We were so happy to stay here! Unlike Pattaya, this hotel felt like a peaceful tropical paradise. The hotel is quite old, but the staff made everything so nice that we didn’t even focus on the small things. The reception and cleaning teams did a great job — they really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was superb, the swimming pool was excellent, and the tour desk lady was very helpful with fair prices as well. We truly wish we could have stayed longer.

Thailand, Pattaya 🇹🇭 Only 200 per person!! A hotel with incredible value for money!! In Pattaya 🇹🇭, I've unearthed another amazing spa resort🌴. For just over 300 per person, you can relax in a resort hotel in the affluent area 👉 Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya. It boasts an endless infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery, a private beach 🏖️, and the best photo spot for the Sanctuary of Truth. You can also enjoy afternoon tea while watching the sunset 🌅 here. Every casual shot looks like a blockbuster Southeast Asian vacation photo! The rooms are super spacious with twin beds, perfect for families with kids who can push the beds together for extra space. I highly recommend the hotel's 👉 Blue Dragon Cafe & Beach Pattaya. It's right next to the hotel's private beach 🏖️ and offers a fantastic view for photos with the Sanctuary of Truth, creating stunning pictures in minutes! Enjoy dining while watching the sunset; the atmosphere is absolutely incredible. The chef at this restaurant is a Michelin five-star chef who has long served the Thai royal family 🫅. Not only are the ingredients exquisite, but the taste is also super amazing 👍. We blindly ordered the Thai seafood pasta 🍝, Tom Yum Goong, and stir-fried squid with salted egg yolk curry 🦑 – my whole family, including seniors and children, loved it! And there's no minimum spend! Every weekend from 7 PM to 10 PM, there's a live band 🎸. Enjoying music while dining 🍽️ is just too pleasant! The hotel is close to the Sanctuary of Truth, and there are 5 free shuttle buses daily to and from Terminal 21, getting you to the commercial area for shopping and dining in just 10 minutes! It couldn't be more convenient! Lying around the hotel during the day gives you a relaxed feeling of escaping the hustle and bustle. The hotel is beautiful, and the room is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provide excellent service, and the location is stunning. The welcome drink was delicious, and the cocktails were great as well. The room was very comfortable with a soft bed, and the built-in bathroom didn’t feel too small. Although the breakfast selection wasn’t very extensive, every dish was of great quality and very tasty — both Thai and fusion dishes, which can be ordered à la carte. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's service, facilities, and location are all excellent. I also appreciate the thoughtful touch of having everything in the mini-bar available for consumption. My only disappointment was that the bed sheets weren't changed during my five-night stay. I stayed for five nights at a hotel in Bangkok previously, and the staff proactively changed the sheets on the third day. I hope this can be improved next time, as I'd still like to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Dusit Thani hotel and was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, which exuded a pleasant fragrance and a sense of serenity. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, I was disappointed with the initial room assignment on the first night, which did not meet my expectations. I reported the issue to the hotel, providing photographic evidence, and was pleased that they apologized and upgraded my room. To further enhance the guest experience, I suggest the hotel focuses on ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of rooms, to truly live up to its 5-star reputation.

Love the private pool and the views from our room.  However, the room is very dated.  It’s has a musty smells in room and hallways, the wood floor is scratch or damage.  I think is probably the original hotel rooms.  The corner of the bed needs to be changed.  I hit it every single time .  it sticks out so I ran into 3/4 times and it was painful. It’s nice they offered the lounge service since we booked this room.  But needs to go to the 24 floor from another building.  Which is newer and with a views.   They offered drinks and food which is very nice gesture.   The hotel provided shuttles to and from town ( shopping mall Terminal 31, etc).

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. Its proximity to the beach made it very relaxing, and the staff were excellent—attentive, clearly well-trained, and dedicated. The location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk from Terminal 21 and very close to the Tiffany Show. This is incredibly convenient for families with elderly members or young children, and getting to other attractions by taxi was also very easy. The hotel features two pools: the infinity pool was wonderful, but the children's pool was, frankly, a bit basic and lacked excitement. However, the adjacent playground with its climbing frame was a big hit and perfect for kids to burn off energy. They also offered various impromptu activities, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, though we regret not getting a chance to visit the rooftop.

The room was clean and well-laid out, equipped with a decent-sized fridge and microwave. Across the street is a popular steakhouse, offering great value for money. Just a short walk further is Pattaya's largest 7-Eleven, and it's not far from the beach either. The ladies at the front desk and by the entrance speak Chinese, and their service was exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only downside is that rooms close to the road can be very noisy, with motorbikes speeding by late at night. I barely slept the first night, but they moved me to a room at the back on the second day, which greatly improved the experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. For just over 200 baht, staying in a place like this offers excellent value.

Our first expression when we first got to the hotel was that it was clean and classy. Upon arriving to our room, we realized that we got the ocean view in the D tower. It was spacious and clean. It had a a lot of light coming in. It was convenient as the Pattaya Beach Market is just 5 mins by walking. You can also see it from the room. There are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The staff were friendly, we asked for some plates, bowls and spoons to our room, and they had a good attitude from start to finish. We’ll definitely consider coming back again when we visit Pattaya. Thank you Pattaya Discovery.

