I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests' comfort, and Nayab’s hospitality stands out. Thank you for your exceptional service—I highly recommend this hotel because of employees like Nayab!

Argan Al Bada’a offers a peaceful, clean, and modern stay in a great location. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Easy access to the beach and nearby cafés made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxed experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality of staff. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the elegant bathroom amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The location is excellent centrally situated yet pleasantly quiet offering easy access to many of Kuwait City’s key attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and business hubs. It’s ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Although my stay was short, the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel left a lasting impression. It combines 5 star service with the warmth of a boutique atmosphere a rare and wonderful combination. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait City, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit to Kuwait in the near future.

Excellent location, rich breakfast, will stay again next time

I had a fantabulous stay at Ibis Hotel Sharq. The location was great and at the central of the city, close to transport links. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was fantastic too. On my first night, the food I ordered from the restaurant was overly salted and I complained. Come and see how all the staff were apologising and going above normal to ensure such never repeated itself. They made it up to me by offering me a free lunch later. Not only that, all the restaurant staff were so nice and polite, always welcoming me with smiles and asking what they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to these restaurant staff: Lawrence Hung Chef Ahmed Dinar Kamlesh Ibrahim It was a home away from home experience for me, courtesy of all the above staff. The food was delicious and I had a lot of Options to choose from. No boring moment at all. Kudos to the staff at the reception too. Definitely, I will be looking for Ibis hotels going forward.

Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!

I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and genuinely comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for quality and convenience.

Although the room was large, it felt like a freezer. On Trip, it said they would pick us up from the airport for free. I'm not sure if the problem was with Trip or the hotel, but after paying for a non-cancellable reservation, they charged us 30 euros for the transfer. We mentioned it to both of them, but neither Trip nor the hotel has corrected it.

I arrived at the hotel at exactly 4 pm, but unfortunately I did not enter the room until after the Maghrib prayer because the room was not ready, according to the receptionist. This is unacceptable and not in Australia.
