The location is super convenient, close to the tram station, and the main train station is only a few minutes away. The room was relatively clean. However, the hotel is quite old, and the breakfast area is tiny, definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star.

Location is excellent and staffs are super friendly, very close to train station and the main shopping street. But very noisy as you can hear people shouting and tram and cars beeping at night and morning. The worst part of this hotel is that the air conditioning is shared with three other hotel rooms, if other rooms turn off air condition then my room is not able to turn on unless all the rooms connected are turned on, this is really ridiculous as I can’t control my own room and air circulation is very poor throughout my stayed.

Such a lovely and clean hostel in the perfect location for seeing Nice and the surrounds. I had a really great time! My only suggestion would be adding sofas to the common space, which would make it cosy and could encourage more socialising.

This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!

Superb hotel in a great location. Next to the old town and the port and less than a five minute walk to the main bus stops. Modern, clean and quiet bedroom with excellent facilities and a really nice breakfast offering. Staff are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I stay in Nice regularly and often stay here and would recommend highly to anyone. All and all, great value in a very convenient location.

The apartment was very clean, and the shower facilities were comfortable and convenient The location was excellent—close to many of the main attractions, within walking distance of the beach, and well connected by public transportation. It made getting around very easy, and I really enjoyed stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station where you can take the L2/3 to the city center. The cleanliness is good, with daily cleaning service. It's great that the toilet and shower are separate. There's a curtain in the room that separates the bed from the washroom area. There's plenty of space under the bed for luggage, so it's perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I asked for an extra blanket when it got cold at night. The only downside is that the blanket had a bit of an odor. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on the 3rd-floor reception where you can refill your bottle. Overall, for this price point, I don't expect much more.

Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom.

Had lifts, clean and beds were comfortable. Great that it has air conditioning, most accommodation in europe does not have it. Life saver in summer especially in the heat wave! We booked this place because they had laundry service but when we asked about it, they don’t have it and we were disappointed. Sound proofing was not the best as well, could hear other people talking, footsteps and doors slamming.

The room offers all the amenities for independent living, with shops and cafes nearby. The sea is a 10-minute walk along a wide, clean avenue. The only drawback is the reception opening hours: 11 a.m. during the day and 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. in the afternoon.