I stayed at Easy Planet Pattaya, formerly known as Red Planet, and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is perfectly located right opposite Central Marina, making it extremely easy to find food, cafes, and shopping options within a short walk. Convenience stores and local transport are also nearby. The room is compact but very clean and well-maintained, with fresh bed sheets, bright lighting, and strong air conditioning. Wi-Fi is stable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s a great choice for budget travelers who want comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to everything in central Pattaya. My boyfriend and I were looking for a great value hotel for our Pattaya getaway, and this place absolutely delivered. For what we paid, it felt like a luxurious steal! We were greeted by the most welcoming and smiling team at reception were always cheerful and ready to help, which set a wonderful tone for our stay. As a couple, we loved the pool area. The comfortable, padded sun loungers were perfect for relaxing together. The weekend DJ sessions created a fun and lively atmosphere that was ideal for a holiday mood without being too rowdy. The location suited us perfectly. A short trip to the beautiful Wongamat Beach (the best in Pattaya, in our opinion) for a swim, and plenty of great massage spots nearby to unwind together. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Terminal 21 for shopping and entertainment. The 100 THB daily credit per person was the cherry on top! It allowed us to enjoy a casual breakfast or poolside drinks together every day without worrying about extra costs. It made the excellent value feel even more incredible. We highly recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a friendly, vibrant, and perfectly located stay that offers so much more than its price suggests. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at Altera Hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is in an excellent location — close to everything yet away from the noise, so it’s peaceful and comfortable. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the ones helping with luggage, were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and everything — from the towels to the bathroom — was spotlessly clean. Facilities: The facilities were decent and perfectly functional, plus there's a children's pool. Cleanliness: Since my daughter is still in diapers, we often had to call housekeeping for assistance with cleaning up messes, and they were always very prompt. Environment: The surroundings were quite peaceful. Conveniently, there's a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven convenience store right by the main entrance, and the beach is just behind the property. We booked this resort hoping for a relaxing escape from the city, and in many ways, it did not disappoint. The pricing was reasonable, the breakfast was adequate, and our room was both spacious and spotless. It had all the comfort we were looking for in a getaway. However, one challenge impacted our stay. Our room faced a pool villa of a neighboring hotel, where guests held lively gatherings nearly every night. On one occasion, loud karaoke continued into the early morning hours, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reached out to reception for assistance, and while they tried to help, the situation remained unresolved. Eventually, we were offered another room at 3 AM so we could rest more peacefully. It is a lovely property with great potential, but light sleepers may want to request a room in a quieter part of the resort. With a few adjustments, especially around room placement or coordination with nearby establishments, the experience could be much more serene.

Great short one day trip to pattaya well spent at this hotel. Although it’s near the Roong Reuang beach about 10 minutes walk from hotel, it is a little bit far from Pattaya beach. Near hotel, there are massage shops and coffee shops. You can swim at rooftop pool and chill too. Room is quite big and clean. Mirrors are huge and clear. Bathroom is quite nice. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It’s conveniently located in Central Pattaya, close to many entertainment spots. The hotel provides all the basic amenities, and there’s a convenience store nearby. The staff were lovely and took great care of us throughout our stay. One small downside is the refrigerator — it’s an ammonia type, so it doesn’t get as cold as a regular one. The breakfast is served as an ABF buffet with a small selection of Thai dishes, but everything tasted great. The room is just right for two people — cozy but not cramped. However, it’s not completely soundproof, so you can hear some street noise from the city view side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with great service and a good location.

The hotel has everything you need for a short stay, but probably not the best hotel with family 🤔. The hotel amenities are good but basic 👍. The biggest issue during my stay (End of Oct 2025) is the construction site just behind the hotel which runs from early morning to late night 🚧, making a lot of noises. I assume this will take several more months for this project to be completed 😔. So there is indeed no quiet room for now irrespective of which side you choose 😴.

We stayed here with our family for the beachfront location, which was excellent - right next to Jomtien Beach. However, some areas immediately surrounding the hotel felt unexpectedly seedy. The hotel lobby is beautiful and modern, but our rooms felt dated with worn-out furniture, though it was clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially the concierge, who assisted with arranging a car and handling our luggage. The check-out process was also very swift, and contrary to some online reviews, we didn't experience any unjustified deposit deductions, so guests can definitely stay here with peace of mind. However, the room type we stayed in was unfortunately located next to a public staircase, and the soundproofing was a bit lacking. Guests moving luggage up and down the stairs created quite a bit of noise. Additionally, during the day, there were renovations happening next door, leading to significant noise and a strong paint smell (you can imagine how disruptive it was!). Perhaps due to the rainy season, the sea view we saw recently was exactly as pictured: a muddy, foul-smelling expanse. It was quite 'impressive' – even more surprisingly bad than what you'd typically find at Aranya's beach! The floating breakfast costs 1500 baht, and the latest serving time is strictly 10 AM. I had hoped to sleep in and have it at 11 AM but was unfortunately refused. Overall, it's a lovely, boutique-style resort hotel. It's clean, well-maintained, and the pool area is beautifully designed. It offers a much quieter and more comfortable stay than hotels near Terminal 21, and is very conveniently located for getting around by taxi. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
