My friends and I stayed here for three or four days during our trip to Pattaya, and it was a truly fantastic experience. There were many international tourists, and the whole vibe was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is surrounded by great amenities, including a Tops convenience store, 7-Eleven, and even Thai spas nearby. But the best part was definitely their large swimming pool right by the beach. The pool was super clean, and they even have a private beach area which is perfect for photos. The front desk staff, especially one of the guys, was excellent. He had a great service attitude and even taught me how to use the app to book taxis in Thailand. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Pattaya!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The kids absolutely loved the wave pool, though unfortunately, they developed a skin rash after playing in it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a bit on the small side, but the food selection was decent, and we always found plenty to eat. It's definitely more convenient if you're traveling by car.

Parking was convenient, and the hotel features its own private beach, which meant we didn't have to worry about the cleanliness issues sometimes encountered on public shores. Service was excellent, and the staff's English was clear and easy to understand, making communication effortless. However, there was an unfortunate incident where children were shouting in the corridor, knocking on doors, and ringing doorbells at 3 AM. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it definitely detracted from my overall experience.

The hotel's exterior looked great, and our check-in started pleasantly with a complimentary upgrade to a mid-floor sea view room. The view was lovely. However, after we dropped off our luggage and went out for dinner, the situation changed dramatically when we returned at night. The kitchenette area was crawling with tiny white ants. Having traveled to Southeast Asia many times, I know it's common for ants to appear if you're eating biscuits, bread, or sweet fruits indoors. But we had just checked in and hadn't eaten anything. More alarmingly, there were ants on top of my main backpack and on the dressing table. When I went to the front desk to request a room change, the staff member was very impatient. They seemed to think that since we'd received a room upgrade, we shouldn't be complaining. We were grateful for the upgrade, but if you upgrade us to a sea-view ant room, then my gratitude disappears. Ultimately, we had to switch back to the lower-floor room we originally booked, which wasted a lot of time. We didn't get to sleep until 3:30 AM. It was a very bad experience. Regardless of whether it was a high or low floor, the windows were drafty. Even though Thailand doesn't have winter, such strong drafts could easily make you sick.

Booked the two-bedroom panoramic suite, and it was incredibly comfortable for our family with two kids. The mall downstairs made dining, entertainment, and shopping super convenient. The hotel's breakfast was also quite lavish, with a few special rotating dishes daily, so we didn't get tired of it even staying for three days. For a relaxing vacation, this is the place! I absolutely loved it. The high-floor view was excellent too; we could see the ocean and even catch the sunset.

The hotel is situated right on the beach without any roads obstructing the view, unlike other hotels. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, catering to different preferences. The hotel lobby offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the rooms and facilities feel somewhat dated. The hallways are safe but have a classic old-school vibe. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences. Although the food is delicious and there are many selections, the busy atmosphere during peak times can be overwhelming due to the large number of guests at the hotel. Those using the service may have to wait in line or look for an available seat at times. It’s recommended to go for breakfast during less crowded hours to enjoy the meal more comfortably! If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view, as it adds great value to your experience. I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the other side that don’t face the ocean, as they tend to feel less worthwhile.

This hotel has everything, Fast Internet, Telly Hairdryer pool gym. Clean Big Rooms. It's far from walking street. 711 is like 10 min walk too. That's manageable. It has only one problem and that's the biggest one. Indians. I am Indian myself, so you can't play race card. Damn they are loud. In lobby, they talk like they are in cricket stadium sitting on the other side. Some talking on the phone to India. If they just put the phone down.i am sure people on the other side can hear them without a phone. Another thing room they open the door and talk loudly and play music. Lot of people doing this think they are cool. My suggestion for the hotel is to keep some posters to advise guests to keep the noise down and, if required, put the fine. Another indian , he ate food and put the rubbish in the hallway. He could have thrown in the bin . I feel sorry for the staff and reception, that they have to deal with such rude guests every day.

I stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep, and breakfast offered plenty of variety with many options to choose from. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax, even if not very large. That said, a couple of things could be improved. The shower water pressure was quite weak, which made showers less enjoyable. The table in the room had some cracks and looked a bit worn out. The location is convenient, but the surrounding area can feel crowded, which might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and amenities at a reasonable level, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and facilities.

The room was clean and well-laid out, equipped with a decent-sized fridge and microwave. Across the street is a popular steakhouse, offering great value for money. Just a short walk further is Pattaya's largest 7-Eleven, and it's not far from the beach either. The ladies at the front desk and by the entrance speak Chinese, and their service was exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only downside is that rooms close to the road can be very noisy, with motorbikes speeding by late at night. I barely slept the first night, but they moved me to a room at the back on the second day, which greatly improved the experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. For just over 200 baht, staying in a place like this offers excellent value.

Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed. For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors 1. Mercure standard 2. Water park which people walk in wet 3. Pet friendly 4. Light color carpet Looks a little dirty especially hallway. The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times) The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room. Only two plus i would give are 1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel. 2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho) All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

We booked this resort hoping for a relaxing escape from the city, and in many ways, it did not disappoint. The pricing was reasonable, the breakfast was adequate, and our room was both spacious and spotless. It had all the comfort we were looking for in a getaway. However, one challenge impacted our stay. Our room faced a pool villa of a neighboring hotel, where guests held lively gatherings nearly every night. On one occasion, loud karaoke continued into the early morning hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reached out to reception for assistance, and while they tried to help, the situation remained unresolved. Eventually, we were offered another room at 3 AM so we could rest more peacefully. It is a lovely property with great potential, but light sleepers may want to request a room in a quieter part of the resort. With a few adjustments, especially around room placement or coordination with nearby establishments, the experience could be much more serene.
