The room was very clean, the hotel staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was rich. The rooftop swimming pool and bar had a great view and were worth experiencing. The hotel is very close to the old town and it is very convenient to take a boat to the other side.

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light, which made it feel very pleasant. The Wi-Fi was also good and reliable, so I was able to relax and watch Netflix without any issues. The location is amazing, with a great matcha café right nearby and plenty of other cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

The location is very good to find near the museum, the hotel staff are also very nice and friendly, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and will communicate with us to learn Chinese, the people they meet on the trip are kind and people Feel warm.

Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again.

An excellent hotel in the center of Rabat. The room is clean, with fresh, snow-white linens and towels. The room photos are accurate. The service at reception and in the restaurant is very friendly. Breakfast includes vegetables, boiled and scrambled eggs, pastries, oatmeal, and a couple of cold meats and cheeses. Parking is available nearby.

We chose the hotel because of its location - just in a few minutes walking distance from the Rabat Agdal Gar. The room was small but cosy. We really enjoyed our staying for a night there - had a good rest to continue our journey. We liked the breakfast very much - good combination of traditional English breakfast and local specialties. Msemens were hard to beat!

Overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were welcoming, and I would happily consider staying here again on a future trip.
