only salted butter for toast, no unsalted butter. 4. The snacks and instant noodles in the room were complimentary, but only provided for one day. We stayed two nights but didn't get a refill on the second day. 5. When we returned late at night after going out, there was no parking available in the building, so we had to park in the open lot next to it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt at home throughout my stay. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. What truly made my experience special was the exceptional service provided by Ms. Nisa at the front desk. She was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, she always greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to assist with any questions or requests. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Staff like Ms. Nisa are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their outstanding hospitality. Overall, the combination of a quiet environment, spacious accommodations, excellent location, and remarkable customer service made this a memorable stay. The room had a fantastic sea view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay, although slippers were not included. The hotel is clearly an older property, but it has been well maintained and remains in good condition. One of the standout features is the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and is a great place to relax, especially around sunset. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated. However, the presentation could be improved, as the buffet did not look particularly appealing despite the selection available. The hotel hosted several large tour groups, which made the atmosphere feel crowded at times and reduced the sense of privacy and exclusivity. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent views, though there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience and overall ambiance.

The Grande Centre Point Pattaya is my top choice when visiting Pattaya; the overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel's location is absolutely brilliant, right next to Terminal 21 mall, so you can just head downstairs for shopping and dining, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and retail therapy. There's also a dedicated parking lot on the second floor, which makes parking hassle-free. The hotel service is thoughtful and attentive. Upon arrival, staff members immediately offered to help with our luggage. The front desk and room service staff were all gentle, polite, and responsive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and all the mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary and restocked daily. Leisure facilities are excellent; the pool is clean and spacious. There are also billiard and ping-pong tables, plus a dedicated children's play area, making it suitable for families and friends traveling together. High-floor rooms offer stunning views, with the city and bay panorama laid out before you. Considering the location, service, facilities, and views, it offers exceptional value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere. For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice. Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️

It is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Stayed March 2026. Let me start by saying the hotel staff and service was so good. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The room was just alright. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom amenities are good. But, the cleaning lady did not seem to do a great job, the room never felt cleaned much and the shower is a bit mucky. I found ants on the counter each night I was there, so it must have been a long-term cleanliness issue. I was surprised because usually holiday inn express is pretty clean. Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once). The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge. There is also a coin laundry room, both washer and dryer. The front desk will exchange bills into coins for you, if you need. Overall pretty good experience.

Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I booked an extra night so checking in early the next morning was no problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! The hotel is large, spacious, and comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are very friendly. Just remember, there's a 2000 baht deposit. The soundproofing is decent; you can hear conversations in the nearby hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. The walk outside the hotel is beautiful, perfect for photos, and the swimming pool is perfect. **Transportation:** It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Terminal 21, or you can take a 'songthaew' (pickup truck taxi). Along the way, there are 7-Elevens, small eateries, and massage shops. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Pattaya Beach for sunset views; navigate to OZO Hotel, and it's just a short walk from there. It's a 20-minute taxi ride to Bali Hai Pier. After visiting Koh Larn, you can just take a songthaew back. **Massage Recommendation:** I highly recommend 'Origins.' There are two branches on the street outside; go to the slightly larger one closer to Terminal 21. The masseuses there have strong hands. **Minor Drawbacks:** The water pressure is unstable, and you have to let the hot water run for a while before it gets warm.

The hotel was satisfactory, especially with its convenient access to the beach & nearby eating venues. Please play with me cause I'm trying to be as honest as possible regarding this property. Here is a point by point form of what think are flaws: 1. In all honesty, this hotel needs a major revamp & I will probably not select this hotel in one of my future stays in Pattaya. There was major construction on the roadside as well as the construction of a condominium project. When I was making the booking we were not informed of this inconvenience at all, even upon checking there was no information given regarding the ongoing constructions 2. One of the amenities that attracted me to stay at this property was the elongated swimming pool with a unique slide. That slide into the pool was in operational two of the three days I was staying there. And that's another thing about the pool this hotel shares the on-site land space with a private condominium project and the residence share the pool with the hotel., another vital piece of information they failed to share when online bookings were being made. 3. We drove our car to the property and before arrival I did call up to check about parking availability. I was told that was approximately 30 to 40 parking lots available. To buy display there was less than 10 lots available and when we arrive approximately the 1:30 PM of check-in day, those luckily two spots still open. On a more happy note The hotel staff working reception, Bell desk and the dining area were very polite and informative Thank you to all of them
