This beachfront resort in North Pattaya boasts a private beach and infinity pool, with the ocean right on your doorstep. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of Walking Street, offering an ultimate vacation vibe. ✨ Highly recommend the hotel SPA! The treatment rooms offer direct ocean views, with breathtaking sunset vistas that truly enhance the holiday feel. The therapists are highly skilled and professional; both the traditional Thai stretching and essential oil massages are authentic and excellent. After a day of exploring, a massage here completely relaxes you. The environment is clean and private, with wooden and sheer curtains for partitions, ensuring a quiet and peaceful experience. Afterwards, you're served hot tea and fresh fruit. Hotel guests receive discounts, with an hour-long treatment costing around 500 Thai Baht, offering much better value than street-side massage shops, saving you the hassle of venturing out. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to and from Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it convenient for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs. It's the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. If you're coming to Pattaya, this sea-view SPA is a must-visit!

I booked this hotel because it had a wave pool, even though the location wasn't ideal, as I was traveling with a child. I was very disappointed to find out the wave pool was under renovation and unavailable. There was no information about this when I made the booking. Apparently, it's scheduled to open on the 27th, so families with kids should keep that in mind. The small pool on the 3rd floor is operational. A taxi to Terminal 21 costs about 80-90 baht one way. The breakfast selection is quite limited. The staff, however, are friendly.

This time, I booked three rooms: a double and two singles. The double room was on the 11th floor with a decent view. There's a bar across from the hotel, but no noise reached the room. The room itself was quite good, not too cramped. Getting to the beach or shopping mall from the hotel is convenient; it's within walking distance, even for someone lazy or sun-averse. Overall, I was impressed.

My second trip to Thailand, and this hotel truly exceeded my expectations for its price point. Everything from the hotel environment and facilities to its prime location and exceptional service was outstanding. It's unbeatable value for money. Whether it was the famous tourist spots nearby, the 7-Eleven just 100 meters away, or the front desk, housekeeping, and welcoming staff, as well as the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms – everything surpassed what you'd expect at this price. Plus, the hotel offers massages, and the rooftop boasts a fantastic infinity pool with excellent water quality, a small sandy beach, and a bar. If I ever come back to Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice again.

The room had a fantastic sea view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay, although slippers were not included. The hotel is clearly an older property, but it has been well maintained and remains in good condition. One of the standout features is the rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and is a great place to relax, especially around sunset. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated. However, the presentation could be improved, as the buffet did not look particularly appealing despite the selection available. The hotel hosted several large tour groups, which made the atmosphere feel crowded at times and reduced the sense of privacy and exclusivity. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent views, though there is room for improvement in the breakfast experience and overall ambiance.

The location is incredibly convenient! Terminal 21 is right downstairs, and there are plenty of massage parlors nearby. The room offers a stunning sea view, which feels very therapeutic! The staff were also very enthusiastic and polite! The only funny thing is that if you only turn on the ceiling 'star lights,' it gives off a bit of a 'love hotel' vibe. 🤣🤣🤣🫣 However, considering the value for money, comfort, and the view from the window, I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. We sincerely thank the entire team for the care and the wonderful atmosphere. For those seeking peaceful, beautiful and truly high-quality relaxation — this hotel is a perfect choice. Our only wish is that there will always be available rooms… because we already know we will want to come back again and again ❤️

The view outside is amazing as soon as you open the curtains, and breakfast has improved a lot with heated food trays. However, there aren't many options for Chinese palates, as most dishes are curry-based stews, which isn't ideal for an early morning meal. This might be due to the large number of Indian guests. The uncle at the hotel lobby was very kind, and the staff are generally nice. But the hotel is located right in front of the lively street, so it's not very quiet, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

It is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already. Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We booked an upgraded room with breakfast, but upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room. I'm very grateful to the staff (our room was 505 on the 5th floor). The room was huge, clean, and tidied daily. The breakfasts were superb; I was so surprised that such a small hotel could be so customer-oriented. Over the two days of breakfast, the selection varied, and everything was incredibly delicious. They served instant coffee. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were magnificent. You truly feel like a valued guest. We left for an excursion but will be checking back in for the rest of our vacation. The only downside is the location: it's not really walkable. There are no 7/11s, cafes, or fruit markets directly opposite; you have to travel. However, tuk-tuks pass by, or you can call a taxi. We had a scooter, so it wasn't an issue for us. There's also some noise from night-time scooter racing, but it's not critical. The clientele at the hotel are mostly Russians; everyone is well-behaved and pleasant, making it quiet and peaceful. I recommend this hotel 1000%!

