We had an incredible stay at the Conrad Manila. The location is perfect, right next to the Mall of Asia, making it easy to access dining and entertainment. Our room was a highlight—modern, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part, however, was the service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs. If you’re unfamiliar with the general area, the way to the parking, the way from the parking to the hotel lobby, and to the main reception will be quite tricky. The underground parking is shared by 3 hotels. There were ample available slots when we arrived. But allocate some good amount of time because the journey to find and reach the correct elevator which is leading to the hotel lobby is a feat on its own. Hold on tightly to your ticket coin. It’s tiny and essentially hard to set apart from say toys of your kids. It’s just too risky to be used as a parking ticket. The entry to the lobby is similar to an airport machine checking. We were not lent a hand whatsoever. Prepare for a possibility to do this on your own. In our case, with a child in tow. The main hotel reception is still an elevator (or escalator) ride away. The deposit is PhP5000 per night. Could be made via credit card or cash. If you’re staying long, make sure you are very much prepared. Especially when there’s apprehension to use a credit card. The room was okay. It’s not perfect. The views are either pool or building (you will see the mall across). We were asked if we wanted a pool view room but no bathtub. We went for building view with bathtub. I requested for extra bath mats (for our action packed bathtub use with a child) I was told 3 is the max per request. I asked for water as well, I was informed that 4 bottles is the max. Prepare to hear a rather unhappy tone from the person on the other line. After about 20 mins I received 4 bottles of water, the max and two bath mats because I was told 2 is the max. The number just decreased. Again, this came with unpleasant facial expression, of course this time, in person. Prepare your heart. I’m an avid staycation person, this is something new and unexpected to me. On our first night, I woke up to a noise from a party, laughing, cheering and etc. The room walls are quite thin. You could easily hear conversations at the hallway. During our stay, it was generally quiet. Perhaps it’s not a busy season. Caution if your stay is in time to a peak period. The chairs and tables at the pool area has two rates: PhP1500 or 3000. Otherwise, complimentary ones are only those on the side (in this case you will share it with smokers. One part is the smoking area. Surprise!). By side, I mean very much unfavorable to parents who need to watch little children while using the pool. The pool is elevated and this area has completely no view of the pool. Prepare to stand or pay. The pool is heated. The food is of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The team there is just awesome! Jason, Kenneth and the other personnel were truly commendable. They are passionate, very professional and we are happy with their service. Am I coming back? Honestly for the price I paid versus the entire experience, I would choose Fairmont in Makati through and through. If in this area, I will opt for Sheraton.From$173

Stayed for one night and had a wonderful birthday staycation. We booked a twin deluxe room and were happy to be upgraded to one bedroom suite. The hotel is modern with futuristic style. The room is spacious with living room and en suite bathroom with tub. The toilet seat are similar to Japan and Korean hotels with bidet and heated seat. The toiletries are complete and love the scent of the hand soap. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice view of the Manila bay and the city. Quiet side of the hotel. There’s complimentary Nespresso coffee and Dilmah tea. The towels are clean and love the smell of clean and soft white towels. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices from local to international dishes. Come in early to avoid queing in line. We enjoyed the food and fresh juices. The infinity pool has a nice view of the Manila Bay area even with reclamation ongoing. Loved the breeze and relaxing vibe of the swimming pool. The gym has good equipment. They also have kid’s play area. The front desk staff were very accommodating and nice. Our stay was nice overall, but the streets outside were a bit rough. The lift wasn’t working, though the staff were very helpful and carried our luggage upstairs. They were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were okay although we did spot a lizard when we first arrived. The stairs felt a bit unsafe, and I almost slipped near the top. I wouldn’t recommend this place for children under 5, as the stairs could be dangerous, and there are gaps at the top where little ones could potentially fall. to rate my stay in General, this Hotel can be promisinmy wife and kid loved the pool set up at day and night. Rooms have a cold aircon and working hot cold ahower. Sira ang Vault sa room 805 kaya diko napakinabangan to keep my valuebles. Medyo mainit lang sa lobby that wont provide you relief when one comes in from the busy , dusty and humid thoroughfare outside. One instance that actually annoyed me as a guest is on my second night of stay March 15 around 11PM, i enjoyed drinking at the Sky Bar and went down outside the front parking to have a smoke before calking it a night, when a guard of the hitel asked me to transfer my parking. The fact that i dont driink and drive plus i dont really have my car keys with me, i politely refused. Fact number 2 was earlier at 10Pm i wasnt able to park on the side which is vacant but a Taxi was blocking it so the earlier guard told and assisted me to park almost at the lobby front. I actually requested the other day to the other guards to let me park by the front parking instead theire parking space several meters away from the hotel.
But this particular guard on March 15, is actually insistent and showing me actions of dissappointment from my refusal to his instruction..i told him that he should have informed the front desk and the desk to call me at my room earlier before i went to skybar. His gestures and show of dismay brought me a feeling of awkwardness and ask him what he would have do if i didnt went down and went staright back to my room after the skybar. But just to settle the score, I finally gave in and went up 8th floor to get my car keys and drove drunk my car and transferred to the slot where we agreed. Aside from this disgusting experience, i recommended this Hotel to my friends and by my photos they are actually impressed specially the hanging pods which is a unique feature of this cute and Aaffordable hotel.From$25

We did not encounter any traffic jam on Friday afternoon about 5pm as well as on our way to manila airport on Saturday 730am. Check in was ok. Room generally was on compact size so as the bathroom. But everything is as expected from a 3 star hotel. My only complaint would be why not offer shower gel? It is very old fashion to give small soap bar. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view over manila bay (sunset was good) as well as some city centre view. Anyway the main selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the Mall of Asia in Manila Bay. It is a huge modern new mall with hundreds of shop in it. A lot of food options as well as supermarket. The hotel offer a free hourly shuttle service to the mall which is handy for guests. Walking to the mall is about 10mins at most. Overall, this is safe and good hotel to stay in Manila.

There's no other amenities like free soap and shampoo, but there's a complimentary toothbrush. Very near the airport so my grab bill was less than a hundred pesos. It's in an alley though, so the driver was ranting on how difficult it was to maneuver.

They have a cafe downstairs, and you can opt for room service. The food was alright. They were also extremely courteous, accommodating, and efficient. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Metro Manila.
