With regards to cleanliness, it was because the floors looked dirty due to scratches or maybe grout which I understood is inevitable. I love that they have a Text Concierge Team ensuring our stay with them was perfect. The room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.From€108

We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time.
Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms.

Room is clean and and just okay, staffs are friendly and foods in their breakfast buffet is good. However the smell of fabcon for the linens is too strong. Wifi is not also that strong, and tv is not connected to internet so you cant really enjoy watching in the tv. Their pool also is not that big and they doesn't have a kiddie pool. Overall our stay was just fine.From€41

My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city.
It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there.

Location is still close enough to the mall if you like a little walk.
As for room service it is not bad Limited on menu but still alright.
The food actually tastes good.
What bad experience I got is I went down the restaurant and ask if the soup I wanted to order can be delivered up in my room and I was immediately declined amd was informed that it will be considered as take away and I will have to wait or come back and get it.
I mentioned if I oay extra to bring it up and they said no.
Its just a soup, nothing fancy or grill or dessert that will be melt, just a soup.
I think they should reconsider this service.
The room is small but its not bad.
Everything else is just okay.

The Hotel was really cleaned. Been to many affordable Hotel in Metro but Yuj-Inn was fabulous. Whatever I need for my connivence like electric heater and steamer they provide for me. Some hotel don't have the same service that they have. Accomodating staff as well. Location is perfect anywhere you want to go in metro.

The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit.
Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes.
If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by.
Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that.
