We stayed at the hotel from June 14th to June 23rd, 2026. The breakfasts were good, and the location was excellent for trips to Koh Larn island, with the pier just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were fantastic. It's a wonderful oasis with a large green area right in the center of Pattaya.

French-Chinese couple's Pattaya getaway 🏖️ – the top choice for sunset views! My French boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay in Pattaya, and after comparing countless five-star sea-view hotels, we settled on Garden Cliff. After our stay, I just had to recommend it to every couple visiting Thailand! The hotel is located in Pattaya's upscale northern district, boasting a private beach and an infinity pool. Our room offered stunning ocean views right from the window, and the pink and purple sunsets in the evening were absolutely breathtaking. The Sanctuary of Truth in the distance was perfectly framed, making every photo a winner without even trying to find the right angle. Compared to other five-star hotels of its caliber, the price is incredibly reasonable. We paid a little over 300 RMB a night during the off-season, and it's around 500 RMB during peak season. It comes fully equipped with a spa, pool, and a trendy sea-view restaurant, so you can easily spend an entire day without even leaving the hotel. What truly impressed us, especially as Chinese travelers, was how incredibly friendly they are to Chinese guests. The front desk staff can speak basic Chinese, and the menus are available in Chinese, English, and Thai. Plus, there are 5 free shuttle buses daily to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. It offers the perfect balance: a peaceful retreat to enjoy the sea, yet just a short trip away from bustling shopping areas. It's ideal for both couples seeking a relaxed getaway and those who want to explore. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Pattaya!

I took my family on a 3-day, 2-night long weekend trip. The hotel was packed, fully booked, but the staff service was still excellent. There are two water play zones; the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, while The Wave artificial sea closes at 6 PM. The kids absolutely loved The Wave. The welcome coffee machine was available until 5 PM. The room was clean and up to standard. However, the facilities and food were a big problem for us: 1. The elevators were small and very slow. With so many people, we had to wait a long time during the mornings, noon, and evenings – around 15-20 minutes. 2. We had to queue to get into the restaurant, waiting about 15-20 minutes. It's not advisable to go when you're very hungry, or you'll get frustrated. 3. The breakfast variety was good, but the food was too salty. Many dishes that shouldn't have been salty were excessively so, like Tom Kha Gai, Tom Lued Moo (pork blood soup), and the bacon was extremely salty. There was only salted butter for toast, no unsalted butter. 4. The snacks and instant noodles in the room were complimentary, but only provided for one day. We stayed two nights but didn't get a refill on the second day. 5. When we returned late at night after going out, there was no parking available in the building, so we had to park in the open lot next to it.

This time, I booked three rooms: a double and two singles. The double room was on the 11th floor with a decent view. There's a bar across from the hotel, but no noise reached the room. The room itself was quite good, not too cramped. Getting to the beach or shopping mall from the hotel is convenient; it's within walking distance, even for someone lazy or sun-averse. Overall, I was impressed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

Manager Lisa is incredibly sweet and always busy. Every day I see her zipping between the lobby and the restaurant, and then in the afternoon, she's helping out by the pool – she's like a beautiful hotel manager straight out of a TV drama! I've wanted to stay at this hotel ever since it was built, and now it's become an older property 🤣. Some details in the room show paint peeling and unstable electrical outlets. Breakfast is à la carte for the main dishes, with some self-service options. The food tastes good, but it's a shame there's no cheese at the salad bar. Because it was so busy, the staff were overwhelmed. My coffee took 20 minutes and two reminders to arrive, and after waiting half an hour for my main course, I just gave up and went back to my room 🤣.

I recently stayed in an Executive Suite Ocean View room at D Varee Jomtien Hotel. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities which made the stay comfortable and convenient. The room itself was a bit dated and there was a slight moldy smell when I first entered. Another downside was the prolonged waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy periods. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide selection of food, catering to different tastes and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious room, great amenities and excellent breakfast. With some refurbishment and improvements to the elevator service, the experience would be even better.

Excellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. What I loved: • Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe. • Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready! • Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time! A few notes: • The room has a charming, vintage style. • In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check. Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

After spending a good deal of time exploring and wandering the main city of Bangkok, the idea of retreating to Pattaya for some time came about naturally. With great ease I took a grab and found my hotel here without issues. Upon seeing my room I was amazed by the inclusion of a balcony that overlooked the majority of the campus downstairs as well as the beach and the greater Pattaya city all in one view. It was beautiful and alone worth the stay. I explored nearby hot spots including the temple of truth, a Pattaya night market and of course night life on/near the beach. I prioritized my time walking the length of the beach at night time back to my hotel which had it entrance almost directly to the beach. Location was ideal for me and my exploring. The room itself was clean and tidy and I appreciated the staff very much for pushing my beds together to make an even larger sleeping space. After the intense busyness of local beach night life I was glad to be able to retreat back to my room where the quiet space allowed me to rest with ease. My bathroom was also well kept and I very much enjoyed how the pool downstairs was designed and laid out. I partook in the morning breakfast buffet on site and was please with the great food options there. Overall staff was helpful during my stay. I also liked that there was a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel which i also took time exploring. Overall this was a great stay that I would recommend and consider again on my next visit.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

Great hotel location, with tuk-tuks passing by frequently. It's a 15-minute walk to the Koh Larn Pier and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff is very polite and always smiling. The hotel provides a microwave, hairdryer, and dispensers in the bathroom, which is convenient. The Russian Market is about a 10-minute walk away. The only downsides for us were the slightly firm mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. Also, since the hotel is next to a road, it can be a bit noisy at night, especially with motorcycles passing by. However, it didn't bother us too much.

Stayed March 2026. Let me start by saying the hotel staff and service was so good. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The room was just alright. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom amenities are good. But, the cleaning lady did not seem to do a great job, the room never felt cleaned much and the shower is a bit mucky. I found ants on the counter each night I was there, so it must have been a long-term cleanliness issue. I was surprised because usually holiday inn express is pretty clean. Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once). The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge. There is also a coin laundry room, both washer and dryer. The front desk will exchange bills into coins for you, if you need. Overall pretty good experience.

For just over 100 RMB, the room was clean and well-maintained. It came equipped with a fridge, microwave, safe, and two independently adjustable air conditioners. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries were provided. There's a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor. Most of the front desk staff speak a little Chinese, so communication was generally possible with gestures. The staff were all very friendly! The only minor drawback was that our room faced the street, so there was some motorcycle noise at night. They offered to switch our room, but we ended up not moving since we were out early and back late. Overall, it's still a very good hotel!

Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I booked an extra night so checking in early the next morning was no problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. We stayed here in July 2026. The location is super, but there's currently construction happening right next door for a large hotel. While the noise wasn't too bad, construction dust was an issue. We had a car and parked it in the garage, but every morning it was covered in dust. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but quite small; we would have preferred something bigger. Also, there was no kettle, no glasses, and no cups. The pool was a letdown. While most pools smell of chlorine, this one had an odd, vinegary smell, like some kind of chemical agent was present. The hotel was satisfactory, especially with its convenient access to the beach & nearby eating venues. Please play with me cause I'm trying to be as honest as possible regarding this property. Here is a point by point form of what think are flaws: 1. In all honesty, this hotel needs a major revamp & I will probably not select this hotel in one of my future stays in Pattaya. There was major construction on the roadside as well as the construction of a condominium project. When I was making the booking we were not informed of this inconvenience at all, even upon checking there was no information given regarding the ongoing constructions 2. One of the amenities that attracted me to stay at this property was the elongated swimming pool with a unique slide. That slide into the pool was in operational two of the three days I was staying there. And that's another thing about the pool this hotel shares the on-site land space with a private condominium project and the residence share the pool with the hotel., another vital piece of information they failed to share when online bookings were being made. 3. We drove our car to the property and before arrival I did call up to check about parking availability. I was told that was approximately 30 to 40 parking lots available. To buy display there was less than 10 lots available and when we arrive approximately the 1:30 PM of check-in day, those luckily two spots still open. On a more happy note The hotel staff working reception, Bell desk and the dining area were very polite and informative Thank you to all of them

The room was clean, it is nice and big and it is as described. I would say that the bathtub was a bit small for me and I am 175cm tall, in the night it can get a bit noisy due to multiple bars being close by however it didn't bother me personally. There are some free items for the minibar like a coke and some water which is a nice extra. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. I forgot to take pictures but the room looked like advertised.

Facilities: The room size and amenities were just okay, nothing spectacular. However, you can see the ocean right from the bed, which is a big plus. The hairdryer was powerful, and the balcony was great for drying clothes. The downstairs pool was also decent. For showering, I'd recommend using a filtered shower head. Cleanliness: Good, no issues there. Environment: Very quiet. There aren't many bars nearby, so it felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. It's also convenient for getting to the mall, though the 7-Eleven was a bit of a walk. Service: Good overall. My only gripe is that there's no air conditioning in the lobby downstairs, so the front desk staff must get really hot.
