I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

This is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations; I was extremely satisfied overall. The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, bright, and well-designed. The bedding was spotless and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I didn't have to worry about any outside disturbances. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, responding promptly, making for a great service experience. The food tasted good, and the ingredients were fresh. The location was also very convenient, saving time and effort for getting around. From the hardware facilities to the soft services, everything was flawless, offering incredible value for money. We stayed overnight for the Manila Marathon because the location is good. It’s our first time staying in Lime. Checking in is fast, staff were efficient. But they have a very limited parking space. The room is not quite clean. The carpet is dirty, the bathroom glass is also a bit dirty with molds and some hair strands sticking on the glass and walls of the shower area. The toilet kinda smelled a bit of a pee. It doesn’t smell like it was cleaned with disinfectants. The bed llines have stains. I don’t know if it was even replaced with a new one because it doesn’t smell clean too. The food is good, reasonably priced. The pool is small, with limited space for people to stay and lounge but the view is great. if we’re going for a staycation, we’d rather stay in other hotels.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at for friends or families because location is very near from any store or restaurant you want, walk is okay if you needed exercise or take a public transportation for fast destination. Staffs are friendly but still be extra careful with whatever or wherever you are anywhere. There’s a pool to enjoy, small cafe downstairs, wi-fi is included though a little bit slow sometimes…but easy to stay at!

There’s a Lawson, Starbucks, and several restaurants right around the corner, and Newport Mall is only about a 400-meter walk away. Security is also reassuring, as all luggage is scanned upon entry, which gives an added sense of safety. However, the stay itself had several drawbacks. The breakfast spread is quite limited and not particularly tasty. It also gets crowded very early—by 7 AM, seats are already hard to find, and you may need to wait. We stayed on a weekday, so it’s likely even worse on weekends. The room was underwhelming. We were assigned a standard room on the 4th floor, quite far from the elevator, which was inconvenient. While the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, the overall cleanliness felt lacking. There was only one bathrobe and one glass provided, and the amenities were very basic. The bathroom was especially disappointing—it was dark, felt unclean, and had visible mildew on the curtains. The curtains were also too short, causing water to spill into other areas of the bathroom. It almost seemed like the dim lighting was intentional to hide these issues. Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you just need a place to rest after a long flight or if you have an early departure. But for comfort and overall quality, there’s definitely room for improvement.

It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.

Great location and they offer rides to/from MOA! Was also able to check-in early which is a plus! Only downside was this was the first time I had to pay for water (P50 each bottle). Not being a cheapskate, but I hope they have a water dispenser for the guests instead. That way, guests won’t have to request for water and it also saves the Earth (less plastic, less trash).

You get for what you pay including room, and food . No window and colours of the wall good for lovers. The location is convenient for church and mall and to the airport . However for picky person better select a place where you feel safe. This is located in a very narrow street. Customer service staff is perfectly friendly. Breakfast is not many selection and can only get one time . The only thing that make unforgettable is to krysztal meet Mr. Michael from England in the swimming pool. A very friendly person .