Room clean with a good size and breakfast are just nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the only thing that upset me was on the day when checking out. It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

The staff are friendly and the hotel seems very well-maintained and clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds. You have to keep them down because the full-length windows can be seen straight through from outside. The lack of sheer curtains is a drawback, and there's no insect screen. There's a separate area like a kitchen with a good-sized fridge, microwave, and basic dinnerware, which would be great for long stays. The pool was also better than I expected. I think the breakfast is decent for the price, especially since there's a coffee machine. I had two espressos and two lattes!

This was my first stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and bellhops were incredibly polite, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view! The ability to cast my phone screen to the TV was super convenient! Breakfast runs from 6 AM to 12 PM daily, which is perfect for those who enjoy a leisurely breakfast! The breakfast restaurant staff were also very attentive to guests' needs and extremely polite, happy to accommodate any dietary requirements! The hotel boasts two outdoor swimming pools on the 24th and 27th floors, offering stunning views of Pattaya Bay in a beautiful and comfortable setting! The gym on the 23rd floor is spacious and tidy, with plenty of equipment and large floor-to-ceiling windows where you can enjoy the Pattaya scenery while working out! Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. There's a shopping mall and a Big C supermarket just across the street, and Terminal 21, a large shopping mall, is less than a ten-minute walk away. You can also get off the 'songthaew' (shared taxi) right outside the hotel! Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money! This is the first time I've ever described a hotel like this! Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I booked an extra night so checking in early the next morning was no problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. It's close to everything, with plenty of massage places and restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Our room had an amazing sea view, and there's a huge shopping mall right downstairs. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea on the lobby level – it was so relaxing to have desserts with a gentle sea breeze. However, I'd only recommend the rooftop bar and restaurant for drinks, not dinner. It's pricey and the food isn't good.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! The hotel is large, spacious, and comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are very friendly. Just remember, there's a 2000 baht deposit. The soundproofing is decent; you can hear conversations in the nearby hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. The walk outside the hotel is beautiful, perfect for photos, and the swimming pool is perfect. **Transportation:** It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Terminal 21, or you can take a 'songthaew' (pickup truck taxi). Along the way, there are 7-Elevens, small eateries, and massage shops. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Pattaya Beach for sunset views; navigate to OZO Hotel, and it's just a short walk from there. It's a 20-minute taxi ride to Bali Hai Pier. After visiting Koh Larn, you can just take a songthaew back. **Massage Recommendation:** I highly recommend 'Origins.' There are two branches on the street outside; go to the slightly larger one closer to Terminal 21. The masseuses there have strong hands. **Minor Drawbacks:** The water pressure is unstable, and you have to let the hot water run for a while before it gets warm.

The hotel was satisfactory, especially with its convenient access to the beach & nearby eating venues. Please play with me cause I'm trying to be as honest as possible regarding this property. Here is a point by point form of what think are flaws: 1. In all honesty, this hotel needs a major revamp & I will probably not select this hotel in one of my future stays in Pattaya. There was major construction on the roadside as well as the construction of a condominium project. When I was making the booking we were not informed of this inconvenience at all, even upon checking there was no information given regarding the ongoing constructions 2. One of the amenities that attracted me to stay at this property was the elongated swimming pool with a unique slide. That slide into the pool was in operational two of the three days I was staying there. And that's another thing about the pool this hotel shares the on-site land space with a private condominium project and the residence share the pool with the hotel., another vital piece of information they failed to share when online bookings were being made. 3. We drove our car to the property and before arrival I did call up to check about parking availability. I was told that was approximately 30 to 40 parking lots available. To buy display there was less than 10 lots available and when we arrive approximately the 1:30 PM of check-in day, those luckily two spots still open. On a more happy note The hotel staff working reception, Bell desk and the dining area were very polite and informative Thank you to all of them

My daughter and I had wanted to stay at Ozo for a long time, and we finally made it this year. We stayed for 11 days. Our room, 1835 on the 18th floor, had a view of Terminal 21. Every evening, we enjoyed the city skyline with a cup of tea :) I was amazed by how fast the elevator was – only 25 seconds to the 18th floor! We never had to wait for it. The breakfasts were excellent and quite varied, though the restaurant was a bit chilly, so I wore a cardigan :) There’s a nice, large swimming pool, a safe waterslide for kids, and a wading pool for toddlers. As for the room: it was very clean and well-thought-out, with excellent daily housekeeping, fresh towels every day, a hygiene kit, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, and two bottles of water. The balcony had a high railing. The air conditioning unit was positioned above the bed, at the head, so it didn't blow directly on us, which was a very clever placement. There was also a ceiling fan. The beds were perfect, and the bedding and pillows were divine! The staff were friendly and responsive. The location was superb. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
