An absolutely excellent hotel! The views, ambiance, facilities, and service are all top-notch. What truly stood out was the service. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was incredibly well-organized, from reserving a dinner table at the restaurant to borrowing bicycles, helping us find a table at breakfast, and managing the pool and beach lounge areas, as well as the fitness and recreation center – everything was handled perfectly. The staff were all very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, this was by far one of my most satisfying experiences. We booked for five nights and still felt it wasn't enough!

+ Very clean, beautiful room, very fun and nice double shower (hot water) !! Has a fridge and water fountain. - Bring some sleeping mask and ear plugs because some appliances were noisy at night and light comes through the glass door of the bathroom. Don't be allergic to cats! They are part of the welcoming party! Very nice, a bit secluded but only 6 minutes walk from the bus station - maybe 10 with luggage. There is a big supermarket in front !

My first visit to H Club was very welcoming and unique. There was a light show, free time to relax, unlimited cocktails and cookies, and free access to the gym and children's play area. Of course, the infinity pool was the most beautiful part. Enjoying breakfast by the sea view window was truly relaxing. I'll definitely come back again.

Five stars, no doubt! I took a bus to Kenting alone at night, and because I wasn't familiar with the route, I got off a few kilometers early and couldn't find a taxi. I called the host, and she was incredibly thoughtful, driving to pick me up and take me to the hotel – she was a lifesaver! The place is spotless; even during the plum rain season when there were lots of bugs flying outside, I didn't find a single one inside. The bathtub is huge, perfect for a relaxing soak. The tatami mat was cozy and ideal for lounging alone. The two best nights of sleep I had my entire trip were here. It was also very quiet at night. On the morning I was leaving, I went to check out the beach before heading to catch my bus, and when I came back, my clothes were soaking wet. I was actually going to leave them as they were, thinking they'd dry in half a day, and I had already checked out. But the cleaning lady was super concerned and insisted I change clothes before leaving, even offering a shower if I was cold, stressing that I absolutely couldn't catch a cold. After I changed, she gave me a plastic bag for my wet clothes. I was genuinely moved to tears. Then, fearing I'd get rained on walking to the station, she gave me an umbrella and put a plastic bag over my backpack. I will definitely book this place again when the weather is good, even if it's just to see the host and the cleaning lady again. I hope the host and the cleaning lady have smooth sailing in life and that their business continues to thrive!

For this price, this hotel is really good! Overall, it's very comfortable. There's plenty of space, and the basic amenities are sufficient. The location is also excellent – it's just a 10-second walk into one of the alleys off Kenting Main Street, making it quiet but safe. However, the only minor downside is that the bathtub doesn't have a shower curtain. When you shower, water splashes everywhere and gets the entire bathroom wet. Also, if you leave the bathroom exhaust fan on for too long, a strange odor comes from the toilet, so you can't keep it running continuously. Everything else was great though!

The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, bringing us fresh fruit every day. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both Kenting Street and the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

What can you say? It’s the only hotel in Kenting that’s directly on the beach. The facilities are a bit dated, but if you run out of food options at the hotel, there’s always a night market within walking distance.

Can't complain about this Hotel, from the price to the staff, room and service, my personnel give 10++++, you won't be disappointed if you stay here. I spent 5 nights and felt great. I have visited the Pingtung City many times. First time found this place and found this hotel opened 2 years ago. Fancy hotel with new generation ideal, electrical car charger pot, free parking, also free bicycle. Either way come alone, with friends or with family. You will like this place.

Super nice view and location. All the hotels with the same view are much more expensive. lovely host and easy communication. But you’ve got to get used to the room-layout. As a friend-group the glas wall for the bathroom might not be ideal for everybody.
